I suspect asnap is well taken care of by the company.
Plaintiff, you see us as bad guys because you did not open your eyes to the truth. We actually are the good guys on the side of truth, knowledge, honesty, and fair dealings. I understand, though, that it is easy to be led astray by the bad guys because sometimes the bad guys offer something you want sooo bad that you become blind to the truth.
The SEC will eventually close this operation down...that's the bottom line. It took them a while to come in, but now that they are in I KNOW they will find fraud and probably millions of dollars worth. It's just too plain to see even without much investigation.
I have no idea what you are talking about. This stock CAN NOT be shorted. I wish it could have been because I sold my position at 3.20 and have been warning everyone else to do the same since. I could have made MEGA dollars!
Oh, and how can you say my logic is moronic when I'm not the one caught holding the bag at 9 cents? Please help me understand.
and I'm sure they appreciate your stedfast support, plaintiff.
No, they aren't. They just said they intend to sell a majority stake to new people coming in...to me, that doesn't sound like they are determined to do anything but squeeze out every penny they possibly can.
Well, here we are at .10 right where I predicted. From here I predict this thing will basically sit and ever so slowly drift downward until there is nothing left. The volume will dry up to near nothing. $$As$nap, make sure you close the door and turn out the lights when you are done.
Game over...everyone had PLENTY of notice and warning.
You're welcome.
Who ARE you?
Purchase Orders Announced (Calypso Wireless has announced purchase orders in the past that never came to fruition...will these?
Inversiones ($16.2 million for C1250i phone) (announced 4th quarter, 2005)
Inversiones (1.05 million euros for Calypso-Sleipner software) (announced 4th quarter, 2005)
Servinova ($2.02 million for C1250i phone) (announced 4th quarter, 2005)
Servinova ($2.28 million for C750 phone) (announced 1st quarter, 2006)
Centconet ($23.3 million for C1250i and C750 phones) (announced 1st quarter, 2006)
WOW! What an expensive change in strategy! They had all these orders for their phones, but they just decide not to compete in the phone market??? These are only a few of the deals they announced! So, was this deception?
""The difference between you and me is that I am willing to consider I might be wrong..."
I'm always willing to consider that I might be wrong when I'm wrong, but the evidence of wrongdoing, corruption, greed, and incompetence here is so clear it could not possibly be more compelling.
For anyone not to see it I must conclude that they just are inexperienced or they have not done their homework. Which camp do you belong in?"

"I would hate to believe in a company that has to pay off people in order to release a press release regarding their company. Calypso sure does have a LOT of consultants!"
-- Repost from 07/13/2005
September 21 is when the next Frost and Sullivan award is scheduled. They bought the 3 for 1 special from them.
SEC Investigation
"The Company has been notified of an SEC investigation relating to stock issued in connection with the consulting agreements, in particular certain transactions which led to the restatement further explained in note 10. The Company has provided the requested information and will continue to fully comply with all future requests. The Company believes the original omission of the disclosure of these agreements was an inadvertent omission because of the complexity of the accounting rules and has attempted to modify the system to avoid any such omissions in the future."
So, the SEC IS getting in on the act finally! Way to go SEC!
Hopefully this will lead to further investigation of this scam. Perhaps George Schilling, Mendoza, Davila, and others can join the many other corporate fraudsters already in prison.
On April 1, 2005, the Company terminated the services of the law firm of Sears & Crawford. They sought arbitration to recover legal fees that were challenged by Calypso. On January 13, 2006, the case was settled for the amount of $50,000 and 450,000 shares of Calypso common stock. The funds were transferred and the stock was issued a few days after the deadline included in the settlement and without the required request for an extension. As a result Sears & Crawford obtained a summary judgment for an additional $129,000 due to the late payment. Calypso has agreed to issue another 250,000 to the law firm to satisfy this judgment.
On April 25, 2005 a lawsuit filed by Calypso consultant Doug Sanders has been amicably settled in a manner that serves the mutual benefit of the company and Mr. Sanders.
