Vivo Cannabis has a 141 per cent upside, says PI Financial
https://www.cantechletter.com/2019/05/vivo-cannabis-has-a-141-per-cent-upside-says-pi-financial/
I'll take a 141% SP increase, but I think his revenue estimate is too low for the expanded production capacity coming on line. IMHO GLTA
Expecting the April numbers any day now. If they continue to release them the first week of every month. DabTab revenue should start ramping up this quarter in all three States. IMHO GLTA
If the CEO is averaging down I'll play follow the leader. He knows a lot more than we do about what's going on. Things like how much revenue SDC is already bringing in to the company, how close they are to planlet production, and progress in Columbia. Plus any new supply agreements, partnerships or acquisitions in the pipeline. I always feel much more confident when CEO's are buying their own stock. IMHO GLTA
Indiva launching new products this quarter. Indiva pre-rolls are already a bestseller in Ontario with just two varieties. More will be added this quarter, along with tinctures & capsules. Company is in discussions for new supply agreements as well. Nice healthy pipeline of news for release in the next few months. IMHO GLTA
https://www.newcannabisventures.com/indiva-generates-initial-revenue-and-advances-growth-initiatives/
Indiva intends to introduce additional pre-roll SKUs as well as indica and sativa capsules in Q2 2019, all of which will be available at OCS.ca and in cannabis stores in Ontario.
Indiva is in discussions with additional provincial wholesalers regarding the distribution of INDIVA products.
Indiva intends to introduce tinctures, including indica oil and sativa oil, to medical patients in Q2 2019
Nice stack of chips Hunterdog. Doesn't even have to break $1.00 to double your money. That should be a low bar to hurdle. Once SDC's concentrate revenues start getting reported, along with the first flower harvest, plus planlet sales, Q4 should be looking good. IMHO GLTA
Looks like the CEO is buying. Check out all these insider buys. Loading up.

Indiva pre-rolls have already gained 9.5% market share in Ontario. They were only introduced in February. Really good market penetration considering there are 44 pre-roll brands on the Ontario Cannabis Store website. No wonder they were nominated for best pre-roll in Canada. Lots of other positive guidance in today's report as well. IMHO GLTA
They might qualify for the TSX after this last report. They're making a lot more revenue now. Hope so.
In the meantime the Q1 estimate should be coming up soon. Maybe a progress report on the new retail store opening in June, and phase two expansion of the grow facility. Hopefully a update on the NanoSphere lab progress as well. How about a surprise PR that they are getting acquired by partner Canopy. That would be wild. GLTA
Could be news soon about the London facility license. The company recently guided by the end of Q2 they would have dry flower capacity of 3,000,000 grams (3,000kg) annually.
My math works out to $27,000,000 wholesale annually. That's using premium craft grown dried flower prices with a 53% margin. Like similar premium craft grower Canna Farms just reported.
Add in the unknown but potentially substantial extraction revenues from legalization in October, and it could be a great year for Indiva IMO. Hope so. GLTA :)
Indiva Guidance PR.

Agree. Doing the same. CBD is taking off, and Tree Of Knowledge has the products, research facilities, university partnerships, and supply agreements in place for rapid growth.
I don't think Health Canada will allow companies without research backed CBD products on the market. Research backed products should make TOK a first mover in the CBD market come October. All these other questionable CBD producers without scientific documentation won't make the cut. IMHO GLTA
TOK's research team. Toronto Poly Clinic

Canna Farms Blue Dream dried flower is selling for $16.15 per gram on the Ontario Cannabis Store website. Just like good whiskey, if you want the best you have to pay more. High margin craft grow. Like.
Canna Farms alone is worth more than the current SP IMO. Well known brand name with a solid reputation for quality, multiple supply agreements, expansion of capacity rapidly taking place, well funded, good management. This is a fire sale for a company not on fire. Crazy cannabis sector valuations lately. IMHO GLTA
Thanks for letting me know the train was leaving manslap. Jumped on board today. Like the high margins they are achieving growing premium craft cannabis. Most LP's aren't even close to 53% margins. Also like all the supply agreements for multiple products throughout North America & Internationally.
The partnership with Valens was a smart move to speed up time to market for Harvest One branded products come October. Once they start selling Royal High branded vape fluid, and other concentrates revenues should take off. Solid management. Well funded. I'm in & adding on the dips. Always IMHO GLTA
Investors might not realize that Tree Of Knowledge is a cannabis sector company. The name implies it's in the learning/education sector. By the name investors would never know the company is a first mover in the CBD concentrate market with a large inventory of products available through their EVR brand. Personally I like the name, not suggesting they change it. Do suggest they figure out a way to explain this cannabis connection to investors who may not be aware.
To me the company is checking all the right boxes for immediate & future growth in CBD product distribution. Especially with the addition of Jack Nathan Health CEO to the Board of Directors, and his relationship with WalMart. Really surprised this news didn't get the major attention it deserved considering the large distribution footprint it could offer for immediate growth in Canada & internationally.
So before the name gets connected with the product I'm accumulating more at this level. Don't want to chase it after the crowds arrive. IMHO GLTA

