I spoke with Nazir yesterday. He ASSURED me that he did NOT create any stock after last Feb's. He also assured me that he is hit VERY hard by the drop in stock prices as he STILL holds 1 million shares of cdiv from February. He also assured me that a profit statement will be issued shortly and THAT will give shareholder confidence. He said we can ALL call the TA and cdiv is not gagged so they CAN tell you when all shares were created. He said that Apple is 3 months behind with every monthly payment check they send and that is also a hardship. BUT projected income growth is VERY strong and we should all just hang on. He said he also felt that the 'powers that be' are taking terrific advantage of the lack of fluff pr's and frequent communication. He is also sure that there are alot of AIR SHARES out there and I suggested he force a share count forcing those 'powers that be' to cover their positions. I am hangin in and hangin strong, but I would be lying to say that recent price dips haven't upset me, AND I LET HIM KNOW THAT TOO. I also told him that I reported cdiv, pntv and eigh to the SEC for inspection and share count and after 1/2 hour on the phone with me, the SEC agreed to pursue an examination of those 3 symbols. He also said to ask all those with an interest in these stocks to CALL THEM AS WELL, then they will have MANY complaints to pursue. Remember when you dial, just hit #6 and then #2 to expedite your call to a human being and they DO pick up relatively quickly. LET ME BE CLEAR! I SAID I WAS MRS. Hi Guys, with all these 'stinky picks' TANKING, where is monk with his words of wisdom?? I spoke to Nazir today, I still can't figure out his business strategy?? I understand eigh and I think I understand pntv, but cdiv is a complete mystery to me!

I don't know what anyone else is saying, but I left ONE SINGLE voicemail for Nazir and hecalled me back. I had already gone to bed and this whole thing is making me sick. I texted him to call me this morning when he wakes up. I am NJ and he is CA. I will tell him we have all waited long enough, he needs to work on shareholder value. When he issued shares in February, he used our money to pay himself and NOW he works for US. So I will tell him to do his job and bring us value. I AM 90% DOWN AND THAT IS JUST NOT RIGHT!!!

I spoke with tdameritrade and they said that I can REQUEST that the mm's NOT USE MY PERSONALLY OWNED SHARES of penny stocks or any stock for that matter, they not short or buy any shares or borrow any for any purpose whatsoever, and they won't be able to. As long as they are not bought with margin, they can't touch them. Scottrade made me cancel my margin capability to restrict them the same way, so I did, because I could not buy any eigh with tdameritrade, I opened an account with scottrade. I have to get a social security card to open my ZECCO account, which I will do soon, to get cheaper trades than scottrade. SHARE THIS WITH THE DEN!!! IT WILL CAUSE THE SQUEEZE MUCH QUICKER IMHO. Last night was a great conference call with side.... thanks guys for being so supportive and reassuring in these blood red portfolio times. I am sure that monk has something up his sleeve, legally that is, to help his faithful den members to see justice. GGGGOOOOO MMMOOONNNKKK. I can't wait to meet him. I just spoke with zevotek offices and they assured me that the company has BIG retail plans that should come to fruition in a few months, no details for insider trading reasons, but he DID assure me that the stock should gain great value based on the plans in the works, THEY ARE NOT GOING OUT OF BUSINESS or any such thing. A few monkey wrenches messed up past plans but NOW they are back on track! I am very hopeful!
