Remember, Apple Rush is APRU. The only thing RSHN has is
E-Water. RSHN bagholders have a SMALL stake in APRU, and should cheer for Corr to prevail, but I haven't read anything on this board in quite some time about the fate of E-Water, which is our only hope of any type of redemption.
What do you mean, vague PR's. I ain't seen no stinkin' PR's!

I copied this from OldGuy at Allstocks, and I share his concern:
I am very disappointed in this PR for two reasons. First, it is a reminder that AR is no longer a subsidiary of RSHN and secondly that in the PR it is mentioned that APRU is marketing AR. That seems to leave us at RSHN in the cold. It appears that we are not in any way involved in AR. I bought a lot more shares in RSHN based strictly on the potential I believe Apple Rush has. I saw it as being a great product and as you all know, posted a few comments about that. I really hope I am reading this all wrong and that we will benefit from AR. If we are stuck with only GR and ewater, we will never see a profit. Somebody tell me I'm wrong.

Last Update: 12:40 PM ET Nov 16, 2007
BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Nov 16, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pinksheets:RSHN) today announced several developments with regard to Apple Rush Company, Inc. (Pinksheets:APRU), the former subsidiary of RushNet, which recently went public on the pinksheets.
Apple Rush will begin actively trading on the pinksheets in the very near future. According to Robert Corr, CEO of Apple Rush, "We're all very excited that we will soon begin trading. This is a major event for everyone at Apple Rush and for the shareholders of RushNet, as they are the largest shareholder of Apple Rush, holding 45% of the company's equity."
Additionally, the long-awaited Garden Beverage, Inc. acquisition has been finalized. Originally the transaction had been secured by RushNet, but due to a fall in its share price and other factors beyond the company's control, RushNet was not able to complete the final transaction. As a result, Apple Rush, having a strong business model, excellent growth prospects and the support of RushNet, was able to secure debt financing and has consummated the acquisition of Garden Beverage. Garden will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Apple Rush.
"This is an excellent acquisition for Apple Rush, allowing the company to strengthen the sales and distribution growth of the Apple Rush product line through its ownership of Garden Beverage, with the cooperation and marketing support of RushNet. Furthermore, RushNet will still benefit tremendously from this arrangement as they are the single largest shareholder of Apple Rush. I strongly believe this is a win-win situation for everyone," commented Robert Corr, CEO of Apple Rush.
Robert Corr continued, "Before the end of the month, Apple Rush plans to engage securities counsel to pursue the registration process to distribute direct dividend shares of Apple Rush to the shareholders of RushNet, as I have previously promised. Announcements will be forthcoming as progress is made with Apple Rush and the share dividend plan."

How can one make money shorting at .0001?
Kind of hard to short at .0001, no? Not much downside left!
Here's a modern-day penny tale.
Everything is based on actual float, 12 billion. ACRU does very well. That success translates into capital to pay back RSHN for its help in the launch of Apple Rush and APRU. RSHN uses capital infusion for expansion of ewater, into Asia and domestically. Escrowed shares released to RSHN and returned to the treasury. RSHN does a buyback of the remainder of the APRU-related 6 billion shares, removing the dilution and putting things back as they were. Except worth more. At least double.
And they all lived happily ever after.
If Bob honors ewater and commitment to RSHN the stock should have some future value. I would like to see everything merged into one entity, but I don't see that happening.
Thank you, MKA. That clarifies something. Still murky is how dilluted the long position is, really.
I pessimistically assume that the 12 billion shares now come into play, not the 6 billion shares that were in play prior to the APRU activity, even though most of the new 6 billion are restricted, held in escrow, perhaps, and said to be subject to a return to the company via buyback or increase in RSHN share price.
Ergo, while RSHN owns 51%-now 46% of Apple Rush, the position of the longs who were here prior to Apple Rush spin-off were technically 51% originally and are now 22.5% or 23%, relative to the float.
If that's actually the case, then it's a fifty percent loss, or 50% donation to the cause, if you prefer, for those longs.
As it turns out your double negative is correct. He has, in fact, produced Apple Rush, which is being actively distributed and purchased and reordered. We just haven't been invited to the picnic yet.
45% of three billion is 1,350,000,000, less shares for the shell (6% of 1.35 billion = 81,000,000) for a net of
1,269,000,000 shares for RSHN shareholders.
These are not the machinations of a math wizard.
45% of APRU, not RSHN. Or 29.5% if the logic of that math is correct.
So, how is it that Apple Rush went from being owned by RSHN and is now the property of APRU?
Bochelle's WAG is November 30 11:59 a.m.
157 million and counting, all at .0002. Where's the upward pressure?
Sorry about that. When I went to the link originally it had the same pic as Scanc2211.
We own the water, but we don't own any of the sodas; we have an exclusive marketing agreement with Rush Beverages, wholly owned by Bob Corr. RSHN gets 62.5% of something as the marketing agent. I don't remember what the exact wording is.
Are you sure? Do we have the bottling capacity to handle increased distribution? If so, we should be taking off soon?
This is something I have asked about a couple of times, but seem to get no response or evidence of concern. With all the distribution prograss that's being talked about I wonder why all the products aren't being touted to all the new carriers. Also, I wonder why the man doesn't figure out a formula to brng all the companies under one standard. I have an uneducated guess or two on that but actual discussion of what Mr. C. is willing to do would be much more beneficial.
I missed the sign. Can someone point me to it? Thanks.
Also, the PR is good, but we never hear anything about ewater, which is RSHN's only wholly owned brand. Don't distributors want multiple brands from the companies they work with (e.g. Krogers)?
I found this on SI site. Rush Beverage Company, not RushNet, Inc., will be in booth 3609. The link allows you download a PDF file with all the attendees and their booth numbers. Maybe this means the cost of the show will be paid for by Rush Beverage and not RSHN.

