Sounds good to me.....will need many drinks after this roller coaster of emotions finally stops.
My gut feeling is that the company won't put out PR's to "artificially" pump up the SP.(JMHO) That would also increase Daic's net worth, giving him more funds to pay his atty fees. I share your optimism. This time seems different. I've been in this stock since '05, and am ready for something VERY positive. Thanks for all of your DD.
I certainly hope so. It's been a long time coming.
Somebody knows SOMETHING!!!
Thanks much.....
Do you have a link, by chance?
Thank you.
It appears Barclays is divesting itself from DTEGY. (Parent of TMOB) At least that is what I'm getting from this. Maybe they know something is imminent.

I was thinking that the other day as well. Then it dawned on me that it could be treated the same as blood or plasma. Both of which can be sold by the "owners". JMHO
Buy on Rumor, Sell on News......Seems to happen often. JMHO
My guess would be for the extra bandwidth needed for video, as well as, internationally. JMHO
It's PATENT not Patient.....
Does anyone know if Dave still has all of our email addresses. I haven't received anything from him for well over a year.
TIA
In March, '05 I paid $1.68 shr. I've since cost averaged down to $.10 in the years since. This has been a LONNNNNNNNNGGGGGG time coming.......
Thanks much....
Does anyone here know if DTEGY is the correct symbol for T-mobile's parent? Or is there another that I should be watching.
I'm relatively new at this, but wouldn't it stand to reason that if the merger goes thru, with XM shareholders getting 4.6 shares of SIRI, if XM falls, then wouldn't SIRI fall in relation?
Thanks

Thanks for the welcome, eastunder. I've been a member for a while, and read most of the posts, but keep my responses to a minimum. Sorry for the "public" reply, but I'm too cheap to buy the premium version.

DirecTV does have a competitor. It's called Dish network. To the best of my knowlege, it's nationwide. I have it and it's great. Only need 1 receiver for 2 tv's, unlike directv.
Happy New Year
It's what they have to clean up, after the running of the bulls.......
I had a brain fart, and posted that to this board, when I actually meant to post it on another board. However, the same principle seems to apply. Thanks for the insight....:)
Why is it, that when a company provides good news, the pps drops? This seems to happen across the board to many different stocks.(usually the stocks that I own) :)

From what I remember reading, when RIM (Blackberry) got sued for patent infringement, the company that held the patent didn't have any working product, just the idea of e-mail on a wireless device.
My mistake...I did see it on one of the pages. Shouldn't it be shown anywhere ASNAP is mentioned?
I've seen ASNAP mentioned a number of times, without any TM. However, I don't see TM anywhere. It is time for a change in lens prescription though.....
It could've been copyrighted, instead of trademarked. Copyrights last longer.
Case in point:
Robert W. Kearns won a patent suit against Ford, for intermittent wipers. He then went on to enforce his patent against all other auto manfacturers. Talk about a true David and Goliath story......

He formed a company that could've been aquired, but to my knowlege, never has been.
John,
You are a master at seeing a cloud in every silver lining.....
Now THAT's old school.....LOL
Here's your smile face thingy with a wink.......
Old school
Of all the boards that I visit, this is certainly the most animated. Most of the posts are enjoyable, however, being called a loser, before having lost, is unacceptable. Thanks for your support.
JW,
You seemed to miss my point. Your statements, sometimes, IMO, are caustic. Why not just present the facts, rather than take so much joy when others lose (potentially). These are the risks we take when we invest. We are all adults here. Please be civil.
ASNAP:
Could you please invest in a spell checker and grammer checker. While I tend to support your position at times, I find your posts very painful to read.
Michael,
From the info I have read, it seems that the provider of the "hot spot", must grant a special "permission" to allow FMC to work on their network for voice operation.
I have been watching this board for a couple of months now, and haven't seen this topic discussed:
If a telco, the size of AT&T let's say, were to infringe on Calypso's patent, do they have the resources (legal and financial), to take on a company of that size? If so, how long would it be before there was a resolution.
You are correct on one of those cases. It does not yet seem to be resolved. However, these other 2, show in the final judgement row, J $ 0.00.

I am new to this forum, so please bear with me. I followed the links you provided, and the final judgements all showed $0.00. I would say that CLYW (IMO) had prevailed in all 3 of those cases, one of which, Drago was involved.
