That logic doesn't make sense. Regardless of whether iEquity did or didn't receive payment (I could go and check all the filings but I'm pretty sure they did), PharmaJanes and SimplePrepay are IP owned by AEGY (US). They couldn't just grab them back and sell them to the Canadian entity and if that was the plan, like I said they wouldn't have used the same name. The branding for what its worth is under these trading names not AEGY.

My gut tells me that a deal is being cut where AEGY (US) merges with AEGY (Canada) and then is wholly owned by Haltain. What that means for AEGY (US) shareholders is an open book right now but they will not lose everything. They seem to be using this newly-formed entity for that purpose.

Your claim that they will just bait and switch and move all of the IP to AEGY Canada with no compensation would be highly illegal and very visible and with the recent suspension, highly unlikely.

Claiming that Canada is some remote foreign country and therefore they can get away with this is a wild claim. Canada is highly regulated and very collaborative with the US, no chance that illegal activities would be permitted under the noses of the securities commissions on both sides.
