Go to link provided in message 20786. Once there, click on public reference room link at left side of page. Jot down the CIK number and maybe the REGDEX acc. no. (lots of 9's). Then, click on link: publicinfo@sec.gov. Provide the information required and send. As I said, it took about four hours for that document to be retrieved and sent to my email.
