How much is TARM undervalued, and why ? What do you base it's valuation on - spell it out completely.
Why do you think TRGD has no financial documents ?
<<There is a difference now in the stated intention to update TRGD's financials.>>
So he wasn't to be believed then ? What future 'stated intentions' are we to believe now ?
<<TRGD and its financials was a lesser priority in the scheme of things.>>
So YOU say. Why didn't he say that ? Those weren't his 'stated intentions'.
<<It is possible that with money flowing people will look at TRGD differently and know that much can be done that was not possible before and that discount could decrease, even before the financials are out.>>
What money flowing ?
Some people look at TRGD and don't see any accountability for itself.
You're officially in the cult.
Bobwins has it exactly right.
I haven't posted in a long time because even I don't like my negativity. Mr. Peeker may be more cynical than I am.
But, I still believe there is a cultish nature to the whole Tara Empire. I've found that it's easy to trade on it though; when Rich posts some optimistic NR, PR, promotional material, wait for the rally, then sell it. Buy it back when reality sets in.
The Tara Empire has more cultish followers than any stock I've ever owned; its absolutely irrational.
My apostasy to the cult was easy; it happened around 2007. I still hold a core position in both divisions of the Tara Empire, but both are dead money until somebody can show me a cash flow that is real.
TRGD getting it's finances up to date ? Now that's funny.
GLTA.
<"Anything I have posted about TRGD/TARM
and Adit should be viewed as an opinion only and may not be relied upon. ">
If you're not Rich Biscan, then you sound like just another investor who doesn't know whats going on and your opinions are pretty much worthless.
I think Rich Biscan should open a "Treasure of the Sierra Madre" theme park.
Have a nice day.
"<Few know Rich's exact plans>" Who are those few then ?
Why is that ? Most businesses have a "Business plan", and they publish it.
<"However I believe the drilling that will be done will be for guidance in mining operations.
As far as Adit and Picacho are concerned, I would expect them to drill for the purpose of defining sufficient resources to enable them to do a PP for additional financing in the future.">
Are you Rich Biscan ?
<Direct quote from Lootie,
"More exploration on the land bank could well bring JV offers worth considering, plus, make TRGD a possible takeover target."
Note, it does not say TRGD is a takeover target. Rather it states, more exploration and discovery, is needed to become one. >
What are you talking about ?
Any decent "takeover target" is dressed as a property with reserves but with no capital to develop a mine. Rich has not declared any interest in delineating reserves so that they can be bought out. And he has his mine already.
Tarm is a wildcat miner; anybody who suggests that Tara is undergoing a drill program in order to sell itself doesn't understand Tara or Rich's model.
Rich is early Sam Walton in Arkansas. Now, sink or swim on whether Rich knows how to run a business.
Someday, Rich may be hiring 'greeters' at the Tara Empire. Or not.
<TRGD a possible takeover target.>
Where do you get that ???
There is no way TRGD is a takeover target. It doesn't have any financials, and it doesn't have any proven reserves.
This is a clear example of why Tara is still a cult of wild-eyed dreamers posting crap.
Tara's cheerleaders don't have a clue about reality in the mining world.
Tara is a wildcat miner. Wake up.
Now that's a funny post.
"Will a NR, reporting revenue from DR cause SP to jump a dollar in a day or two? I don't think so! "
I don't think so either, but a nice steady revenue stream from a fully operational mill at DR would go a long way toward proving Rich is not just a Mining Monopoly Donald Trump, but that he also knows how to make money and run a business.
"One step at a time please. I don't expect an overnight miracle, just steady execution of good planning."
No one who has followed the Tara Empire for more than 2 years expects an 'overnight miracle', or 'steady execution of good planning', for that matter. None of those are in Rich's skill set and he has consistently ignored or bypassed or has been surprised by them.
The 'one step at a time' part of your post should be: 'first step', get steady revenues from DR. Everything else is 'blue sky crap' that Tara can slowly go out of business talking about.
Not that it will. Maybe.
Thanks. That's a great prediction.
My prediction ? I hope for world peace.
You're an idiot.
Yep - it's me.
Unfortunately, the puppy was rabid and had to be interred where it can spend its days posting in message board Bedlam.
