Actually, the REGDEX is showing a sale of common stock, in our case, $1,000,000 worth. If it is coming from the company's restricted shares or from newly issued shares, it sounds like it is, indeed, dilution. Perhaps Swan was talking about the fact that these shares have already been out there from the Lynch deal, and will not be a dilution from that point.
