Your a golfer - go enjoy a round
My season starts next week
Hey no offense taken - I own a lot of this and I am holding thru the news but frankly disappointing - lets see next steps- but history just tells me we will be lucky to get out even - just saying
I am glad I can provide a little humor to your day - unfortunately it doesn’t feel like a joke to me
Well seen way too many to say otherwise - there is no momentum at this point - I’ll admit it if I am proven wrong - but I am not the rah rah kind when I see a MASSIVE RS - regular shareholders almost NEVER benefit - only ones now who will benefit are the insiders
Just saw the RS post - I agree bad thing at this point - seems like this is headed in the same direction of 99% of otc companies- oblivion
Only if the company has positive momentum and the split is seen as a corporate action to take it higher
If company is floundering and it’s viewed as a way to dilute to move shares into the market - then that’s a negative
Not sure where this is because the information flow is sporadic at best and the china connection complicates it further
I thought about the exact same thing when they put out PR the tweet about the "acquisition - makes no sense - companies in the OTC have a penchant for announcing incomplete or future plans and in MOST cases deliver squat.
I hope this is different but based on history of 100's of OTC companies - not convinced we will see the explosive news many expect.
Here to hoping this is the EXCEPTION.
New tweet - same crap
Another study with no revenue - great trip - spend money that u issue shares to cover in high probability then agree to a non- revenue study - let’s do some more of these - lol
Wish I had cojones to sell
Same crap - different year.
I agree 100%. If you haven't experienced the daily drain AD causes on family members then you can't appreciate why I am so hopeful. I know it's coming - just a matter of when. And when that happens, I will be thankful for their research and progress on this drug. I would have no misgivings taking the drug.
My mother spent 8 years of her time late in life taking a bus everyday to make sure my Dad was getting the care he needed. My cousin had 2 AD relatives living with her for multiple years. It takes it's toll.
MY father died of AD. His brother and 2 sisters died of AD as well. To say that AD is in my genes is an understatement.
I am 73 years old and all I can say is I view the progress here as a possible lifeline to us who have a family history. A drug that could manage or slow the onset and provide a few more years of quality of life would be welcomed.
Well my track record on Politics is WAY better than on stocks - as you well know - GO Rangers - oops (another losing year for you I am afraid).
Agree 100% - but the Republicans have shown no desire in the past to govern that way - they always seem to want to stay above the fray - too principled - well they better get off their high horse and friggen do something this time or this country will be speaking Chinese as primary language in less than a generation- I may. E dead but my kids and grandkids will have to face that reality.
As an aside - I am not a Kevin McCarthy rah rah guy - I think he is a blow hard but let’s hope I am wrong
Was tracking some of those tickers - 30%+ was the norm. I think this one is priming the pump and they are doing thing the right way - blue skies ahead.
Liked the press release yesterday about the fractional farming token and presentation to web3xexpo - and appears some others may have also liked it
My condo in Punta Gorda survived with minimal damage - dodged bullet 2 - was involved with Charlie as well 15-16 years ago.
I had a house on Captiva years ago - my heart breaks just thinking about those poor people and business owners who have lost everything- I was a frequent visitor to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva over the years - The Tween Waters Inn, Mucky Duck and Bubble Room are iconic landmarks on Captiva - I am so sad today just seeing the pictures- South Seas Plantation Resort at the end of the Island was such a beautiful resort.
Again I pray for all of them.
Meant glad you are here
Great to see you here - glad I are part of this one as well with me.
You have to dig deep into their web and they make that difficult as well
The frustrating part for me is the transparency from Chinese based companies is severely lacking and assessing the “reality” of who they are and what potential there is is very difficult at best and that seems to be the MO of china - trust us - no so easy.
Wow - that is some get - I will look a bit more into his background- like I said previous- a jewel in the making.
I don’t think I have enough - lol
Agreed - a jewel in the making - slow and steady wins the race.
Love the structure here.
A high bar has been set here for news tomorrow- just saying.
I have been nibbling at cheap shares with no success.
Looks like it is time to chase a bit - lol
A lot!
Now that’s a post I like - can’t tell u how many times that wind has got me - hopefully this changes that - lol
Only point was that there is value in the product- whether they can deliver that value thru spin off is anyones guess.
Based on recent history it’s difficult to be optimistic but it is what it is.
Because other large companies see the value - iRobot bought and air cleaner tech company in November. If you think that air cleaning technology is going to die off think again. It’s a $27B market by 2028 - just the facts
With its latest acquisition, Bedford-based iRobot Corp. is expanding into a sector that saw a boost from the pandemic: air purification. Yet CEO Colin Angle said the new product will face the same China tariffs that have been driving extra cost for some of iRobot's cleaning robots.
The Bedford-based maker of Roomba vacuums (Nasdaq: IRBT) said on Thursday it has bought Aeris Cleantec AG, a provider of air purifiers headquartered in Switzerland that raised approximately $8.8 million in funding. IRobot paid $72 million in cash for Aeris, which employs over 30 people, according to Angle.
I was on for the entire call (zoom) - audio was fine - thought the presentation was very informative - need to go the slides and recording again but there was some good info on development activity- not sure there was anything new but it was good to see the principles talking to shareholders- I think there were 20+ on the zoom - not sure how many phoned in
Yup
I am in till the end - I don’t need people to save me from myself - if you don’t like what was, is or will be said or done- exit stage left and stop justifying your opposition - I know a lot don’t agree or are frustrated- so am I but I am in till the end.

I live close to the worcester area and the Rotmans are icons and have a great reputation - I believe in what they are doing - they have taken the long game approach and I will see it through- if I am wrong then the few grand I invested will be for not - but I am not selling one share until the end of the game.
I lived and breathed the TB12 era here in NE - I am used to waiting for the end of the game comebacks- go VYST
Took a starter here about 2 weeks ago at a little over a penny - I like the way this is setting up - i see this moving back up to a new high.
Question is why!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I didn't see any news - did I miss something?
Not my point - if there is not a business update or news about next steps - the R/S makes no difference anyway. The lower share count won't change anything.
Splits only work if there is a compelling business model that accompanies the action.
6Billion or 6Million won't perfume the pig without news.
A R/S for the sake of a R/S is not the answer.
Making progress the right way
Ever think GNUS had something to do with the PR.
No reason for SDVI to PR anything until current - outside influence in my opinion.
TY - great post - great info