I found the SVM.TO story to be so positive that it gave me new optimism; I hope it will find it's way to Tara headquarters operations central.
GLTA.
SVM.TO is the prototype for TARM. Rich is still in the nose picking stage at DR; what reason will he find to continue to pick his nose ?
Institutions want to know.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=43671778
2 years ago, the economy was allegedly in good shape. The funds that had miners in them as a hedge or as a commodity asset, were comfortable to have them as a small position in their allocation.
After Sept. 2008, and the financial market blowup, funds had to redeem any assets they could and the miners and commodities took a bigger hit because they were the strongest assets in fund portfolios that were overweighted with Citi or AIG; thus they were hit hard, but disproportionately so.
The gold stocks are recovering while the dollar is toast.
SVM.TO has a story that Rich can hope he will be able to tell to institutional investors one day.
http://www.theaureport.com/pub/na/3289
Silvercorp was able to finance their mine building out of their exploration by-product. They were exploring by drifting (tunneling) along the mineralization, and were able to take the profit from that to pay for sinking shafts and digging more tunnels. They built their mine without a formal feasibility study or formal proven or probable mining reserves. Very cool, but here's the thing: the project has matured to where Silvercorp can produce formal proven and probable mining reserves. That will change the game, because there are some institutional investors that cannot invest unless a company has P&P mining reserves. According to the U.S. regs, those shady measured and indicated resources Canadians use don't even exist. According to the U.S. SEC, unless you have proven and probable mining reserves, you have nothing. So when Silvercorp can start reporting a very high-grade asset, it will change the dynamics of their market.
Son of a gun...
If we could just get rid of those hostile MMs and the SHORTs, we wouldn't have to sell ANY of our precious base metal concentrates or gold, and a price increase would follow due to our optimism.
It's just not fair.
Thanks; you're a real gentleman.
An official NI 43-101 will tell me exactly how to pick my nose, but it doesn't mean whatever I find will satisfy what I was looking for.
It tells me about my method, my nose size, and how much nose hair I have and how often I breathe.
But if it concludes I have only a small reason to pick my nose, then maybe I shouldn't.
All the best.
Let me explain:
http://www.taraminerals.com/
Lower right hand corner, 3rd bullet down, left side, lists a "43-101 Report". Have you ever read a "NI 43-101" report ? If Tara doesn't have a "NI 43-101" report, it shouldn't give it a bullet and brag about it.
I don't have a design on twisting this stock to my own end; my point is there is a ton of crap in Rich's promotions. I aim to call him on it. I own TRGD and TARM.
What ever Rich has, he should talk it up honestly in standard mining terms.
And, he should get a buyer for his concentrates, get the mill running full speed, and quit promoting his blue sky crap.
Where's the money ???
Yep. Sorry about the rancor but Rich's excuses are a central behavioral theme in the Tara Empire for the last 3 years.
Where's the money ?
Shorts, hostile MMs, evil diabolical ghosts are all crap.
Like you said: PRODUCTION !!!
Where's the money ?
Nuggetman:
You're a lawyer !!!
BTW: Us dummies know that "NON compliant" means "not compliant". But thanks for the condescension.
I love lawyers. We all do. You have so much explaining to do for the rest of us who don't understand esoteric terms of art and interpretations of verbiage; we just understand reality.
KMA.
----Rich never stated, 43-101 compliant resource report.
He used the term, NON 43-101 compliant, meaning not compliant with standards set forth.
Again I state the Tech report was 43-101 compliant. No resource estimate was ever claimed to be compliant!!!!!! ----
Moana, Moan, Mamona. whatever...
Your MA comes from a decrepit Muldoon inspired theory of economics. America is a producer; as Margaret Thatcher said, "Socialism stops working when it runs out of other peoples money."
And, Americans have guns where NZ has mental health hospital beds.
You're solidly grounded in Tara's moonbat pool.
Where's the money from Tara's concentrates ?
I've invested in miners for the last 10 years; Tara's cult is unlike any blissed out set of chumps I've ever come across.
Don't tell me I can just sell, because I know that. Just don't try to appease me with crap posts you can't defend.
There are more nutjobs posting on Tara boards than I've ever seen anywhere.
