Thanks Bud.
I can never tell anyone to buy, sell, or hold because I never want to be held responsible either way.
And it is just my believe to never tell anyone publically whether I buy or sell. I know a lot do (but do we ever really know if they are telling the truth anyways).
I just try with all my might to be positive even at the hardest and most difficult times like we are experiencing now. Sometimes I am wrong, sometimes I am right. That's the market right!
For me, I am just glad we are alive, and even though the CEO and BOARD has lots of faults and lots that I have stated I don't agree with, I am confident that they are working, and in this pinkie land, that is all I can ask for.
It's a crap shoot, and everyone needs to place there bets either way.
Best to you
With all the missed deadlines, I think personally they wanted to wait until they actually opened up the store.
Again, I can't say if the news will be released or not, but just my thoughts on a reason why they would not have.
Kinda hard to announce it on a weekend with markets closed :)
Not to say they will or will not this week, but let's give them a little bit of the benefit of the doubt on that one.
Hi Everyone
Just wanted to let you know from my side that I have gotten some answers to my questions this week by IR.
Understandably some may not be able to be answered right away or even within the week.
I feel a lot better about the position of the company after getting some of my answers and have expressed for further clarity on those where I didn't like the answer.
It is my personal belief we will be seeing some VERY GOOD news in the days and weeks ahead.
I will not say if this will be reflected in the PPS, but to me personally, it is not a concern, as this is at least a 3 year hold for me for the majority of my shares (not to say I won't be buying and selling along the way like all should).
Just wanted to pass on my positive interactions with IR so far. As with anything in life, when approached with respect and not demanding anything or name calling, you have a better chance of getting responses.
Also remember this isn't a traditional IR set-up as of yet, and is at least an opening for investors to voice their opinions, suggestions and questions.
As always, this is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold, and no flags/codes from me.
Wish you all well and for prosperity in the wondeful world of the markets :)
LOL thought you would like that
We need an amendment to the constitution
Separation of Church and Flag :)
Have a great night everyone.
And remember buy, sell, or hold, it's your choice. :)
Thanks Amir. Definitely if we can get some pictures of MNTY this week that would be great. Especially the way Redrain described the new modern front. It would be great to put in the IBOX a before and after shot with Terry's and MNTY, to show how great the company's/contrators work is, and what we can make of a new store.
June 21st looks like the goal for a soft opening according to the estimate given to one of my questions.
I won't hold them to it, but if it does that would be great and than advertising blast for Grand Opening on July 4th.
Even though keys haven't been turned over for Lakeland we know per my other question that work is beginning on that one and landlord estimates 45 day work completion, of course depending on us not getting any transformers stolen :)
Just put Pastor Phil's opinion for Red Flag in place, so we don't represent that as a view for the whole board.
Thanks for calling Dusty today too!
Thanks so much , Dave.
You have been a wonderful MOD, with a fair and balanced approach on MNTY.
I guess I would fit into the non-finicky catergory, huh?
And please people, no more flags :)
Flag THIS LOL
Thanks man, it has been reallllllll tough, but I always agreed with you, once we got to June, we see the light.
Not everything is close to solved, but we actually have stores, and working CEO's. That's more than 90% of other pinkies :)
Good to have you back bro.
How's everything been on your end?
Thanks Chef and Redrain
Look like Market 99 is on track for its June 21st estimated soft opening.
Great news about InVogue and sure a grand opening announcement will come in the weeks ahead.
Great to hear their are cutomers. = Revenue, which is always a good thing :)
We are at least on the right track.
Congrats everyone
It is not the same cast of characters as ECFL. Brola's were not involved with ECFL. Desmond Milligan is now not on the BOD and has nothing to do with MNTY.
Just stating the facts. Not an attack.
Best to you.
Sounds about right, a lease in a mall is much more affordable then the size of the market 99 stores and strip malls.
I think we all have to realize people that invest or more appropriately "trade" in the pinks do so for very different reasons.
That is what I think has brought out the anger in a lot of people (and myself I raise my hand in guilt at times).
