Seem to remember those that sold right after the record date didnt get divy shares, there was a lot of complaining by those who sold. Will have to go back a year and re-read those comments and the timeline.

Advance planning and timing are the key to business.

The planning and paperwork were drawn up a while ago. Once the new CFO was brought in and (I think) the FDA gave indications the approval is forthcoming, the Divy plan was submitted for release to be time with the FDA announcement. The new CFO will be monitoring the PPS for possible uplisting if the PPS jumps and stays up.