Halo released the March earnings estimate on April 2nd. If they follow the same schedule the April estimate would be this Thursday May 2nd. Hoping for another good one. GLTA
According to the CEO in this YouTube video the retrofit for the Intrexon lab should be nearing completion. If so the revenues from cannabis plantlet sales shouldn't be far off.
This could produce way more revenue than dried flower & concentrates once in full production. NGW will be a first mover in California for large scale tissue culture plantlet production.
Glad NGW partnered with Intrexon instead of starting from scratch like others. To me this is what differentiates NGW from other growers. and adds more high margin revenue potential. IMHO GLTA
Indiva may not have won for best LP of the year, but they have my vote for best PR photo of the year.
https://investorintel.com/sectors/agribusiness-mmj/agbusiness-mmj-intel/ready-cannabis-infused-chocolate-canada/
Thanks for the update Frank & Moyo. Glad to hear things are moving to completion in Puerto Rico. Just in time for tourist season. Maybe I'll take a Caribbean cruise to check on my investment :) GLTA
Take a look at Beleave's twitter page. They have posted a photo of a portion of their proprietary extraction equipment. Whatever they are doing to extract without organic solvents requires extreme cold. The pipes look frosty. Hopefully other extractors will license this tech for their own operations. With royalties of course. IMHO GLTA
It will be great to see the PR about plants in the ground in early May. It will be a good visual for investors to see all that green gold planted & growing on the LDS twitter page. Glad to see the company is moving to outdoor grow. Sun grown is so much cheaper than building multi million dollar grow houses. Smart move IMO. GLTA
Delta 9 is managing their money well with only a (.02) loss per share in Q4. Especially compared to big cannabis losses Tilray (.08), Aurora (.24) Canopy (.38) Aphria (.43). ILMT check out the CEO's new YouTube interview. He talks about the Canopy partnership, which is deeper than I thought it was. IMHO GLTA
They should definitely win for best pre-roll name, Ghost Train Haze. Too bad it's not a category. Win one for the small caps Indiva.
Pretty cool logo as well.

Beleave Nominated Peoples Choice Best LP Customer Service. O'Cannabiz awards tonight in Toronto. Honor for a small cap to be nominated with companies like Aurora, Tweed, & Canna Farms. Maybe a nice PR tomorrow if they win. If not still a honor to be nominated. Good luck Beleavers.

More good press from equities.com. Seems like word is getting out since the report. Hopefully the upcoming Q1 estimate is even better. Now that all three retail stores are generating revenues we could see big gains reported by mid year. Plus the new store opening in June. Liking the attention. IMHO GLTA
Why Delta 9's 2018 was So Impressive

Indiva Nominated LP Of The Year. Also nominated for Best Pre-roll. O'Cannabiz Award ceremony tonight in Toronto. Just to be nominated along with companies like Aurora, Tilray, Canntrust, 7Acres, & Tweed is a major accomplishment. Indiva's pre-rolls are one of the highest THC content products on the Ontario Cannabis Store website. Hope to see a PR tomorrow that Indiva is a winner. If not congratulations to Indiva anyway for being one of few small caps nominated. GLTA

Halo CEO California Demand “Off the Chart”
Agree Halo's revenues have been outstanding for a company with a market cap of just $96M. Valens is another concentrate maker with a $325M market cap. They just reported first quarter revenues of $2.2M.
By comparison Halo released month by month first quarter earnings estimates of $2.4M for January, $2.6M for February, and 2.8M for March. Any one of Halo's months would beat Valens total first quarter revenues.
So Halo should be somewhere around $7.8M when they report. That would be over three times Valens earnings. with only one third their market cap, selling for one sixth their share price.
Someone is undervalued here and its not Valens. Halo will have its day in the sun when they report official numbers. IMHO GLTA
Mackie Research projects $65.9 million in revenues for Delta 9 in 2019, and maintains its "Buy" rating & $4.00 price target. Like.

Profile on NGW CEO Leigh Hughes. Sounds very interested in the Australian market in the future.