When we take a step back and really look why people are taking stabs at one another it has to do with one bottom line. Most or all of us are in the red and some deep red.
It is never something personal against people's opinions and how they choose to express themselves.
What bothers me is calls for "boycotts" "ban on buying" "no one is buying this" "red flags and codes" "your an idiot", etc.
We are all in these type of stocks for basically one reason, to make a profit at some point. Some look within the day to make a profit, some are waiting for years to see how it all plays out.
And I also know that anyone that has experience in the pinks have probably encountered one, some, or many dilution machines, r/s, bad Ceo's, etc. I myself have been the victim of and might be the victim again on this one, but what I have always said is, it is my choice. I will never tell anyone to buy, or not buy or to sell and when to sell. And in my opinion no one should.
Why?
Stocks in this land (and in general) go up for absolutely no reason. They go down for what seems to be no reason. Some stay dormant. Some trade on strickly momentum.
This stock, like any stock, can go up and down with "transparency" and guess what it can also do the same with "perceived transparency"
It can go up and down with the announcement of news or store openings.
It can up and down with buybacks or financial agreements prior to being announced to the public.
It can be traded on charts.
If you are trader, you might put in now, and be happy with a 100% return.
The next trader, might find actual stores opening, there reason to stay in.
The next trader might see more transparency and decide to invest.
And so on and so on.
There is so much information in the IBOX, there are so many points of view on the board which is a GREAT thing, but I just ask everyone to realize the goal is to at some point make a profit on the actual stock.
At the end of the day, some really want the actual company to succeed. To learn from mistakes they have made, currently make, and will make in the future.
Others, and some that are taking daily pot shots at the BOD, any delays of store openings, and snide comments, I can almost guarantee you could care less and will care less about stores, delays, and the lack of or ultimate success of the company, once they hit that sell button and walk away with that profit or loss.
Let's remember to not take all this too personal and learn to love the important things in our daily life, and take the risks and rewards outcome of "placing your bet" when you did.
I truly wish the best for everyone.
Very true.
Have a great evening everyone. Time to go play in the pool :)
Have a good one and keep positive on MNTY and in life.
Beats the other way. We are still breathing and so is the company (even if it is fumes).
Best to all and chat with ya soon.
PS: Let GF know I am really not boring
Great news, thanks so much for finding this. I got an e-mail from the company early in the week to expect more news within 10 business days, so maybe some news next week or early following
Great news, thanks so much for finding this
who's attacking? just pointing out the missing part.
thanks everyone that has done great dd.
yes, you left part 2 out, which might just be a tad more important
in addition to the occupancy permit not being delivered as it was supposed to be (on Thursday if I recall correctly).
And you know me and you are great at looking under boulders if we have too :)
Probably want a soft opening first. Just my opinion though
2) incorrect, it was because of permit certificate of occupancy
Thanks , Chef.

Look for a runner for the next few weeks
Wow, just over 11,000,000 float
people are crazy if they don't buy it up
i have done as much as i can right now :)
Looks like a site for start-up companies to inquire about funding and network with other start-up companies to me.
Is the float only over 11,000,000 as stated in the ibox?
that would be incredible

TRUSTCASH HOLDINGS, INC. ("TRUSTCASH") (OTCBB: TCHH) and PAIVIS, CORP. ("PAIVIS") (PINKSHEETS: PAVC) today jointly provide an update of the merger financing required under the Merger Agreement between Trustcash and Paivis.
The requirements of financing under the Merger Agreement are progressing through the recently formed Trustcash subsidiary, TCHH Acquisition Corp.
It is through this subsidiary that Trustcash management has been planning the structure and execution of the financing plan for the merger.
Specifics will be provided as the details of the financing are completed.
Edwin Kwong, the Interim Executive Officer of PAIVIS, commented: "We are pleased by the developments from Trustcash regarding their efforts in raising the capital required under the Merger Agreement. We look forward to approving and subsequently completing these funding items with them as they occur."
No problem man
My objective is to come together, that is what it is all about.
