Amazing the officials are letting you walk around.

I'll just let everybody that has any reasonable command of the English language decide. (I'll use arbitrary numbers for this example)

If one day, there are 2,500,000,000 shares of common issued, and I hold 25,000,000 shares of the common stock issued, then I own 1% of the common shares.

If on the next day, there are now 3,000,000,000 shares of common issued, and I hold 25,000,000 shares of common, then I own less than 1% of the common shares. (dilution)

Now I agree with you that the tradeable float has not been diluted, But...... the only reason why there has not been any dilution in the tradeable float lately is no brokerage firm or clearing firm will take the unrestricted stock because the price is too low. Like I said in the earlier post, TM and VT are going to have to do something that was suggested, or, OR !!!!, they will hurt the current shareholders. And if TM is looking for financing, it is going to be HUGE !!!! EXPENSIVE(super dilutive) unless he takes some good advice I just gave him.

But in all, and I'm talking about the management, market participants, and traders, this is a complete shit show so far. If I was a market participant, I would have got my short top put on a lot higher than .014, because I then could go shop for some of that unrestricted paper that I could get cleared north of a penny, like for example, the family of the recently deceased CEO that was issued 50m shares.

Again, all I've seen so far is incompetence, I don't care what he did at T-Mobile.
