Fact!
I first bought this POS on Sept 11, 2009 and I am averaged in at 0.104. I bought it because it was one of the WSJ's future industry changing companies or wherever the heck they called it. I have not read jack about it in years but I'm seeing more activity as of late. Can some reasonably sound person give me the Clif Notes on what company is up to. TIA.
Any luck with the email to OTC?
email OTC Markets with your comments and questions as I have found them to very responsive.
Issuer Services <issuers@otcmarkets.com>
Why not just go to the source to understand the SEC rules that OTC has to operate under.
Interesting, who's Forn 3's do I look at? I have a lot of catching up to do.
I too new here to know what I don't know, but the R/S mention is just an analogy to what a post merger company could look like.
Just got here so don't kill me for asking what may seem like a stupid question and I may figure it out on my own in the next few hours, but do you base your R/S analogy on this:
Under the Merger Agreement, the stockholders of ABM will receive a number of shares of SGII common stock based on an exchange ratio (the “Exchange
Ratio”), the numerator of which is equal to the number of shares of SGII common stock equal to the quotient of (i) (A) $160,000,000, plus (B) Closing Date
Cash, minus (C) the Closing Date Indebtedness, plus (D) the aggregate exercise price of all Company Warrants (excluding any Company Warrants that will
terminate by their terms upon the Effective Time), divided by (ii) $10.00, and the denominator of which is equal to the number of outstanding shares of ABM,
including Company Convertible Note Conversion Shares (all capitalized terms in the Exchange Ratio as defined in the Merger Agreement).
ACM looks interesting.
Just found this 30 minutes ago, interesting and I have a ton of DD to do because I really know nothing about it but I will by 0930 tomorrow.
I am in the US and I have 3 brokerage accounts and I can't touch anything in the expert market. I see some trading on Expert Market stuff so assume it is by accredited investors or in Canada.
I am working on a list of technical device questions that I have for them, started the list last week and I need to get it complete and off to them for discussion but I have been distracted by a couple other investments that are moving. They are working on a new Smart Road/City device and I hope to get some details on exactly where they are going with this.
In one of my discussions it sound like they rounded up a bunch of shares that Tony issued without authority, don't know the amount and not sure if they are included in outstanding or authorized. Maybe there's a share cancelation coming once they get current??
Thank you and maybe it is just me but I do like to see the full doc from the source. Occupational Habit I guess.
I guess I don't get your point and the time is irrelevant . The 8K has never shown up at the only place one should look for it and I prefer to download and read the full doc, seems like investor 101 to me.
Still no 8K? Why is the full 8K not available, seems very odd.
Interesting
I have tried every way possible from both my office-office and my home office and nothing works. At the OTC link I just get the cover page and at SEC this: An Error has occured within the Inline XBRL Viewer.
Thanks and that is the full doc? Saw that but was thinking there was more to it. Good stuff.
Whats the 8K say as this is all i get from Edgar:"An Error has occured within the Inline XBRL Viewer" Tried opening it every way available and nothing. .
Thanks
Thanks for opening the book and getting beyond the cover.
Thank you and for the few giving me grief I just found this Friday and I spent the last 3 days reading everything I could find and doing my own DD. I have never pumped dumped or bashed a stock I am thinking of buying. Just looking for opportunities like anyone else.
What makes you think I haven’t been doing that for the last 3 days? Again I just found it and there’s only so many hours in a day.
I just found this a few days ago and I am looking at everything I can so when I press the buy button tomorrow I know that I did the right thing.
Building is only 3000 SF so that would be a lot of remote workers.
Can't judge a book by its cover right? I'm not trying to diss them, just observing that they do not look like a high end firm.
I'm being the Devils Advocate with this but BF Borgers is a very small firm as it looks like it is 2 guys and I am sure there may be some admin help. My personal CPA is a 20 person firm and our company CPA is a 200 person firm.and until they moved they took 2 floors in a 22 story office building.
Again I am just playing the Devils Advocate.
"The Patent news" not familiar with this, is it a service that provides info on new patents?
PMPG coming back from the dead in a few weeks
Any AI suggestions? Just created an AI watch list which has about 25 tickers and I would welcome any suggestions.
Yes it is and things are moving but taking longer than what what was once expected but everything needed to get audit complete and get current has been addressed. No need to speculate when they will be 15c2-11 compliant as they have missed every anticipated date for the past year but as long as they stay on current trajectory with no more ghost of Tony past showing up I feel they will be back trading in the next 6-8 weeks.
Audit taking longer than expected and it is in the i's dotted t's crossed stage.
I think the wait continues for a while longer.
Outstanding Shares 24,705,066,971 04/10/2023
Bought this over 10 years ago and I have not paid attention to it for at least 3 years.. This may reach a penny if they do a R/S of 1:1000
Are you referring to PRDL or PMPG re the canceled stocks?
This was the letter that they issued in response to NPI's cease & desist demand.
This is perhaps the lamest post I have seen on any board in a LONG time. Just shows how little creditability you have and I'm guessing I lowered my IQ by just bothering to respond to it. If this is a sincere post based on your DD skills you are among the most clueless of the clueless.
I look forward to a time when PMPG is trading again and there is something to get our hands around and discuss.