I truly respect those that have brought great energy and research to the board, the good and the bad. Useful and ideas are wonderful.
We all want to win and if you don't want the company to succeed, I don't see the purpose of being in the stock.
My best to you.
Good idea redrain. I would like to personally thank you for making the trips and all the DD you have done. You have been a great asset to the board. Best to you and all MNTY shareholders.
I appreciate all the kind PM's I have gotten and even the negative one's.
I think some people have unfortunately taken my thoughts out of context or have wanted to spin them.
It is pretty bad without the name calling, and on my end I would like to apologize for any comments that I might have made that were looked at as name calling, as well. Sometimes defending yourself and your idea's, are filled with a lot of emotion and is a natural mechanism.
I personally never have/had a problem when people bring up things that are negative about the company. I myself have brought these items up myself, i.e. communication, transparency, share structure, updates to the blogs, more frequent PR's, etc.
The only thing I have tried to do is balance it out with calling or e-mailing for information on the actual work being done on stores and other pertinent information.
As stated yesterday, I myself, did not like a lot of the responses from Jason yesterday, and followed up with IR to get more clarity on those answers I felt needed more explaining and further clarity.
Forums like this should be for exhanging ideas, respectable discussion, and bringing any DD to the table for MNTY.
It should be a team effort, and I agree with Dave, all views are welcome.
I will not defend and never have defended Jason. But, I will respect him because I have never met him and do not know his heart of intentions. I respect that he is trying to start up a business in the good old USA, and hope his hard work (which I believe he is doing) pays off for him and all investors.
What I have done and will continue to do, is look at both sides, and not take one person's point of view as fact.
I would venture to say maybe one or two people out of the hundreds have actually met or talked to Jason/James/Dusty/Amir/Des. I myself have not talked to any of them.
Not that it makes a big difference whether you go in at this level, or a higher level, I would say I myself invested at a MUCH MUCH higher price and am probably down as much or more than most on the board.
Which means of course, I am definitely not happy with where we currently are. But, that was my choice, and why I am not as upset as most is because, I realize just that, it was my choice.
When people come in and state, you are a fool, you are a kool-aid drinker, you are a pumper, you are blind, I feel it extremely inappropriate. I am not always perfect and guilty myself, but I am taught to remind myself not to be judgemental of others.
It really is about respect.
The bottom line is the company has not come clean on a lot of stuff, and stores have not opened at a quick pace. And they do need to be held accountable for doing so. However everyone that has traded in the pinks for any length of time, knows that a company is in the pinks because of just that, they are not held accountable. You enter at your own risk. How many times have we seen in almost every company, "projected revenue", "plan to uplist", "goal is to open up (blank amount) of stores"? Some follow through, some don't.
I venture to say most invested there money on the belief that these things would come to fruition. I know I did.
The bad news is they haven't done any of these things.
The good news is they are still operating, communicating (although not nearly as clearly and as frequently as I would like), and working (no proof that they have closed up shop and now on an island).
So with that, all we have a choice right now to do is to hope some of those items they had goals for, actually do occur, their financial situation gets better, and they continue to work hard.
If you have ideas or constructive criticism's, by all means send them to the company, but do so in a more respectful manner. And don't expect things to happen overnight, and to get answers to all your questions right away. Some things just can't be done overnight, and some answers cannot occur due to legal reasons.
This is a 6-month old company that has had some MAJOR stumbles out the gate. I for one want to at least continue to give it a shot. Whether I decide to buy, sell, or hold, it will be my choice and my choice alone, like it should be, and no one should be pointed in one direction or another.
There is PLENTY of information out there on this and other boards, both the good and bad, and plenty in the IBOX.
Sorry to be so long, but I just wanted to clear up some perceived misconceptions that be out there and apologize for moments when I might have stepped over the line.
I appreciate all the respectful individuals on this board, and those that have brought insight and DD to the board.
I wish nothing but the best for all MNTY investors for what the future holds in this company and all your other investments.
Blessings
Thanks for your comment
Thank you for that, Dave.
Wow, now that was a disappointment, what a tease the stock can be :)
