alstocks, that's not the problem here. The problem here is that stock that had already been issued is coming out. And there is a lot more coming into the trading float.
The speed at which the seller wants to get rid of his/her position is going to drive this lower. And on top of that, you have a MP trading on his own account in front of the seller.
If TM releases some great news, then the seller will have more liquidity to exit faster without tanking the price more than what we've seen today.
Bottom line, there is more stock coming out.
If I was TM, I would go silent until that stock has been sold. I would also start buying myself when the seller is near finished.
sunlight, I got involved with TSNP right before the SPAC deal. And I'm telling you, this looks exactly the same. Trading got halted, came back from the dead, had SEC filings, and TSNP was a wood floor company.
SPAC aquistion, and that thing went to over a 2 dollars. I saw it, was part of it, (Sold way too early).
What I'm saying is it can happen.
Is that going to happen here? I don't know. But this looks right.
Dam Mike, this looks like another TSNP in the making. We might have to wait a while before everything gets lined up, but I bough some today.
Gracias for the info. They must have something going on before spending the money to get things back up and running.
Thanks again.
Hey Mike, I didn't know you where over here. What's going on with this company besides the resurrection of the compliance with OTC Markets, and filing the latest 10-K?
Float just increased to 729m Red. Company hasn't updated the number your are quoting with OTC markets yet.
The shares at DTC are in brokerage accounts, ergo, the tradable float.
You/re correct Mike. The CEO that recently passed was issued 50m or something like that, and that issuance would not be eligible for free trading yet. (rule 144, non reporting takes a year at least)
Thanks Money !!!! Man, maybe I'm crazy, but again I thought there was one more that had a 03/17/23 (or close) date on it.
I'll tell you something else that TM should do, is get that T/A to update daily. I know the company can instruct/control when the T/A releases those updates. I know companies that do instruct the T/A release that information every morning.
That of course if he really want to be transparent.
Thanks INV4. Yep, I have that one also, but I'm pretty sure there was another one in the middle of that, and the most recent.
If I can get that one, then I can get us a more accurate number of how much more stock is going to come out.
Thanks again.
Then as of now, we have at lease 70m+ more shares coming out from the latest DTC deposit.
And that's not including the other 200m that is now unrestricted that hasn't been deposited in a brokerage account (DTC) yet.
Ok, I have it on my computer at home. I'm thinking the last update was 3/17. Is that what you remember?
I'm trying to figure out how much more is in front of us from the 125m increase in the float.
Mike, do you have a screen shot of the previous share structure from OTC Markets? I think the date was middle of last month.
Thanks,
I agree, One of the larger shareholders as you described passed away recently.
But here's an idea. How about TM buy some stock in the open market, and file a Form3/4 with the SEC disclosing the open market purchases.
And who cleared this stock with a sub penny, non reporting company? That had to be somebody with connections.
Why isn't any news being release that would help absorb some of this stock coming out?
Why isn't any type of updated website showing up?
What I can tell you that TM is doing is water logging the stock. This is what happens when you get an unexperienced guy involved with a startup public company. You have to be able to juggle 10 things at once, and know where all the pitfalls are that are going to come up.
Welp.............Shocked that the share Structure changed the way it did.
Anybody want to argue with facts?
O/S
2,715,561,474

