"The subject annual report on Form 10-KSB will be filed on or before the fifthteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date..." -Calypso Wireless SEC filing

The 10-K was due on April 1, Calypso filed for an extension, and it is now 15 days past the allowed extension time and still no 10-K! Shareholders have NO information for the fourth or first quarter yet, and that information is supposed to be made public by now. If I was a shareholder, I would be extremely upset and Calypso Wireless would be hearing from me. I would never allow a company to have my money invested when there is no timely communication in regards to how the company is performing...even if what they say might be false, you'd still have some sort of communication!
