Mike, you have any ideas of why somebody spent the money to get this one out of the grave? I know they reported 3rd qtr last year, any idea why this thing got shut down? I saw some SEC enforcements against some bad players, but cant find any reason the stock was shut down.

Are they going to put out their 10K this month? Do they have some super engineering patent coming for a drive motor?
