The company seems to have multi-facets now. Revenue will be shared from the 'community projects' as well as the third party billing for gas and electric in the states that are deregulated. In addition the STS on residential homes will generate revenue as well. Mass has a 'Solarize Mass' project that has been very successful. I think we'll see that program in more states each year.
He has 2 patents,. for wind augmenters. He's very published and respected in Massachusetts colleges: WPI/UMASS AMHERST.. MMMW been around for 15? years., MMMW generates revenue still from the wind augmenters.. paid for OTCQB certification (new requirement)., paid for at least two 'audited' financials.. concentrating on solar now., company had multi ads for solar installers needed in Mass., is forming allegiances with solar companies already in MA and NY?NJ... He's been working on this for at least 4 years., tweaking all the components., carlcarlos can give more info on that, I'm not technical that way. He's also reselling electricity in states that have been deregulated..
Please feel free to correct or add to this list anyone.
Roger that Az., Friday noon pullback .. be great to end week green.. really green.
Did a lot of research on Jon Ricker., he has been involved in tangible and profitable projects all over the country. Has had many a paper written by colleges about his MAT wind augmenter. All with outstanding findings. He looks to have been a one man band for the past and called in engineers etc as needed. But the 10 just said they spent money on a prototype., he just paid for the OTCQB certificate, and has audited financials. As long as he doesn't dilute us we will be in good shape.
More job postings from September it looks like, when
clicking on link they are no longer there however. Could
they have filled that fast?

Mass Megawatts can capture these customers. http://www.massmegawatts.com/affordable-green-energy/#faq
Affordable Green Energy
Mass Megawatts is proud to offer affordable, renewable-energy plans to residential and commercial electricity users in several states, including New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Illinois. The discounted plans comply with renewable energy standards, and can provide substantial savings to electricity and natural gas users through the use of environmentally-friendly, green energy.
Great way to save up to 40% or more on your electric and/or gas bills.
Easy to enroll – online, by phone, or through the mail.
No contracts to sign. No up-front payments. Cancel any time.
Your utility company stays the same with the same reliable services.
You’re helping the environment by switching to a clean energy source.
For commercial consumers, we also offer ‘Free Energy Evaluation’ services to identify additional cost savings opportunities.
With the deregulation of energy, consumers can now select the energy supplier of their choice, while still keeping their same utility company. Through a simple and easy enrollment process, residential and commercial customers can elect to switch to an environmentally-friendly, low-cost energy plan with Mass Megawatts Wind Power.
As a leader in the development of low-cost, wind-power systems, Mass Megawatts has leveraged its industry-knowledge and wholesale power agreements to offer affordable green energy rates to individual and business customers. While rates depend on several factors, typical savings for Mass Megawatt’s electricity customers range from 10 to 20%, and can exceed 40% in some cases.
For instance, in some areas, Mass Megawatts is currently offering a variable rate, electricity plan (utilizing 20% green energy) at a rate approaching 3 cents per kWh. You can compare this rate to the rate shown on your electric bill to calculate the difference in your territory. In many cases, the potential savings can be significant and exceed 40%. Customers have the satisfaction of saving money with a Mass Megawatts energy plan with the added knowledge that they’re also helping the environment.
When you choose Mass Megawatts as your power supplier, you receive many benefits…
Low-cost electricity and/or natural gas plans that can provide substantial savings.
Helps the environment through the use of green-energy sources, like wind.
Your utility company stays the same and continues to provide you with the same reliable services, like meter reading, bill processing, service, etc.
Easy and free enrollment process. No SSN or credit checks, no up-front payments, etc.
No contracts or long-term commitments required. You can cancel at any time.
No interruption in your power service when switching to a Mass Megawatt’s energy plan.
Multiple plans are offered, including 20% or 100% Green-Energy and variable rate plans.
Supports innovation that protects the environment, and limits climate impact, through the reduction of harmful, fossil-fuel emissions.
The deregulation of energy allows residential and business consumers to choose their power supplier. This has created a competitive marketplace where customers can choose from a wide list of qualified power suppliers based on criteria such as cost and renewable-energy providers. You’re not required to pick a specific power supplier, and if you haven’t chosen one in the past, your utility will assign you to a default power supplier and rate. Unfortunately, this doesn’t guarantee that you’re receiving the lowest-rate and/or an environmentally friendly power source.
It’s important to note that your utility company (or carrier) doesn’t change when you select a different power supplier. You continue to be a customer of your current utility and you continue to receive the same reliable services . The utility continues to read your meter, provide you with a monthly statement, correct any service problems, and process your monthly payments. The only thing that changes is where the utility gets your energy from.
It’s an easy and quick process to switch to a discounted electricity and/or natural gas plan from Mass Megawatts. There’s no cost to enroll, no contract to sign, no credit card or SSN is needed, and you can terminate the plan at any time. You simply contact us (using the form below) and we’ll get back to you to provide you with the plan rates, your estimated monthly savings, answer any questions you may have, and walk you through the simple, online-enrollment process.
At Mass Megawatts Wind Power, we are committed to delivering quality, low-cost, green energy plans and power-generation systems to residential and commercial customers. You can view more information about our affordable green energy plans on our FAQ’s page.
Please fill-out the contact form below to learn more about switching to a Mass Megawatt’s energy plan and/or to enroll. . If preferred, you can also call us directly at 508-751-5432 for assistance. (Please have a recent electric and/or gas bill available when speaking with us. Thank you)