On October 6, 2005, Robert Leon, the Company's former Chief Technology Officer, commenced an action against the Company seeking additional compensation and reimbursement of certain expenses. This matter has been amicably settled in a manner that serves the mutual benefit of both parties.
On November 5, 2004, Drago Daic d/b/a Tribeca Inc, filed a lawsuit against the Company, which is pending in Houston Texas, alleging that the Company delivered restricted shares rather than registered shares in a stock purchase; that he was assigned an interest in a lawsuit and the Company refused to acknowledge his interest; that he was hired to assist in obtaining the patent in exchange for 4,500,000 shares and an amount of $10,000,000. The Company disputes the claims; has never issued any shares to Mr. Drago, is not pursing litigation against anyone, never signed a contract for assistance with the patent and has used its attorneys Malloy & Malloy to obtain such patent. The Company believes that it has fully complied with all of its obligations; however the outcome of this case is uncertain.
On March 3, 2006, Canal Place Ltd. commenced an action against the Company seeking unpaid rent for the term of certain leased property in Akron Ohio in the amount of $27,755.56. The Company had moved certain technical employees from Akron to Miami and decided to abandon the lease in Akron.
Sounds like they have a history of just abandoning obligations!
"Effective on February 27, 2006, Mr. Michael Pizzi resigned his positions as Executive Vice President and general counsel."
WHY?
"In conjunction with its direction towards licensing its technology, the Company has reduced its operating costs by reducing the number of employees to approximately 15 employees. We have not experienced any work stoppages and consider our relations with our employees to be good."
"In conjunction with its direction towards licensing its technology, the Company has reduced its operating costs by reducing the number of employees to approximately 10 employees. We have not experienced any work stoppages and consider our relations with our employees to be good."
So which is it? Do they have 10 or 15 employees?
Notice the same ole: "we will work to get irrevocable letter of credit from bank acceptable to Calypso Wireless, blah, blah..."
This purchase will never happen folks. This has been done over and over again. ...and who the heck is Inversiones? They just dumped a million shares off of this press release today.

The pattern I see occurring is that Calypso Wireless pumps for a while and then there is total silence for months allowing enough time to go by to allow new investors to cycle in then more pumping. Also what I see is that the stock price generally struggles a little more with each pump cycle (case in point this last pump cycle...the stock could not make it past 1.60 even with what some people might see as positive press releases) because of dilution and just flat out more selling occurring each time. Obviously the stock is going to have ups and downs, but I honestly don't see this stock getting above $2 again unless they show revenues. I do see an overall general trend downward, and I think it is much more likely that we will see it approach .65 before it gets close to 2.00. Of course, I don't have a crystal ball, but this is my analysis of the situation. Obviously, we are much closer to .65 than we are 2.00 anyway so it doesn't take a rocket scientist to make such a prediction.
Let's be honest. There is an extraordinary amount of downside risk/pressure on this stock. The company has very little money, and they are only surviving by issuing stock for money and services. This obviously is likely to continue, so the downside pressure will continue. The company has a total of 200,000,000 shares to issue. Currently approximately 113,000,000 shares are outstanding. I suspect that we will continue on this path of issuing shares so we will continue on the path of general downsloping of the stock price with momentary ups and downs based on press releases or anything else the company might do. Investors need to understand, though, that as time goes on more and more restricted shares will become unrestricted and the company continuously issues more and more shares for money and services, and with a falling stock price in general more and more people are inclined to sell.

I think as soon as these institutional investors decide that this company isn't going anywhere they will all dump their shares at about the same time...the stock will plummet, and the company will be forced into bankruptcy without money to operate. I suspect that is going to happen sooner than later.

If ASNAP was commercially ready, the stock price would not be where it is...insiders would be buying instead of selling...we would honestly be the last to know about ASNAP being commercially ready if it really were...
-- Repost from 02/25/06
Well, here is what I am going to say to respond to this post...
