Thanks, I'll check into that. Their service to me has been very good so far.
Don't know, I didn't check, but now I will. You should call them and ask, a very good question.
Put in a sell order, it was rejected. I wonder who is able to sell, there is pretty good volume today.
Howdy, Monk, unloading more hope stocks to buy more of our favorites.
GM Board. Looking forward to buying some 8000 clothes in the far future with my profits here.
GM Board. Stock holding strong.
GM Den. Happy with Just2Trade so far.
Hear Hear.
Thanks, stocktrade, a standup guy and team player.
Sorry, this post was meant in response to tnzalu.
It's a good thing I have a sixteen year old daughter, otherwise I wouldn't have a clue. Nazir knows where the world is going in terms of entertainment, communications, and new APPS, where the newest money is.
Good point. Are you still in JaALSF? BTW, it's the 19th in Tokyo. Still hopeful, an incorrigible optimist here.
I see that JALSY is trading, but this hasn't traded since 20,000 shares traded early this morning. No other news that I know of, other than the delisting in Tokyo. I thought that was supposed to happen on the 20th.
Thanks, Connie, back on the couch, cushioned in for the expected ride long-term.
I especially like your use of the word very before the word early.
I'm too excited, strapped into my high chair.
Note the reference to online gaming and social netowrking. Ties in with the other article. Nazir knows what he is doing.
Do you have the same idea re our C stock, that they could very well uplist?
Thanks, Kramrer, I received a message from ADMIN after I posted, and they said that I can send PM's and receive them up to March 11. Your info was appreciated. Stock looking good today, congrats to all.
What a post! Realistic, objective, detailed, and informative. I think that you should be added to the BOD as an additional member.
HI, EX, always a pleasure to see you and hear my name exclaimed, LOL.
Thanks, Monk, you are making me and many others a lot of money, but I'm far from selling.
Thanks, Connie, I just didn't want to have people wonder why I can't respond to PM's. I will miss them too.
YW, trn. I just didn't want anyone to wonder why I didn't respond to PM's.
Thanks for the info, LG, I hope you know that it has nothing to do with any of our boards.
Thanks, Winthorpe, and I hope you know it had nothing to do with our boards.
GM BOard, this post is to ntoify members of the board that I have discontinued my paid membership to IHUB, so I can no longer send or receive PM's. This was for personal resasons, not for any problems. I will still post and remain active, but I will only be allowed a certain number of posts daily. Still bullish on EIGH and holding.
GM Board, this post is to notify the board that I have discontinued my premium membership with IHUB, for personal reasons, so I can no longer send or receive PM's. No problems, just a personal choice. I will still remain active on this board, but less posting, only what I'm allowed as a free member. Stock acting very well, as expected.
Gm Densters, I have discontinued my premium membership so I can't send or receive PM's anymore. I shall remain active on the Den, but more lurking and less posting, only what I am allowed. This post is so that members sending me PM's will understand why I can't return them. No problems, just a personal choice, and nothing to do with the Den.
Thank you for your reply, Wess. If you could find those earlier posts, I believe it would be very helpful to me and other longs. It would go a long way to hopefully put to rest some of the repetitive challenges on this important issue. I don't think that this validation has been presented clearly yet. Those posts would serve a good purpose for all serious investors and shareholders. This post is not meant to bother you or increase your work, but I believe is in the interest of all of us.
Wess, if that paragraph that is posted in red is indeed proof and validation of the P20, why is it not being proclaimed and shouted from the hilltops here? I have read that several times in the past and was not aware of its significance. I doubt if many posters here are either. Such explanation of its importance would eliminate the constant posting of challengers to the P20 validity.
Thanks, Rick. I am very happy that Venable is on our legal team. But, the deference referred to by Mr. Glancz suggests a rough road to hoe here.
I don't understand how this post relates to my post. Please explain.
Fish, good posting. This ruling appears to set a precedent, which is helpful to our cause. On the other hand, this ruling involved a very small bank and WAMU was huge. Thus, the economic effect of this ruling compared to a favorable ruling for WAMU against the FDIC is like comparing a puddle to an ocean. No disrespect meant for this small bank and its attornies, who apparently did a masterful job. Hopefully they can help our EC attorney, giving some of their strategic input.
That is encouraging. One question, is the word rare referring to the rarity of litigation against the FDIC, or is the word rarity referring to the rare number of wins when litigiating againt the FDIC?
Red, after reviewing trailblazin's post, I now understand what you meant. So, please disregard my previous post.
Red, I don't understand how that is very nice. Maybe you were being sarcastic. Please explain.
You know the saying, "If you build it, they will come." That strongly applies here, but it takes patience. Kind of like being a Cub fan (I'm an ex-Chicagoan), but much sooner here.
I made one of those 16 years ago, but now I've forgotten how, LOL.
I am an actual shareholder. I believe that it has already reached the point at which the CEO should not be burdened at all with the task of answering such questions. His time and energy on JBII are why I am invested here. I believe that knowledgeable posters can respond to, and usually refute, the various questions and criticisms.
