6 Billion authorized
5.4 Billion outstanding *
Less 2.0 Billion buy-back
Current 3.4 Billion now outstanding
(not all shares were issued that could have been)
Thanks. I'll give it a shot.
What about Dr. Wilson's post? Seems the big money can name its own brand of justice. Any idea how this can continue without Corr getting a new judge?
I was checking out Allstocks and can't seem to find the RSHN board. It seems all jumbled together. Anyone care to tutor me? Thanks.
Actually, the REGDEX is showing a sale of common stock, in our case, $1,000,000 worth. If it is coming from the company's restricted shares or from newly issued shares, it sounds like it is, indeed, dilution. Perhaps Swan was talking about the fact that these shares have already been out there from the Lynch deal, and will not be a dilution from that point.

Wow, I must be livin' right today. Maybe I should head to Tahoe and put a couple bucks down on red! Happy trading.
See my reply to myself, 20792. It was supposed to be to you!
Go to link provided in message 20786. Once there, click on public reference room link at left side of page. Jot down the CIK number and maybe the REGDEX acc. no. (lots of 9's). Then, click on link: publicinfo@sec.gov. Provide the information required and send. As I said, it took about four hours for that document to be retrieved and sent to my email.
That could be the investor Corr wants to partner up with on the Apple Rush line. Good thought! Could be!
I went to a site that was highlighted by flaflyersfan on RB.
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=rush+net&CIK=&filenum=&State=&SIC=&a...
Took about four hours.
Okay, I did it, checked with SEC and got the REGDEX (eleven pages).
Here's the 411:
Initial Offering $1,000,000 as common shares
Sold to date $ 300,000
Now offered to Accredited Investor(s) in Minnesota only:
$700,000, less costs: $14,000, Net (est) $686,000, to be used as working capital.
Could be used to purchase Garden Beverages. The difference between RushNet and Rush Net is probably because the REGDEX form was filled out by hand and interpreted to have a space.
Please don't ask me too many questions. This is the first time I've reviewed this form.
Wow, I haven't read a message from Rainman611 in a long time. Oh, I mean DMBurgess. No, I mean Keynesian, sorry. And, oh what a feeling. No pent up frustration, except from the longs here who keep giving him play. Dump the dude. Put on the IGGY, and save yourself some trauma. Life is good, enjoy the RUSH!
Ninja-you're scaring me. You are reading my mind! It's been very relaxing not to have to read that #$%^'s posts. As I stated once, long ago, his next original thought might be his second one.
I keep open others' replies to his posts to remind me why he's (the only one) on my ignore list.
Keeping the faith on this one...
Watch out for the ghouls, goblins and English Economist wannabes.
The only time frame bantered about for the Japanese approval of the product was 6-10 weeks. Based on Blue Island time, I wonder how much stock we can put into that guesstimate. My feeling is that the approval is forthcoming and just needs to go through the maze. It seems Bob and group have been diligently dotting i's and crossing t's, as with the label, packaging, etc. I am waiting with bated breath!
It probably wouldn't matter if RSHN came through with some success stories, accomplishments and PRs about them.
I think, with Garden we can get most of the products into the stores. That's why the acquisition of the distribution arm is so important. Should be huge for pps.
RSHN is crawling, and showing signs of its first baby steps. The company has a plan, or so it seems, and is taking steps to get to a.) report contracts, then sales numbers, then profits. Things take time to develop. It seems like this one could be the Falls at Niagra, if many of the opportunities that exist come to be. b.) enjoy some exposure, and name recognition, so perhaps the nightclub scene will be taken over by the Rush line of cocktails. c.) Pick one from the list. With the advent of a few of the possibilities, RSHN will be toddling, and with luck, steadily progress from walking, to, with a lotta luck, running like Frank Gore. All we can do is hope...oops.
Perhaps, as Screamer said, hope is the ultimate investment strategy when it comes to the pinks; or at least to RSHN. There is so much potential here many of us hope, secretly or otherwise, that this thing pops to a decent fraction of its potential.
This board isn't moot. It's just a meeting place for people who share an interest in investing and then in the company. It's about monitoring progress, chiming in with ideas or discoveries. It helps us all learn about the investing game, the pink sheets, the market makers, the company, its movers and shakers, its plan, its execution. It helps us learn about human nature, and each other. We've learned some interesting things about how some view this board as a couch and others, a bar, a boardroom, a back porch.
