All stocks at these levels have similar statements
1 mill loss vs debt - if you had a tax loss last year of 1 mill but had $60k in the bank would you feel better or worse than if you owed someone 1 mill?
Public companies have more reporting, more cost. Simple.
Gross margin vs overhead/debt - each restaurant makes a profit contributing to the gross margin. More restaurants, more gross margin, company in profit. Add franchises and its very scalable.
That's why my quick swag was to add an extra 3 restaurants and add franchises. That creates a stable base.
Having been around a number of wins and fails here on iHub, I have to say that whenever you turn up, a stock almost always seems to do well. Great few days here and hopefully lots more to come.
That logic doesn't make sense. Regardless of whether iEquity did or didn't receive payment (I could go and check all the filings but I'm pretty sure they did), PharmaJanes and SimplePrepay are IP owned by AEGY (US). They couldn't just grab them back and sell them to the Canadian entity and if that was the plan, like I said they wouldn't have used the same name. The branding for what its worth is under these trading names not AEGY.
My gut tells me that a deal is being cut where AEGY (US) merges with AEGY (Canada) and then is wholly owned by Haltain. What that means for AEGY (US) shareholders is an open book right now but they will not lose everything. They seem to be using this newly-formed entity for that purpose.
Your claim that they will just bait and switch and move all of the IP to AEGY Canada with no compensation would be highly illegal and very visible and with the recent suspension, highly unlikely.
Claiming that Canada is some remote foreign country and therefore they can get away with this is a wild claim. Canada is highly regulated and very collaborative with the US, no chance that illegal activities would be permitted under the noses of the securities commissions on both sides.
IG, they clearly can't just start up a company with the same name and run Pharmajanes under that company without some kind of recompense to the existing US AEGY shareholders. That would be an obvious fraud and if that was the intent, it would have made much more sense to just restart under a different name with a different trading entity.
The fact that there is transparency says to me that something is going to happen for the existing shareholders. It may only be an offer of shares in the new company or a cash payoff but something will happen. My fear is more that it will be just a token payment and AEGY (US) goes down with that payment going against debt.
It has been a long time! Hope all is good with you!
Not one of my better one's here and I'm not heavily in but this one still seems alive. Strangest stock on the OTC - suspended; RS while on the greys (never seen that before) and looking to get relisted (only heard of that once before). Not sure what happens next because there isn't really a precedent.
I am liking my account showing $10m today though because of the old stock number and the new value. If only....
Not 1 mill in debt, 1 mill loss, there is a big difference. They've reshuffled all of their notes basically and got rid of the old debt. No mention of franchising because as we all know, they haven't started any franchises yet.
I'm indifferent about the 10Q, lots of puts and takes with slightly higher revenues from the actual restaurants. More cost because now they are a public company and like I say above, reshuffling old notes and incurring losses as a result.
Looks stable but needs the next stages to kick in now. More restaurants through their own bricks and mortar and franchising. Then it gets interesting. Imo, they need to get to 6 GRAS-owned restaurants to support the publicly-traded company and then layer franchising on top of that to start making a reasonable profit. That seems achievable and my guess is that we start to see more and more news over the next few weeks.
The only other interesting statement is what we already heard in that controlling vote is now with Heineman not Fong. Fong still has a vested interest clearly but the business is not being controlled by him contrary to the many claims on here.
Not many will have the patience for this one for the long haul but I think we'll see some runs soon that will allow people to leave that wish to do that.
Train wreck would be good compared to this mess. They have an RS ready to roll as soon as they've maxed the AS and last time they did one ( only 3 months ago ), they continued to dilute and left the AS in the billions.
There's no reason to think they won't do the same again because they seem to be continuing to burn millions every quarter.
On what? Who knows.
I was trading here and got burnt. Don't make the same mistake.
No nasty surprises in the 10Q as far as I can see. Nice to see that come out as promised. Now on with some news please.....
I love my trading account right now, it's showing 10 mill of shares still and the new price of $1! lol. If only....I should try selling and make $10m
When does the insanity end? Scam or just simply a very bad idea for a business, this one is a terrible trade. Someone should just put a bullet in this and stop the madness
What reputable company would take the same initials as a urinary tract infection?
We all have our own onions
I'm guessing more stunning events coming here with Imerjin.