For commercial users we also offer “Free Energy Evaluation” services. Most businesses that take advantage of this free service quickly discover ways to lower their utility bill and quality for reimbursement of prior payments.
The free energy audits identify common problems with current utility plans that are costing many businesses thousands of dollars each month. Typical errors found include incorrect tax classifications, double meter reads, demand errors, and excessive surcharges. In many cases, the customer is entitled to a credit, refund, and/or adjustment that may be retroactive, dating back 36 to 48 months.
Often, the savings are quite substantial for businesses who request the energy audit. Several prior customers have realized refunds in excess of $15,000 with on-going monthly savings approaching $1,500 per month.
There is no risk to perform the audit. The company only shares in the credits, refunds, and adjustments they identify and secure for the customer. All future savings is completely retained by the customer. If no refunds or credits are found, then the audit is completely free. It’s a great way to get a risk-free, professional analysis of your current utility plans and services.
You can request more information about this free service by submitting a contact request above and/or also contact the company directly at 508-751-5432.
We look forward to working with you to improve your energy usage and generation processes.
Sincerely,
Jonathan Ricker

Thanks Carl, I was trying to understand this paragraph in today's PR:
"With its patent pending, Solar Tracking System, Wind Electric-Power Generation system, a new retail sales business, only approximately 50 million shares issued and outstanding, and very little debt, Mass Megawatts believes it is well positioned to ramp-up production in the shorter term while expanding its infrastructure to support mass-production goals in the longer term."
Carl, is the product called 'Solar Tracking System, Wind Electric-Power Generation system' ? This PR says 'new retail sales business' ?

I'd agree with that Adman., good to get in before the STS hits the webpage.

I have read a lot (partially all) MMMW financials lately. Have been in more than a few
Otc's I regret. I have never seen a company thay has held otc status for 17 years
Without dilution, let alone a AS of 50 million. If I am incorrect please advise.

Thanks again Pickle, I was looking into the Solarize Mass website again to get an idea of who the Solar Companies are in the Springfield/Amherst MA area, and the list is short, Astrum, RGS, Northeast...
Time will tell I suppose.

Also checking 'Craigslist' for 'solar installers' under JOBS,
and see there are many companies installing but NRG has the most number of ads for installers to hire, as well as the most number of communities they are hiring in.
Great numbers. Hoping the company has a PR firm lined up.
Excellent! thanks for the numbers Carl! I would think just the residential installations would continue to grow. I'm seeing entire neighborhoods light up in solar.
I am very happy about that Carl, been in too many that dilute the
crap out of a accumulating climb..then it spirals to hell. Looking for
a real deal, real product, real customers. Found it I believe. Adding as I can. Solid work by the president here.
Thanks Carl, I saw the item on the website that mentioned partnering., 'community project'? Hoping that takes off.
Thank you Pickle, hope we are the lowest we go before news.
Pickle, can you help me here? If these shares total approximately
(fast calculation, I could be off here)
18,000,000 are they included in the count of the authorized shares
issued of 49,600,000?
Thanks in advance... #205 for you.

Thanks Carl, makes perfect sense. Waiting for the 'reveal' now is
the tough part.
BP did a study in 2013 about the life of the energy reserves:
http://www.csmonitor.com/Environment/Energy-Voices/2014/0714/How-long-will-world-s-oil-reserves-last-53-years-says-BP
Imagine a world of solar panels on every home. Kind of like cell phones 25 years ago...
Good job Carl, 20% is huge, especially with the push to make the US energy independent, to do that you have to use renewable energy, wind/solar.
Do you suppose the torque is provided by the capture of wind? As in the patent for the wind augmenter MMMW owns? Speculating here, but maybe the wind energy is stored in batteries and used to rotate the panels to follow the sun.

