I have sold 450 IPCI July $7.50 puts - so by next friday, someone HAS to buy 45,000 shares of IPCI to deliver to me - not likely they already own it.
come back to us all in spades;)
options ALWAYS expire on the 3rd friday of the month.
They are transacted on saturday and will be posted to your account on monday.
They shook the tree for 50 cents - 5% - and 750K shares fell out.
Seems they are accumulating by taking out stop losses.
Once over $10.00 and major funds start buying in there's no telling where it'll settle in at.
My guess it'll pause at $12.50 and if a favorable agreement is announced on reimbursement... it'll quickly head for around $20.
And slappdiddly will still be telling you how he will buy back in at $5.00
Hey, would someone tell that lady to get the hell out of the pool... and not come back until she's got some ORR.
I don't care how good she feels... Pyrr said "no ORR, no Swimming", those are the rules... SOOORRRYY !!!
At one point it only had $1 MM in cash.
i have really loaded & locked. I own 20k Shares around 3$

If GNVC doesn't dramatically dilute, say keeping the O/S under 50 million
I read an article once re: success and failure, and how in most cases the difference can be traced to one particular "happenstance".
For NWBO, that happenstance was the foresight to experiment with a second maturation level... as the first maturation level was a complete bust.
"Most valuable player" award to whoever suggested Method "B" - brilliant, simply brilliant.
The orange juice sucks - but the grapefruit juice kicks ass.
I AM SO EXCITED.
if you purchased long term Call options as hedges. Unfortunately, to unwind the trade the fund will have to wait until the option expires.
Your posts are totally clueless - go back to the beginning and figure out what I posted the comparison between CLDX and NWBO in response to.
hint: it was iclight's query: CLDX has 223 sites and has completed enrollment of 700.
So ask yourself THIS question:
Why can't NWBO complete enrollment for L P3?
I always bash any company where I have a position of 132K shares - 900 options - and 10K warrants - just love to see my investment deteriorate.
WOMP WOMP, FAIL.
CLDX - Total Cash (mrq): $359.77M
NWBO - Total Cash (mrq): $ 13.39M
Does that say anything to you???
WOW - my holdings put me at #5 on the largest shareholder list... #4 if I add all my options on top of the stock.
$10 million savings
It was always "just a matter of time" and now that time has gotten shorter.
AGAIN - 20K shares now, will make you a millionaire in 3 to 5 years.
Map- I have been the buyer of a good number of those Leaps. I just cannot understand the willingness of the seller to assume such enormous risk . . . for a maximum 6% return for 19 months? What circumstances would provide such motivation? I could not justify their short play unless they had "certainty", as in 100% certainty. Even then, why play for such small potential return?

In the last presentation, Linda Powers alluded to the real possibility of a joint trial with a Big Pharma involving DCVax Direct and, perhaps, one of the current ‘hot’ oncology trials like checkpoint inhibitors.
When she then listed the various Big Pharmas working on checpoint inhibitors the first one she named was Brystol Meyers.
Seems to me that the first one to come to mind would be the one you're working closest with... so I believe that Bristol will be the one, if not more than one.
Is anyone here familiar enough with Bristol's work that they can expand on what they might be exploring together???

Dear God... how does she ever find time to watch "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills"???
Yeah I was wondering what drug it was they partnered on
The reason for only having the 15Mg approved was because it's the only strength ipci was "first to file" on - the 30mg was approved because watson had already had the 180 day exclusivity - Teva was first to file on all other strengths... so they got first approval - note that Teva did not get approval on the 15mg because it was Ipci's

"Even if you just take the primary brain cancer, and you figure just a modest percentage of patients getting the treatment – 10%, 20% of primary brain cancer, you’re still into blockbuster sales territory. People don’t realize that. You’re well in excess of a billion dollars in sales."
I would assume since we are in the middle of a controlled Phase III, switching the manufacturing technology in mid-trial is not allowed. So, as good as those results may be with the old technology, can you imagine the results with DC's that are 10X more potent? If the results we have heard of on DIRECT are any indication, I think we know the answer smile
I certainly believe 14% is possible
I don't recall that they ever broke down the various milestones or payments.
They in fact only recently defined the $3 Million amount for 1st dosing.
They are looking for a 20 decibel increase in hearing function.
it may be that even at the lowest dose some benefit is found to exist.
Brain Farts
We know that there are 21 patients in the phase 1, and they are testing 6 doses, 20, 40, 60, 80, 90 and TBD.
My guess is there will be 3 patients in each of the doses, and 6 in the TBD (to be determined) once they have data from all the doses and can make an informed decision as to which dose seems to work best and is tolerable.
Novartis will not comment on results until they make a complete assessment in around May 2015, but I imagine there will be a lot of unconfirmed buzz if patients are hearing significantly better.
Of course we will know sooner if patients suddenly start growing a full set of teeth in their ears... LOL
It's been many years ha Skitahoe!!!
Neil Woodford has built an unparalleled investment track record focusing on compelling long-term investment opportunities, particularly in undervalued biotech and pharma assets. His current fund, C.F. Woodford Equity Income Fund, which was established in May and launched in June of this year, manages about $5.25 billion.
Huhh, sounds like me... but much much bigger!
Heck, I can beat him at this game - what he paid $5.79 for, I can get for $5.15, yeaph... I can beat him percentage wise! LOL
>>>That would make all 4/4 with all six injects not only still alive 9-20 months later, but progression free.<<<
Pyrr... do we know this for sure, that they are still alive and progression free???
Would NWBO disclose it if any had died???
Would they be required to disclose it???
disclosure - extremely long

Open interest on today's expiring NWBO options vary between Ameritrade and eTrade... but both show over 33,000 options @ over $5.00 and expiring worthless - that's control of 3.3 million shares
