Any decent "takeover target" is dressed as a property with reserves but with no capital to develop a mine. Rich has not declared any interest in delineating reserves so that they can be bought out. And he has his mine already.
Tarm is a wildcat miner; anybody who suggests that Tara is undergoing a drill program in order to sell itself doesn't understand Tara or Rich's model.
Rich is early Sam Walton in Arkansas. Now, sink or swim on whether Rich knows how to run a business.
Someday, Rich may be hiring 'greeters' at the Tara Empire. Or not.