This stock went from .11 to over $1.00 in 2017. Not saying it will happen again, but I want to be there if it does. This time the company has some catalysts that could sustain a long term run. Like cannabis stores in Massachusetts & Puerto Rico, the cannabis labs in California & Newfoundland, & indoor outdoor cannabis grow in Florida. If these were to happen in rapid succession it could do wonders for the share price. IMHO GLTA
Even more good news. CEO says Delta 9 is now shipping product to the US market. He doesn't say which product, but I'm guessing grow pods. I don't believe cannabis sales between the US and Canada are allowed. Whatever the product it's good news tapping the US market. IMHO GLTA
All good points BB. The Medi-Green dispensaries create high margin income as well. I hope they continue to expand their Medi-Green clinics throughout Canada. Lots of people have conditions that need more attention than a recreational store rep can provide, or should provide. Selling your own products to your own customers cuts out the middleman, and increases margins. Four clinics is a good start. IMHO GLTA
Been watching this since they partnered with MediPharm last year. To me MediPharm looks like the next Cresco, and their extraction & supply partners should benefit greatly from that relationship.
Its been two months since Indiva submitted its final video evidence to Health Canada for their London facility, so I'm thinking approval could come at any time. That could start a run I don't want to chase.
Other run starting news I want to avoid are concentrate supply contracts with major growers, like MediPharm has with Canopy & Tilray.
If Indiva where to announce a major contract with someone like Aphria where exactly would the SP land. This is a low float stock so it could run fast & furious on any news. So I'm in. IMHO GLTA
Like the decision to move production to California. Since the licenses are already in place Alliance needs to get the deal done quickly to establish supply agreements with growers. Good luck Alliance.
https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/dns/news/document/35999/content
Here's some more good news. This is what you want to hear from your CEO.
“When you look at the breakdown of quarter-over-quarter revenue, we’re showing the strong top-line growth and gross profitability, but I think unlike a lot of our competitors, we really trim the loss,” Delta 9 CEO John Arbuthnot said Tuesday. “What we’re looking to show investors is that we’re running a pretty lean operation. We’re cognizant that, as the company grows, we’re being prudent from a cost-control standpoint.”
https://winnipegsun.com/cannabis/cannabis-business/delta-9-cannabis-sees-revenues-profits-skyrocketing
The Winnipeg Sun does a great job covering Delta 9's accomplishments. Wish the national press would do the same. Delta 9 could come out with another earnings estimate in a couple of weeks that will be hard to ignore. Especially back to back with today's good numbers. IMHO GLTA
Good news from the conference call is the next earnings estimate for Q1 is coming in a couple of weeks. Hoping for another nice increase.
Good news from the report PR is a new Delta 9 retail store is opening in June. So by Q3 they will start reporting quarters with all four stores revenues included.
CEO did a great job answering questions on the conference call. Nice to have some professionals showing interest in the company. Looking forward to seeing more analyst/press coverage of the company as revenues increase. IMHO GLTA
It's official Delta 9 up 702% year over year, 321% quarter over quarter. Slightly higher than the guided percentages.
This finally puts Delta 9 on the list of top cannabis revenue generators. They barely missed beating Cronos, and did beat other growers with much higher share prices.
Maybe now Delta 9 will start getting the positive press attention they deserve.
IMHO GLTA
Report PR https://www.newcannabisventures.com/delta-9-q4-revenue-exceeds-5-million/
If Alliance wants to be a first mover they need to get moving. Either Pharmagreen can come up with their share for the Cannabis Complex, or they can't. If they can't Alliance needs to move on, and focus on the Biocannatech facility in Quebec. Alliance can always partner with tissue culture experts like Intrexon to develop their cannabis strains for market. In a few more months Alliance will be well behind companies like Next Green Wave, Future Farm & others who are moving forward on tissue culture facilities. It's not too late to catch up, but time is lost money. IMHO
Company anticipates launching its Gilt branded DabTabs product line to Southern California dispensaries by the week of April 22nd.
https://www.apnews.com/Business%20Wire/76fb65810fa44f49906ed53b2a3e35a4
So I'm thinking sometime this week a PR on the Southern California DabTab product launch. Maybe tomorrow?
Halo is already selling distillate, live resin, cannabis oils, & concentrates at 41 C4 Distro dispensaries in Southern California. Halo reported $105,000 in sales in the first two days. This was reported on April 8th so the April earnings estimate PR should be much higher than March. If they continue to PR it monthly like they have been.
Still liking the cannabis labs. PR machines with frequent new product launches. Halo currently my favorite. Cresco labs reports tomorrow. Hopefully Halo will follow in their footsteps.
PCG have you ever been to Flin Flon Manitoba. Looks like the community press reached out to Delta 9 for comment on opening a retail store there.
Delta 9 responded,“We are looking at all opportunities including your area. We will let you know when it is decided.”
Sounds like there will be more Delta 9 store openings in the future once approved by the provincial authorities. Maybe in Flin Flon. They definitely want one. Already rezoned for one.
From above it looks beautiful with lakes and trees everywhere. Area is dotted with small towns along Hwy 10.
These upcoming rural opportunities have been known for a while now. Manitoba wants cannabis retail stores within 30 minutes driving distance for everyone.
I'm thinking Delta 9 already has a slimmed down version retail store on the drawing board for rural communities. I'm sure they will go after these opportunities hard when available.
PCG maybe I'll see you in Flin Flon for a grand opening. Perfect reason to take a fishing trip to Canada.
