I appreciate all the kind PM's I have gotten and even the negative one's.

I think some people have unfortunately taken my thoughts out of context or have wanted to spin them.

It is pretty bad without the name calling, and on my end I would like to apologize for any comments that I might have made that were looked at as name calling, as well. Sometimes defending yourself and your idea's, are filled with a lot of emotion and is a natural mechanism.

I personally never have/had a problem when people bring up things that are negative about the company. I myself have brought these items up myself, i.e. communication, transparency, share structure, updates to the blogs, more frequent PR's, etc.

The only thing I have tried to do is balance it out with calling or e-mailing for information on the actual work being done on stores and other pertinent information.

As stated yesterday, I myself, did not like a lot of the responses from Jason yesterday, and followed up with IR to get more clarity on those answers I felt needed more explaining and further clarity.

Forums like this should be for exhanging ideas, respectable discussion, and bringing any DD to the table for MNTY.

It should be a team effort, and I agree with Dave, all views are welcome.

I will not defend and never have defended Jason. But, I will respect him because I have never met him and do not know his heart of intentions. I respect that he is trying to start up a business in the good old USA, and hope his hard work (which I believe he is doing) pays off for him and all investors.

What I have done and will continue to do, is look at both sides, and not take one person's point of view as fact.

I would venture to say maybe one or two people out of the hundreds have actually met or talked to Jason/James/Dusty/Amir/Des. I myself have not talked to any of them.

Not that it makes a big difference whether you go in at this level, or a higher level, I would say I myself invested at a MUCH MUCH higher price and am probably down as much or more than most on the board.

Which means of course, I am definitely not happy with where we currently are. But, that was my choice, and why I am not as upset as most is because, I realize just that, it was my choice.

When people come in and state, you are a fool, you are a kool-aid drinker, you are a pumper, you are blind, I feel it extremely inappropriate. I am not always perfect and guilty myself, but I am taught to remind myself not to be judgemental of others.

It really is about respect.

The bottom line is the company has not come clean on a lot of stuff, and stores have not opened at a quick pace. And they do need to be held accountable for doing so. However everyone that has traded in the pinks for any length of time, knows that a company is in the pinks because of just that, they are not held accountable. You enter at your own risk. How many times have we seen in almost every company, "projected revenue", "plan to uplist", "goal is to open up (blank amount) of stores"? Some follow through, some don't.

I venture to say most invested there money on the belief that these things would come to fruition. I know I did.

The bad news is they haven't done any of these things.

The good news is they are still operating, communicating (although not nearly as clearly and as frequently as I would like), and working (no proof that they have closed up shop and now on an island).

So with that, all we have a choice right now to do is to hope some of those items they had goals for, actually do occur, their financial situation gets better, and they continue to work hard.

If you have ideas or constructive criticism's, by all means send them to the company, but do so in a more respectful manner. And don't expect things to happen overnight, and to get answers to all your questions right away. Some things just can't be done overnight, and some answers cannot occur due to legal reasons.

This is a 6-month old company that has had some MAJOR stumbles out the gate. I for one want to at least continue to give it a shot. Whether I decide to buy, sell, or hold, it will be my choice and my choice alone, like it should be, and no one should be pointed in one direction or another.

There is PLENTY of information out there on this and other boards, both the good and bad, and plenty in the IBOX.

Sorry to be so long, but I just wanted to clear up some perceived misconceptions that be out there and apologize for moments when I might have stepped over the line.

I appreciate all the respectful individuals on this board, and those that have brought insight and DD to the board.

I wish nothing but the best for all MNTY investors for what the future holds in this company and all your other investments.

Blessings