Good morning Cash, looks like a slow day, but we'll see action soon
enough. Side note, I was noticing on the Mass Megawatts site in the solar power section the multiple references to New York. Under the 'favorable impacts of incentives - adjusted cost after one year'. Can only wait and see.

Thanks Carl, here is some preliminary research on the
Springfield/Amherst Solarize Mass project. Govenor Duval Patrick
wants to have 250 MW of power by 2017. I don't know if the 2014
program is closed but it appears the program runs in selected areas
for a predetermined amount of time. Looks as though a community is
selected and the community? selects the installers that provide the
homeowners and business the stats on savings, PPA'S., etc.
* Solarize Mass is run by Massachusetts Dept of Clean Energy
* 2015 Solarize Mass communities are now being asked to participate:
http://www.masscec.com/solicitations/2015-solarize-mass-community-rfp
http://www.amherstma.gov/solarize
Some of the companies that were involved in this year's program are
impressive:

https://www.northamericansolarstores.com/SolarNews/regional-solar/solarize-massachusetts-program/
http://northeast-solar.com/solarize-amherst-faqs
http://go.astrumsolar.com/solarizelexingtonbedford
Looks to be a long term project. The potential for MMMW is great,
not just in Mass but NY and NJ. I am starting to get a picture of
how large this industry is going to become. Looks like the state level government is working hard to reach into communities to make solar energy for homeowners easy to achieve by working directly with the solar companies. I can remember years ago the homeowner did their own footwork and had no real database to gather a large scale of knowledge from various installers. Kind of uncertain territory then. Much better system now.
This is very easy to understand CArl, thank you. Here is an email
reply from Jon Ricker/CEO MMMW. The delay in my posting is due to
the circumstance that I had no internet in the North Woods of Maine
this past week. What I would like to do is go back to the post I had recently regarding the link to the pending carve-outs and see the names of the solar installers in that area. I'm hoping for great big names.
I would imagine the solar installers would have to be also on the Solarize Mass contracts program. Will have to check Tues or Wed of week., busy couple of days ahead for me.

Solarize Mass is huge in Mass., if MMMW catches this wave it will last for years to come. If NY and NJ have similar programs (I have not researched theirs yet) we are golden.
How it works
The Solarize Mass program looks to increase the adoption of small-scale solar electricity systems through a grassroots educational campaign, driven mainly by local volunteers, and a tiered pricing structure that increases the savings for everyone as more home and business owners in a community sign up.
Each participating community selects a designated solar installation company, which offers five tiers of pricing, with the savings for increasing for everyone as more contracts are signed.
Home and business owners who want to participate can either purchase the solar electricity systems directly or enter into a lease or power purchase agreement (PPA) with the installer. Under a lease or PPA, the installer will own, operate and maintain the system, while the home or business owner agrees to purchase the power generated by the system at an agreed-upon rate.
The 2011 and 2012 Solarize Mass program resulted in more than 6,000 individuals expressing interest in pursuing solar electricity, and over 900 residents and business owners in the 21 communities signing contracts to install over 5.6 megawatts of solar electricity. In addition, the number of small-scale solar electricity projects in almost every community doubled as a direct result of the program.
Although the Solarize Mass program is not open for community and installer applications, to learn more about how participants were selected to participate in the current round, please view either the 2013 Round 2 Community Request for Proposals or the 2013 Round 2 Installer Request for Proposals.
By the Numbers
Program results for the second round of the 2013 - 2014 Solarize Mass program, which concluded on June 30.

Sounds as though you know your way around solar, Carl. You're good to have on board here!
Those are very likely numbers Carl, adding till we fly. I don't have PM, thanks for the message. If we are selling STS's in the next 3 months it could be a great holiday season.
Can't wait to see the STS in action... NJ and NY will be huge market.
# 96 for you :)
I picked up the dip at .0141 - great end to the day and week today.
Today was a great start. Volume and 17% pop. Volume will bring the eyes., mo mo is coming. A PR is needed to announce STS orders and installation proceedings and name the strategic allegiances.
Right, it needs to be shared on the big boards... low float boards.., etc... once we show up on most read/posted it will catch fire. I'm hoping to get a quarter million shares so I don't mind it slow right now :)