Defend that.
And BTW: where's the money for the concentrates ?
http://www.taraminerals.com/
Under "Quick Links" (lower right corner), 3rd bullet down on the left.
http://taraminerals.com/Theme/TaraMinerals/files/Reports/Don_Ramon_43-101_July_09.pdf
Who are you ? How stupid do you think I am ?
"As I hinted in my post. That is exactly what the shorts [aided by the MMs] wanted you to think."
You're nuts.
Maybe if Rich sold some concentrate, the stock price would go up.
This Tara cult sucks. Did I mention, you're nuts ?
"Once TRGD and co have spare cash, with the mine/mill paid off,we are in a position to explore/drill our properties.Drill and explore,WITHOUT having to do placements and dilution.Have a look at the traditional junior model as followed by Paramount Gold. They confirm a resource,a fairly lightly mineralised resource-then die.No more money.Off on the begging circuit. "
Again, you don't know what you're talking about. Another reason to not read the cultist Tara boards.
Tara doesn't have anything 43-101 compliant but claims it does; PZG is proving itself 43-101 compliant as has VEN.TO, GSL.TO, XRC.TO, BBR.V and other juniors who know what they have. And their stock has moved accordingly.
You're a cultist.
Your 2 pissant islands sell apples to Asia and not much else.
Other than you being a socialist dunce, I understand everything.
Rich is a flake who hasn't done anything he has promised.
Where is the cash flow, Kiwi ? Where are the NI 43-101 compliant surveys ? Look; Rich has a great construct, but he has been running the company like it is a banana republic company. But you wouldn't know about that, right. Or want to know ?
I'm a stockholder moron. I want accountability.
So that makes me a basher ??? Maybe even a short ???
The largest percentage of posters here, and on all Tara boards are "True Believer" cultists.
Rich is a cult leader; not a manager. And you live in a Druid, Luddite country full of guiltized Brits and angry victim Maoris.
KMA.
FWIW "On a compliant 43-101"
Rich's words, not mine. What really bothers me is that everything about Tara is squishy and morphable.
http://www.stockhouse.com/Community-News/2009/Nov/9/Tara-Minerals-holds-all-the-aces#
"We were reasonably confident (together with our geologists and the non 43-101-compliant engineering firm in Mexico) that we would have some 100,000 tons of ore in the small area explored, with the potential of 3 to 20 million tons."
What will a San Felipe non 43-101-compliant report look like ?
Thanks. BTW, I own pieces of both of the Tara Empire divisions. I just want to know whats really going on and what I can believe.
"I also know that the biggest mines started with the first glint of gold."
***
"Real bonanzas are few and far between; they take a lot of finding."
Good luck.
'Inferred' is a 2 bit word meaning 'hoped'. Compliant is unambiguous as a technical term. I own a stock that has inferred resources that make it potentially a $3 stock; without infill drilling to prove resources, its a 30 cent stock.
Since we already have a mill, we just need resources, so maybe a fleet of Bobcats running around Choix could be a plan.
Make sure you post the drill results for San Felipe so that I can determine if it's really NI 43-101 compliant.
Like I said, good luck. And I mean that.
<"They will be doing a 43-101 before commencing gold production. Will probably take at least a month">
A month ???
Will it be like the 43-101 they did on Don Ramon ? which wasn't even remotely an NI 43-101. I have posted this here, on a remote message board, that nobody reads, so that the stock will not be hurt by this caca del toro.

1.2 Geology and Mineralization
At the Don Roman project, mineralization consists Zn-Pb-Ag metasomatic skarn mineralization developed in a more favorable lithologic unit near the base of an otherwise thick, massive limestone. It is probably genetically related to the nearby Santo Tomas porphyry copper system. The author has inferred that mineralization has developed as irregularly shaped crudely tabular bodies (mantos) largely within this unit and as planar to chimney-like bodies at structural intersections. The favorable zone appears to dip to the northeast at approximately 25 to 35 degrees.
At this time there is no well defined resource which would fit NI-43-101 standards.
1.6 Mineral Resource Estimation
There has been no NI 43-101 compliant resource estimation. There have been some small scale historic resource estimates in the immediate vicinity of the existing workings. While these were useful for exploration purposes, they were not NI 43-10-1 compliant.