True. I wonder what happens next? The normal rules don't seem to apply here. I've never seen a stock R/S while on the greys and there's only one successful relist from greys and suspension I believe.
They clearly think they have a shot otherwise not much point going through all of the filings and now the R/S otherwise.
Ordinarily, going to the greys would have been an 80% drop. In this case no drop because it was already at 0.0001.
Ordinarily, an R/S would incur a drop initially during the first few days while people panic and sell once they get access to their stock. In this case, there is no volume and we're on the greys, so who knows where the price goes.
Ordinarily, stocks don't come back from the greys. In this case, it looks like they seem to think they have a shot.
I really don't know what happens next. There is no precedent here so this will be a first.
It should start trading at 0.15 tomorrow and then I guess we will all see for the first time what happens in this situation over the coming weeks.
My guess would be a significant drop from 0.15 initially to bring volume back and then if/when it gets relisted, a major surge at that point but maybe not even back as far as 0.15. But who really knows?
I'd like to see them leave but going higher is good enough for now
True. It's one of the worst Qs I've seen in a while. It all depends on what happened after the Q. The claim is that all of the revenue hit just afterwards. Does anyone have any solid dd to show that? There's minimal revenue here
If they wanted to sell at 1s, they'd have done it already. They clearly don't.
They have actually. There's one that was very publicized, you can do a search and see it
Don't forget relisting in progress. I think the unbelievable might actually happen here and we will see a stock R/S while on the greys and then relist.
Thanks! See you in 5 months!
Nope, not what I was saying. This will be pumped and go up, nothing else is logical.
There is no "getting the 0.006s out of the way" as you describe. If they are diluting, they have a target amount to make and what you suggest means even more shares. If it is people manipulating and shorting, we'd be just giving them the opportunity to take it down further.
This is a heavily manipulated stock right now but whenever it is released, it starts returning up to its true value. Having seen these situations before, I would not be surprised if we see an increase tomorrow. Whenever a stock is manipulated up or down, it is only ever temporary, it will start to return to it's healthy balance which is much higher than current values in this case imo.
For what it's worth, no it didn't. It closed at 0.0074 and the low of the day was 0.0072.
Unlikely now, check out the 2m bid just added
I'd be shocked if it did happen. I was just saying that it is preferable to be relisted and rs'd than stuck on the greys.
It's like asking whether you want your arm burned or cut off, neither is good but I'd take a burn. Lol
The only thing i would say is never say never in the OTC world
I'd rather relisting and rs than stuck on greys with no volume. Better of two evils.
So are we expecting news by Thursday?
Agreed. Compared to way too many stocks on here, you can actually see the plan playing out in the financials. If there is any solid business sense out there, this should go up substantially on the back of this filing
That's one way to try to accumulate as per your previous post. Other way is buy at the ask and stop trying to push it down
No problems but we have had a couple of filings stating the increase so it's old news now. We're all just waiting for a pr to explain what happens next
It's not again, it's the same one already filed, correct? Increase to 3.95 bill
Any proof of 1s dumped?
No 1s have been dumped. I disagree that 2s were dumped too. No bankruptcy coming, doesn't make sense
How? No one would buy them. This is dead unless they get relisted
Would be great if that was a choice. I had my 10 million up for the month of October and none sold. The volume now is even less so no chance.
Either way the stock would go up if it's promoted. Will it stay up? Who knows, probably not though.
Well, I'm not sure about anyone else but I'm confused. Stock goes up 50% and it's a bad thing?
It's frontloading but people are frontloading to only sell back at this or lower price because it's not going up??
It's a pump&dump with no promotion, no emails, not even so much as board promotions. Oh, and of course no dump either. lol
Wow, these are some dumb promoters, I'm surprised they get paid for promoting without actually promoting. On top of that, they frontload their stocks and then the price goes down and they sell for less. I wouldn't worry about them because they won't be in business long with that strategy.
Or maybe, just maybe, the stock is going up in price and dumping has stopped?
I'll let you people decide based on logic and dd.
All of course is imho.
Can you split that out into 1s and 2s? I've barely seen anything sold at 1s apart from a couple of paints. The 2s don't have the appearance of dilution also, looks more like people buying and then leaving. Dilution kicks in above 3s.
Sure. This is simple but let me explain. If people are buying at 6s, they think it is going up