It's just a place to discuss our thoughts and ideas. Go RSHN. I hope you duplicate the great tulip madness of the 1600s or the Great Land Rush of the 1830's Chicago. Oops, there's that word again.
If you have discipline you don't have to take him off iggy and go into such tedious discussions that most likely fall on deaf ears. The guy isn't worth two words, let alone an essay. Give up on him, and get on with the investors life, one, it seems, you enjoy. I really don't understand why he is still allowed to post here. There has to be better forms of amusement.
Erdos: It is crdtz8, and he said he was getting benefits from it and was getting team to try it. I don't know how to isolate his posts, but if you can you will be able to catch up on his experiment.
At Ameritrade, yes. I don't know about Fidelity.
Ameritrade charges $9.99 per side, no share limit, for on-line transactions. Transfer account should be no problem
By the looks of the activity about to be undertaken, Shooter, it could have been you who starred in it!
Are you "done here" as in with that poster? I hope that is the case. You've been here too long a time, and paid your dues, so to speak, to bail at this juncture. Too many little tales to be told, and soon:
Which
could cause a twitch
or
make you itch
and
certainly bitch
but maybe
just maybe
make you rich!
Hang, baby, hang...(only three .'s!)
Production can be set up at regional bottlers, and according to previous PR S Korea is where bottling would occur for far east markets.
Ditto
What happened to NorCal, Tony?
Yes, it SAYS beer, but because the brewery deal is yet to close beer may not actually be in the booth. It will be a great sign if, in fact, they have beer samples, because it will mean the brewery deal is done or is virtually done.
The "t" is close to the "r" on the keyboard, so don't be too puzzled. Editing ain't what it used to be.
No one "in the know" has said Lynch is out and no one "in the know" has stated the brewery deal is dead, or even in trouble. Too much speculation is not good for the investive soul. It will actually say a lot if the beer shows up in Vegas, don't you agree?
Our best chance at getting somebody of much (+) notoriety to notice and publically talk about e-water will be to single them out and send them free samples, along with instructions as to how they can expect to benefit from drinking this "water tonic".
These free samples may get us one or more free "unsolicited testimonials". These could then be parlayed into some sort of agreement with the person of notoriety that may be tied to sales increases or whatever. Marketing genii amongst us could be all over this and come up with some creative, credible names to try this with.
Gator Ade was developed by a guy from Florida. He robably made a deal that "da Gators" get it free since he was a gator hisownsef doing reswearch as a gator.
How many times have you received three spam notices on a single stock?
I know this isn't the first time people, me certainly included, have requested he be removed from this board. We shouldn't have to put him on ignore. His posts have qualified him for exile, banishment, elimination, disappearance from this hallowed venue of wisdom!
If he's still here tomorrow I will IGGY the ____!
Your first post here, eh? Remember that e-water is the real moneymaker for RSHN, while Rush Beverages gets a piece of the pie on the Cola and Ginseng products, as well as the soon-to-be-announced brewery products.
Are you a vital singer or a vital signer?
Is the 7 year chart relevant to this company? It wasn't actually conceived until 2004. The prior years dealt with a completely different share structure, not to mention profit centers and expectations of shareholders. Other than that, I really appreciate the background you share with us regarding technical analysisl.
How do you spell idiot?
A. flaflyersfan
B. ohiobuckeye
C. Keynesian
D. All of the above
E. None of the above
If you guessed D. All of the Above, congratulations! You win the for prize for Most Likely to Profit from RSHN success, for which E. will be in the running.
If I were you I would be a lot more worried by the shallow, add-nothing-but-doubt-and-fear basher Papa Midnight than Rushlong. I am interested in learning why Papa Midnight is still allowed on this board, and by extension, on Ihub.
Uh, what chart are you looking at?
My bad. I guess I should not trust my memory for such things. For some reason I thought the water had a different name.
I do use the Allimax garlic caps regularly, though, and still highly recommend them for travelers and others who are in contact with a wide variety of people and their germs. I have asked T. Swan a few times if RSHN has any remaining interest in the manufacture of Allimax caps, but I think he keeps getting them confused with the ginseng caps and that there is no connection between the two.
You seem to have Allimax mistaken for Allisure. Allimax still exists, and can be purchased online at iherb.com. It is a capsule form of the allinase compound that exists in garlic. It can be stabilized in dry form, but apparently not in liquid form: Allisure. Allimax is a great product. It greatly aids the immune system and keeps colds and flu at bay. I strongly recommend it to anyone who flies a lot or who comes into contact with many strangers and is subject to getting germs from their environment.
