There is no manipulation here. This stock has been going up and down in this channel (.007-.01) for a while. News and some progress from the company will help it to break out. Possibly to .05 or higher.

I've noticed that NT-10Qs go up sometimes. I always thought it was convenient price action on horribly pushed down stocks, but your explanation that dilution runs out during an NT-10Q makes sense now. Thanks Cheds.

The price is going down but the volume technicals are still favorable. I am usually reluctant to cry MM manipulation, but in this case I will cry wolf. Someone is trying to push it down a little. We will run, but patience is key.

Agree. Needs to test support and bottom out. Boomtown inbound.

This stock is going to test support after this run for at least two days, maybe more, before the next leg up.

MMs aside this stock needs more eyes and volume to get moving in any significant capacity. This will run past elections as investor confidence in hemp and cannabis grows.

I don’t think the market has figured out that this is a company with tangible assets, a product pipeline, and even an Amazon account. I’ve seen the ticker KGKG before and had minimal curiosity as to what it did, as the chart isn’t one I typically screen for.

I think there are a few factors in play. Everyone is chasing MJ stocks and really impatient. I think there is some dilution. Not much, but enough to push this stock down some.

This will look like a bargain at some point.

I got out of this stock yesterday. I was dumb for buying in the first place. The convertible debt is too overbearing for the level of volume. Will it go down more? Balance of probability says, "Yes."

No worries buddy, I think we will see some more upward movement. It's low is still higher than the low of the previous two days, which is promising. Plus, the chart is set up in a pincher pattern. It will be difficult to knock this.

I think it's a typo in the 10-K. I noticed a few... You look at the rest of the 10-K it confirms there are only 100,000,000 shares outstanding. The company had 400,000,000 outstanding as of the last 10-K filed, and I think someone overlooked changing the number.

I am guessing, but the volatility of the stock makes it seem like the float is exceptionally low. The stock makes quick price jumps, having gone from .014 to .003 in a matter of 3 days on little volume. This is indicative of a very, very low float most of the time. If not a low float, it means a lot of people are holding the stock but not trading, which is unlikely. I doubt there are many people holding the stock from .8 to .005 intentionally.

How do you know convertibles are almost done?

Although, I could put my foot in my mouth. It is possible for all these to go to zero. There is obviously some risk involved.

Dilution is the driving force behind this downward spiral. The volume is definitely soaking some of it up, but will it be enough to keep it up for long, who knows.

This stock reminds me of VAPE, although VAPE had many more notes outstanding. MYDX had around $500k outstanding as of last week, whereas VAPE had $2.5 million around this price. Vape got down to .002 before bouncing back up to .01.

I think this will go down a little more, but not as severely as VAPE. And when it rebounds, it will be fierce. This is wound up tight.

I appreciate your pessimism. I grow weary of listening to optimists, pumpers, and individuals with a lack of respect for the market.

This stock is getting diluted for sure; perhaps not severely, but enough to jam proper technical analysis. Dilution is the random error variable here.

I just realized you replied. Unfortunately the stock didn't pan out and we closed below .01. I am new to trading penny stocks myself, although I have been trading bigger stocks for quite a long time. You do have to learn how to play your cards right, and then have the balls to face your decision to invest and then see something tank. Sometimes, I think panicking has saved me from a stock going to low. In Vape's case, I think it's near impossible to tell at this point what it is going to do. I haven't sold, nor to do I intend to, because my guess is that it will go back up at some point. I think the days of this stock ever seeing 10 cents are gone though. It could go back to 5 cents max. More than that, forget it.

As a small cap filer they have 90 days to publish their 10K, so Jan. 1.

It might be a POS, but Vape does sell Hive Ceramics which are fairly popular in the pot community. That's what I find interesting... mildly good product, but terrible management in an industry where people can quickly be taken advantage of.

This stock seems to bounce back up once it hits the .22-.23 range, which is why I've bought at like .26; it never stays at .22-.23 long enough for me to buy much. It apparently has strong, strong support at that range.

This stock is so ridiculously oversold (taking into account the reverse merger, that is lacks selling pressure. But, it also lacks buying pressure, so it just hangs out in limbo between .22-.38. Not the most technical analysis, but the general gist of what's going on.