Whoa.
Will you guys (and girls?) stop it with Wal Mart and Costco? These are NOT companies Rushnet wants to cater to. Rushnet would become fodder faster than a RSHN price drop from a Bob Corr PR.
You have never posted to this board without trying to incite fear and loathing about a reverse split. Isn't it time you did one yourself?
These actions are because of claims made by the sellers of the products. It doesn't even imply that the ingestion of the products is necessarily harmfuld to the ingestor; only that the sellers can't claim certin benefits or research links when advertising the stuff.
Most Safeways only carry single X, not Cola and not XXX. Don't forget, the ginseng drinks, from Rush Beverages, have a completely different (established long ago) distribution channel.
The new drinks are from Rushnet and AR, and are not in the same distribution channels. I'm going to guess that the Rush Beverage beverages (Rush Cola, X, and XXX) will eventually be brought through the same channels as e-water and AR drinks.
I never understood why e-water was never brought into the existing Rush Beverage distribution channels. Seems it would have given it much better and earlier market exposure.
Sorry, all. I can't believe Gray Taxi is for real. Because of the sheer number of posts to this site I felt it best to put the ignore light on.
MaryKateAustin:
I remember, back in the waning days of the '06 run, when the pps was falling, that a chartist was laughing at all the "to the moon" talk. He said that the price had to hit .0002 before it could regain it's prior glory. I'm interested in your take on that opinion.
It's like the wave theory, that ebbs and flows represent buyer psychology, and that psychology also follows certain rules. I believe this has all the potential in the world to be a huge boon to those who have a large position. It just has to have all the ducks lined up and ready to go. Production is still the key, in my estimation. It seems the market is ready to embrace the product lines.
Actually, it says Rush Beverage Company will be there, not Rushnet, Inc.. Does Rush Beverage Company feature Rushnet Beverage products?
That's the point. Grow the company to the point you can grow the stock. One follows the other, and they probably are mutually exclusive.
What are the penalties for non-compliance?
alfa:
The Colas are owned by Rush Beverages, which is owned by Corr. RSHN owns half the juices and all of the water. Rush Beverages has been in business for over twenty-five years, so it's distribution network is established, if not extensive. So, it shouldn't be too surprising to find them in many stores.
RSHN gets 62.5% of the distribution profits (or whatever they are called) on Mr. Corr's products, while RSHN gets half of all the profit the juice company produces, and 100% of the profit that the water lines produce, so I'm cheering much harder for Juice and Water than Cola.
I would cheer much harder for the colas if RSHN owned Rush Beverages, though.
OT-FWIW-California Dreamin'
In today's paper from AP, and I quote:
"PepsiCo, Inc., the nation's second biggest soft drink company, and an affiliated bottler are paying $542 million for a majority stake in a Ukraine-based juice company, with plans to buy the rest of the company later this year."
So, keep a good thought all.
I recall reading somewhere that South Korea was going to be a bottling hub, but I don't remember if it was in this life or one of the past ones.
Oh, no!! Those two dreaded words: Two weeks!
Is anyone paying attention to this stuff? I hope not. These comments should be marked OT: For Only Trouble!