Indian bank aiming to keep gold imports steady
Wednesday, 14th October 2009
A state-run Indian bank has revealed that it hopes to keep its total gold imports steady for the current financial year.
Speaking to Reuters, general manager of Union Bank of India's international banking division S Rajendren said the establishment is looking to maintain the figure of 40 tonnes of gold imports recorded for 2008.
He went on to predict that the next three months will be a busy time for gold sales and will result in total Indian gold imports standing at 600 tonnes for the year.
"If prices moderate then there could be more festival sales," Mr Rajendren commented.
India is currently in the middle of the festival season, which is key to driving gold sales for jewellers and gold coin sellers and includes major events such as Diwali.
Gold gifts are a major tradition for Hindu festivals and weddings, many of which take place during the second half of the year.

UPDATE: China 2008 Net Gold Imports 112 Tons - Minsheng Exec
Thu, Oct 22 2009, 10:20 GMT
By James Campbell
Of DOW JONES NEWSWIRES
HONG KONG (Dow Jones)--China imported 112 metric tons of gold in 2008, an executive at China Minsheng Banking Corp. (600016.SH) said Thursday.
A rise in net imports was driven by 176% growth in investment demand for the yellow metal, which hit 68 tons, and 21% growth in jewelry demand to 326 tons, said Lila Lu, the Beijing-based head of precious metals at China Minsheng Bank.
According to official estimates, China's gold mine production reached 282 tons in 2008, making the country the biggest producer in the world.
But that hasn't been enough to meet rising demand in the country, which is increasingly looking to gold as a means to diversify its large foreign exchange reserves.
"Exploration investment has only picked in the past two years, so mine supply output growth will not keep pace with (rising) demand," Lu said at Gold Outlook 2009, a gathering of industry participants.
"For the next five years, China will still be a net importer," she said.
Gold demand was boosted in 2008 by the spectacular collapse of the Shanghai stock market, which tumbled more than 60% over the year, she said.
"Some of that money went into gold," Lu said, noting that one of her high net worth clients had bought 3 tons of gold late in 2008, worth over $100 million at current prices, in order to preserve capital.
Demand growth in 2009 would not match 2008 levels, partly because of the recovery in the stock market seen this year, but the long term trend is still upward, she said.
Hong Kong is the major conduit for China's gold imports, as gold shipped to depositaries at Hong Kong Airport can be exported to China directly without paying Hong Kong's 3% import duty.
Hong Kong effectively acts as a shock absorber for seasonal demand fluctuations in China, said Sunil Kashyap, managing director and head of Asia at ScotiaMocatta.
"What we find in Hong Kong is that in a particular month when Chinese demand is low, then that surplus comes to the market here. Hong Kong takes care of (China's) demand and supply gaps," he said.
Yep.
The BRIC countries don't play with the old constraints either.
A major indication of the future is Barrick buying back all it's hedges and a big chunk of 'in ground' reserves in Chile.
The shorts at $960 may never see $1,000.00 again.
Now, is TARM's check (receivable) in the mail yet ?
Well, I'm very impressed.
The San Francisco School of Economics ??? I'm 5th generation born in San Francisco, with a History degree from SFSU, and I can tell you the only Economists in San Francisco are Marxist.

He inspired the philosophy and economic ideology known as Georgism, that holds that everyone owns what they create, but that everything found in nature, most importantly land, belongs equally to all humanity. His most famous work is Progress and Poverty written in 1879; it is a treatise on inequality, the cyclic nature of industrial economies and possible remedies.
Actually, Bobwins is not a member of the "SHORTs & BASHERS" organization I belong to. We are a large group and tried desperately to recruit him a year ago, but he wouldn't join us.
We did manage to drive TRGD to 3 cents with a target of 1.5 cents before we covered. We failed to SHORT it to our target price no matter how much BASHing we did, or how many recruits we had both SHORTing and actively BASHing.
We are not done.
We SHORTed again at 9 cents, then at 15 cents, again at 22 cents and we SOLD it at 30 cents with huge a volume. We will SHORT it at 40 cents, again at 50 cents and continue every 10 cent interval above that while we continue to recruit new members for our "SHORTs & BASHERs" organization.
