These guy are hitting the street running hard and gearing up for a major campaign for just going public.

Man o man, I thought the YMCA storer camps contract throughout the U.S. was huge but this is countries for crying out loud.

Thanks Bud Check out this $CGEI update that hasn't even been made public yet. I found it searching for company documents. They are gearing up for a major campaign and people heard it here first.

The countries of Jamaica and Haiti just lifted their Govt. ban on energy generation which made them fossil fuel reliant. Green Energy generation is now allowed and CGEI is at the forefront.

$CGEI Good luck getting shares. This float is locked up with only 2 and half million in the entire float.

Anybody shorting this one is going to get burnt bad.

According to this article it's not looking good for Essar either way as they already have a 32mm judgement against them when they lost that gas contract dispute recently.

They are no where near production and have no money to continue. They will run out of anything left steel siding a non functional plant and have to hand over the keys.

Essar has no way to pay back their over due debt. These guys are on the hook and on the brink of BK.

It's old news and the new deal is well beyond 2016

Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. announced last week that it has entered into a revised commercial agreement with ArcelorMittal USA Inc. to supply iron ore pellets for an additional two years through the end of January 2017. There also is a mutual option to extend for a third year.

Cliffs and ArcelorMittal USA have also extended their joint partnership for the Empire Mine located on the Marquette Iron Range in Michigan. Previously, Cliffs had announced an impending closure of the Empire Mine. Until the amended commercial agreement was reached with ArcelorMittal, the Empire Mine did not have a customer for pellet production beyond 2014. With this decision, Cliffs and ArcelorMittal will extend the life of this mining operation into 2016.

Cliffs Has Essar Algoma At The Edge

Cliffs Natural Resources (NYSE: CLF) has terminated it's contract with Essar Algoma which may seal it's fate in completing their plans to compete with cliffs with their half finished taconite plant.

Essars initial plans were to construct a steel mill that fell short while funds dried up and they changed their direction by going with a new taconite pellet plant facility instead. Now their plans to finish the plant at an estimated just over 50% complete are in question as their outstanding debt is now due.

65 million dollars was given by the state of MN for the construction of the steel mill which has now gone sour with an additional 6 million dollars through a line of credit that needs to be satisfied and paid back.

Representative Tom Anzelc said "something needs to be done soon" Negotiations are ongoing and all of us are looking for a solution that protects the tax payer and perhaps create jobs at the pellet plant"

This is one of the largest bonds and loans given to a project on the Massabi Range.

Layoffs began Sunday confirmed by Mike Daprat president of USWA local 2251 as the companies response to poor market conditions.

Cliffs wasted no time by extending it's contract with ArcelorMittal last week up through 2016 to fill the void.

Now that Minnesota's dreams of having a steel mill are officially dead and the new taconite plant plans are fading fast. This is a time where Cliffs can take more of an advantage working with the state of MN to possibly satisfy Essars debt while completing the half built taconite plant and assuming ownership as the state is more interested in the economy and jobs.

ESSAR is backed into a corner. Gonclaves is on it.

ESSAR missed their deadline with the state of MN. If Gonclaves plays his cards right he may end up with their half built taconite plant for dirt cheap. MN wants their money and representatives want answers. Essar can't deliver and Gonclaves knows he's got em on the hook so the can't even fill orders.

I completely disagree. A strike will benefit CLF 100%

The union is not foolish enough to strike as the union will break once and for all. Unions backed and supported Obama who has now run their own health care plans a muck and the sole reason why negotiations are on going. They voted for him and Gonclaves will cut union ties in every right to work state and begin hiring from the street immediately furthering reduction in production cost to benefit shareholders not the union if they strike.

I will guarantee there will be no solidarity and workers will cross the line when they see locals breaching their line going to work. Before right to work went in effect the company had no choice but to negotiate. Now they do and will break the union in a heart beat.

It is the union who is walking on thin ice as it's a benefit to shareholders with the union broke once and for all and gone all together.

This is cool, I think we start seeing some action here.

This has been a sleeping giant.

They just started reporting and brought in 1.7mm in revs in their first quarter while booking 4.6 additional million in the quarter.

They must have already had systems in place as a private company that generate coin that large starting out.

In the quarterly they said 7 active revenue streams.

With that turbine coming out soon, this company will stand alone.