1,519,270,460

871,291,014

Float (Same as what's available in DTC, I'm sure some are going to argue this isn't in the float, but the DTC number on OTC Markets website is updated by the company, not the T/A)
603,545,935
728,545,935
+125,000,000 (+125m been coming out to retail over the last month, that’s why a market maker keeps shorting any buying pressure, he knows he’s got plenty more going to come out lower)
And from all this above, we've got another 200m shares hanging over our heads. You've got 3 choices here. 1. Sell your position, and try to buy lower, 2. Keep averaging down hoping another rally is coming, or 3. Throw in the towel.
Not true. He was issued stock and some other new employees in either December or January. I’m thinking it was for another 47m shares all together. You can easily find this information on the otcmarkets.com website if you don’t believe me.
JD, Here it is........
https://www.buzzfile.com/business/CM-Technology-978-664-6218
You can see James is the Principal.
JD, I don't think that is the correct company. The company they acquired is in New England, and I thought it was MA.
Big, where did you see that company statement?
Thanks for your help.
3 Market Makers in the box today on each side. Up from two on bid yesterday.
Hustler, That's about the timeframe I saw the enforcement actions from the SEC. The actions where against some bad actors. Here's what's interesting to me, somebody has spent some money getting this thing fully reporting, and getting OTC Markets up and running.
Is there another merger coming? Is there some super IP for Motion Controller Motors coming from the previous aquisition?
Thanks for your quick response Mike. I'll dig in a little more, and let you know what I find.
Does anybody on the board have any idea why this thing got shut down for a while?
Thanks,
Mike, you have any ideas of why somebody spent the money to get this one out of the grave? I know they reported 3rd qtr last year, any idea why this thing got shut down? I saw some SEC enforcements against some bad players, but cant find any reason the stock was shut down.
Are they going to put out their 10K this month? Do they have some super engineering patent coming for a drive motor?
Anything? Bueller...............Bueller..............Bueller..............
Thanks again
Really? I’ve been suggesting that for 6 months.
Some info for Tony to put in his investor deck
https://m.youtube.com/shorts/xRfwkbKMH3g
Now that was a good tweet. TM should keep quiet just about everything that is not material. I also disagree with this question and answer thing you and he are doing.
If the affiliates would make some open market purchases, file a form 3/4 with the SEC reporting those purchases, and cancel all that stupid stock passed out to the affiliates that is basically worthless at this point, then TM's financing problems would easily be solved (and be cheaper). AND we as shareholders would not loose our ownership in the company so severely when he does lock in some financing. (dilution)
Sorry, wrong category................
Was: 'we see a rise in the unrestricted soon.'
Should be: 'we see a rise in the "Held at DTCC soon"
Yep, no doubt on somebody still converting paper. MP selling short for his own account at the open, then selling clients paper throughout the day driving the price down. He'll buy back his position before EOD at a much lower price than the green prints near the open.
Just like clockwork.
Still looks like somebody is converting paper. I'll bet everybody here a dollar that we see a rise in the unrestricted soon, IF, of course, TM doesn't 'gag' the T/A again.
Any takers?
But the good thing is as soon as they stop, then we should see a rally.
Here……. Ask TM who he issued the 47m shares to and what for after he said no dilution.
So you’re going to make sure TM only gets ground balls?
This POS keeps getting better.
Carbon, it is truly sad that this thing is going to go bad. They had everything they needed to make a run at a real business and for the success of the investors.
No words to describe how disheartening what I see unfolding because of arrogance and stupidity.
Really sad.
Keep trying to put lipstick on the pig. Bottom line, CEO tweeted 'No Dilution', and then we see dilution AFTER the T/A was 'ungagged'.
The 'gagging' of the T/A was total dishonest BS. You and I both know that the T/A gave at least 2 updates a month on the SS, and then suddenly stopped. They didn't stop on their own, the company told them to stop.
If this guy (TM) doesn't get some help, then a screwing of the common is a comin.
Disturbing FACTs since the new CEO TM took over. These are FACTS, not opinions:
1.) Company 'gagged' the T/A for over a month after the SS update on 12/23/2022.
2.) CEO Tweets no Dilution.
3.) T/A gets 'ungagged' and an additional 47m shares had been issued during the 'gagged' time period.
Don't believe me? Look around or ask PhillyMike.
Again, I told you guys who TM needs to reach out to, and this would have been finished.
Period.
Big picture? I can get a website up and running in two days. After 2 months, a complete front/back end complicated website running algos in the back.
This TM guy can't even get a website built. And I'm sure that once a new website shows up, it will look like shit, and cost way too much.
I agree with you. And the most discouraging, is that he could have had this up and running by now if TM would have reached out to a guy I suggested back in November. I'm sure VT is giving TM some really shitty advice, and by now, I think/hope TM is realizing that VT is a self centered, egotistical Latino, with no organizational/execution skills for a startup. All of this goes away if TM would/would have reached out to this guy.
https://www.ktnrinc.com
Really really sad to see this get so fu!#$%!^ up again.
This has the scary look of dishonesty...............
Should say.........
While meeting with potential investors, almost all asked; Why are you not telling your shareholders that the C-team is not being paid salaries until funding targets are met? My reply: We can't pay C-team salaries because as shown in our latest financial filings, there's no money in the bank. But, when our funding targets are met, then for sure we will start taking 6 figure salaries at the expense of the shareholders.
Why don't you get it straight from the horses mouth instead of assuming.
"in my opinion only, he wants a lower pps to buy in, period... same old tactics used for years... way beyond old...have a great long weekend, longs... Tgif!"
Not true. What I want is the CEO to get the help he needs to not fuck this up.
That's it. Period.
alstocks, your lack of honesty is frightening.
Where did I say I wanted to sue the CEO? Answer = Nowhere
Where did I say I gave up? Again....Answer = Nowhere.
You're saying that becuase he only issued 47m shares after he said no dilution that everything is O.K? To me, that's the same as Bill Clint saying he didn't have sexual relations with Lewenski because she only gave him a hummer.
Amazing the officials are letting you walk around.
I'll just let everybody that has any reasonable command of the English language decide. (I'll use arbitrary numbers for this example)
If one day, there are 2,500,000,000 shares of common issued, and I hold 25,000,000 shares of the common stock issued, then I own 1% of the common shares.
If on the next day, there are now 3,000,000,000 shares of common issued, and I hold 25,000,000 shares of common, then I own less than 1% of the common shares. (dilution)
Now I agree with you that the tradeable float has not been diluted, But...... the only reason why there has not been any dilution in the tradeable float lately is no brokerage firm or clearing firm will take the unrestricted stock because the price is too low. Like I said in the earlier post, TM and VT are going to have to do something that was suggested, or, OR !!!!, they will hurt the current shareholders. And if TM is looking for financing, it is going to be HUGE !!!! EXPENSIVE(super dilutive) unless he takes some good advice I just gave him.
But in all, and I'm talking about the management, market participants, and traders, this is a complete shit show so far. If I was a market participant, I would have got my short top put on a lot higher than .014, because I then could go shop for some of that unrestricted paper that I could get cleared north of a penny, like for example, the family of the recently deceased CEO that was issued 50m shares.
Again, all I've seen so far is incompetence, I don't care what he did at T-Mobile.
