But then unless you are privy to company confidential Grno documents, how would one know for a fact?
And what would you base grno's numbers on? Tarot cards, Ouija Boards, a roll of the dice? What factors will be needed to do a statistical analysis? You need Data to perform such a function. Confidence intervals? Based on what parameters? Probability such as what? That they will run through the winter as stated in their April pr or the fact that its near the middle of sept. and the onset of winter may delay their ability to run?
You need raw numbers to do any calculating. I'm just asking where are GRNO's raw numbers available?

This is one of the things that gets to me. If Carraway sold the shell wouldn't some kind of correspondence or notification be given to all the shareholders of record before the transaction? A vote? Something?
As I see it Carraway just sold his portion of the company to Margiotta thus giving him controlling interest (that’s sketchy to based on previously discussed share count at the time)Then just put the plan into action, issued a ton of stocks and the rest is, as they say, history

I guess its a mute point as I don't believe it was a reverse merger. IMO it was just a hand off. The merger should have initiated some scrutiny by the sec which best we can tell didn't happen at the time. below is a link to some interesting reading on the subject.

If you read the article you would see the mention of the word "shell" referring to the company being taken over. How many "shell" companies do you suppose are fully reporting?

Could you point me to a link where GRNO management told us anything about this? I think that what we heard was kinda like Freds cousin Mary's brother heard from management but there was no direct comunication to the shareholders as I recall. Please straighten me out if I'm wrong

She has to review and endorse once completed and should have had no part in the handoff of work being performed by a third party. Do you think the auditors would just stand by and wait for someone to tell them they had to assign the account to someone else?

Why would MS Mitchell have to make initial contact with anybody to get anything going? If it is the same firm shouldn't it have been that firm’s job to make sure the handoff of information was handled smoothly? Did this "first" accountant just say kiss my azz and leave one day? Not likely, so therefore I must assume that that persons duties should have been handed over in some sort of orderly fashion. What was the name of that incompetent lawyer again? I don't see any signature on any of those forms released back in june 2010.
If you were going to sign some papers that carried so much weight, would you not go back and make sure all of the I's were crossed and the T's dotted? I mean after all whose neck would be in the wringer if something were amiss?

Wouldn't it be more accurate to say there is a chance that it is not the real estate lady however there is a very great chance that she is? And why does it mater? If she's multi tasking in todays economy to get ahead....hoooray. I think thats better than sitting around the house waiting for a law gig. Do a search on the overabundance of lawyers and you might find a reason for a little moonlighting.
