$10 million savings



My guess is more like $30 to $40 Million saving... and a year's time!!!

This puts IPCI in a much stronger negotiating position.

If/when partnering, my guess is $50 Million up front with a $300 to $400 Million total package, and 25% minimum royalty.

Partner will also buy $50 Million IPCI stock at market value.