We will not cover until we see our target price of 1.5 cents as we are a determined group with sophisticated software perusing all the pinksheet stocks, especially when we see the financials are outdated.
We do our best when we can cause confusion through inaccurate calculations.
You are a very sharp investor and hard to fool. I have to go now as there is blood in the water and I can smell it.
For 'Legitimate Investor' humor only:
Lootie, you said:
"We will receive production news this month." We have 2 weeks left and you must have inside information you believe; be available on 10/1 for review.
"I suspect we will not reach initial targets" Any targets would be good, even if they weren't initial.
"but as we(sic) all know, instant production does not occur." Instant production hasn't occurred for years, nor has limited production.
"Fine tuning of equipment, ore assays are needed for tuning, and ore selection are all relevant." So how is all that 'ore assays' for tuning and ore selection going ? Tell us.
Come on lootie - you know this is for humor only. Kind of like your inside information. And I wonder how you can consider stock in a Biscan run company in Mexico 'a hard asset', and safe in a wobbly world economy. Your 'hard asset' is still in the ground and so far, very safe from Rich Biscan.
Do you know what a 'hard asset' is ?
Actually, I don't know who my "betters" are on this forum.
And I don't know much about what's going on at the Tara Empire; do you ? I think you'll find a lot of posters aren't sure if they can believe what Rich says if they call him. You obviously do; so share your information with us, and if it should make you look like a fool when you're wrong, then you'll just look like a fool. A lot of that has been going around here for some years.
I'm like the rest of the folks here; I'm not rooting against any news, it's that there isn't any.
The only reason I'm posting tonight is because I think I make cheerleading moonbat conspiracy theorists go on tilt. Lets see if any show up; it's just recreational for me.
BTW: The Treaty of Waitangi is being renegotiated by Gordon Brown; he is soliciting the Maoris for vigorous Kiwis to return to England to save it, in exchange for whatever gold is left over from his $270/oz BOE auctions in 1999.
Don't bother.
I'm as excited about management as an anorexic is about an enema.
I have a "Post it" note on my computer, to not reply to any of the "Tara Cult" nuts. (Tara attracts nuts.)
Unfortunately, you are the kind of cultist that needs to have your head rearranged.
Your link has great merit; unfortunately, your ideas about:
check what Bush did to the USA Constitution.THEY have the right to confiscate all property,to direct all as to where they live and what work they do.
is pure crap.
Just because you live in a socialist country and think American conservatives are "right-wing" fascists, doesn't make it so.
You are more of a serf than I am; all Americans have to do is get rid of Obama, the marxist punk; restore capitalism, and everything will be fine. Meanwhile, you're still a socialist in serfdom.
"THEY" can't confiscate anything in America. I've got a gun in every room in my house (they're legal) and all the Bush "brownshirts" that you think will confiscate all my property, and direct me where to live, and what work I'll do, HAVE guns too. And they're like me - we hate fascists. Obama better not overreach or he'll find out.
You should work on your own little stupid Islands. Give the Maori's back their land and crawl off into UK sissyland; but STFU and go jinx some other stock.
Assh*le.

Keep your FED posts off of this board as there are bigger problems here than an international banking system running the USA.
If you think the Tara Empire will protect you from the bankers stealing your wealth, you've made a bad investment - Tara doesn't produce anything. That's what you should be concerned about.
We have been provided a "cuckoo's nest" message board to exchange posts, by Jnmcda0, in post #5873. The bankers don't care about a NWO tyranny; the bankers care about making money. "Global Governance" is what you're worried about; so, how's your carbon footprint doing ?
Let's keep your conspiracy theories over there; I'll check regularly.
Keep ua posted on progress at Don Ramon. That's a real worry.
I was told this is a board where the FED is discussed.
Are the Jews (Khazars/Zionists) in charge of the world through the FED ?
What will the FED do when the FED parasites devour the host ?
If there wasn't a moon, would Stanley Kubrick have to invent one ?
Thanks. LOOTIE, call me out over there.
The FED is private; I don't care if Khazars, Zionists, Lithuanians or Martians own it. Capitalism will sort it out.
When politicians can control the FED; it's all over.
