Good job Carl, 20% is huge, especially with the push to make the US energy independent, to do that you have to use renewable energy, wind/solar.

Do you suppose the torque is provided by the capture of wind? As in the patent for the wind augmenter MMMW owns? Speculating here, but maybe the wind energy is stored in batteries and used to rotate the panels to follow the sun.
