In my opinion, if Calypso Wireless really had technology that companies wanted they would simply purchase rights to it. It seems you all are trying to make excuses for every little thing. Wake up.

They developed the so called ASNAP technology and applied for the patent in 2000 yet in all this time they have sold it to no one.

Also, the new way Calypso is marketing their "technology" is not even covered under the ASNAP patent...