What got all the original attention for Calypso Wireless was its alleged ASNAP (automatic switching of network access points) technology. Seamless roaming technology from WAN (3G cellular) to LAN (WiFi) back to WAN networks is what got all the initial hype for Calypso Wireless. Their patent is for this type of technology. The new focus of Calypso Wireless tells me that ASNAP, as it was originally devised, is no longer a focus; and so Calypso Wireless has lost its original vision. They are floating around lost in a sea of technological problems of which they have no means to tackle.
I think I DO understand how ASNAP fits into Calypso's complete convergence technical solution...it no longer really does.
-- Repost from 02/08/06
When ASNAP says "350k", is that how much he was paid by Calypso to tout the stock???
New blood coming...actually the players in this scam are just exiting stage right...the game has ended.
How long does it take to do the math?
0 + 0 = 0
Well, as I've said before...I think the scam is just about over. The stock price hovering at .20 can't go down much more, and previous press releases have not helped the stock price go up so the insiders have been limited on the number of shares they can sell...so it's almost done. This COULD be why we haven't seen any SEC filings from the company since third quarter of last year. The scam may simply be over.
OR
As I have also stated before, they COULD be using one of their old tactics where they do not produce any news for an extended time period and then they come out with some news to catch unaware investors unaware. This is about the only way they are going to be able to continue to sell any stock, so I do expect to see that happen at some point. If you are still holding shares in this company I would suggest selling at any spike in price because the price still can drop further as the insiders sell into the next pump.
I've also noticed that summer time is typically quiet for this "company". I believe they take their money and enjoy very long vacations during the spring/summer months.
Of course they have...that is how they are paid...hundreds of thousands of dollars each and probably much more. George Schilling was paid at least one million shares just to take the CEO title and then quit a few months later.
The month of May is coming to an end, and we still have no 10-K report for 2005 and no 10-Q for the first quarter, 2006.
Is Calypso Wireless still reporting or are they not going to worry about doing that anymore?
They may be holding silent for a while to let time go by before releasing the next bogus press info to attract people that do not know the history of Calypso Wireless...then MORE DUMPING will occur which will drive the price down even further.
Good luck.
Well, something has to attract people because Calypso Wireless sure isn't doing anything.
Yes, it was due May 15, Billcoln. The 2005 10-K was due March 31, and it is not even filed yet.
Yes, and zero revenue.
This whole outfit has been "fishy" for a long time now.
still no 10-K...does the company still exist? Are they ever going to file again?
Yes, Sharma has. Have you?
I suspect that some here will have a tough time reading and comprehending this post. LOL.
Was Baghdad Bob a scam when he declared that Iraq had "severed the heads of the Americans and were winning the war against evil" when in the background American tanks were roaring down the road?
The truth is laid out for you to see. You just have not accepted the truth yet.
"The subject annual report on Form 10-KSB will be filed on or before the fifthteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date..." -Calypso Wireless SEC filing
The 10-K was due on April 1, Calypso filed for an extension, and it is now 15 days past the allowed extension time and still no 10-K! Shareholders have NO information for the fourth or first quarter yet, and that information is supposed to be made public by now. If I was a shareholder, I would be extremely upset and Calypso Wireless would be hearing from me. I would never allow a company to have my money invested when there is no timely communication in regards to how the company is performing...even if what they say might be false, you'd still have some sort of communication!
Name and telephone number of person to contact in regard to this:
Cheryl L. Dotson, CFO
(713) 952-7300
Let them hear from you shareholders!!!
In my opinion, if Calypso Wireless really had technology that companies wanted they would simply purchase rights to it. It seems you all are trying to make excuses for every little thing. Wake up.
They developed the so called ASNAP technology and applied for the patent in 2000 yet in all this time they have sold it to no one.
Also, the new way Calypso is marketing their "technology" is not even covered under the ASNAP patent...
Why can't Calypso Wireless file their 10-K? It's almost a month late now.
I'm still waiting on the late 10-K showing revenues of $19 million in the fourth quarter. We also need news on the additional millions in revenue that were to happen in the first quarter.
Who's coming on board this time? George Schilling again? LOL
