A public company run as if it were a monarchy appointed by god! looks to me like JL answers to no man (no matter how many shares are owned). And "authorized shares" hey, it went from 1b to 5b with not shareholder vote that I am aware of? Looks to me like one really good learning experience...
Yeah, wait till the pps goes to 0001 then pick it up...
I'm with ya' buddy... just a place to dump your money
this company is a LOSER!!!
AEB and Lanza must be twins: from the same yolk sak
Why buy stock in a company that "needs our help"? I thought the purpose of buying stock was to make money, not a charitable contribution.
My only consolation is that my gains on OOAG exactly offset my losses here... Sorry, I'm easily amused...
.0001 is coming, then I can double up???
Nope, the ask is still 5
ya' think he might sell me some of that special "do-anything-you-want-without-fear-of-repercussion" stock? Or is that only in his portfolio?
that way I can watch it go down to .0002!!!
c'mon, somebody sell me another mil at .0004...please...
Thats because Lanza's "special stock" trumps anything you or I might "own"...
The question is... profitable for whom? The SEC complaint kind of clears that up, huh? I didn't even get kissed, any of you?
I e-mailed the company the other day to ask that very question. The response was that they "have been profitable for the last 2 years..." couldn't prove it by the stock price...
Isn't that the truth... IMO, this has been a loser from the time I bought in. I should have warned everyone that I was uying so they could get out....lol
Me too. Bought ford @ $7, been one of the best I've done in the past year. This one... in at .0109, hoping it goes to $$$ (or maybe ccc, lol) GLTA
not this time...keep the faith.
yeah, but which way?
I looked on Baily's website for Baily Petroleum and he does not even mention Black Dragon in his past executive positions... guess he's not too happy with them.
I hope you are right, Dolphin... Time will tell
Thanks John. Sounds illeagal to me, but what do I know? Might explain why Baily was so quick to leave the company. I will become(remain?) the eternal skeptic where BDGR is concerned. Thank goodness, this is just my "play money", but I still hate to lose it. (shoulda bought more lottery tickets!) I'll continue to hope for the best and expect the worst. Crooks always seem to come out on top, leaving the "regular folks" holding the bag...
But what are they doing with the income? Not producing any value in the company as far as I can tell...
Thanks for the info. I was reluctant to ask Gerry about any of this, and he never offered an explaination. Why is Lanza still pulling the strings? Does he hold the majority position? Pardon my ignorance, but I can't seem to get a handle on the BDGR-Lanza connection. If you could enlighten me, I would be most thankful. I can give you a personal e-mail if you don't want to post that here.
Unfortunately, Mr. Bailey bailed on this company last year! I'm not sure what his reasons were, but I was not happy to hear it. I don't know anything about Mr. Scott. Does anyone?
Thanks to all the responses I got. Helped to clear up a few things in my mind. Guess I just wait for it to go to .0001 or for something to get the market interested in getting the price up... who knows? Not me, I put all my retirement funds in lottery tickets: got an 18 million to 1 shot there, might be a better shot than BDGR?
Well, I bought in last year. Thought that Gerry Baily was onto something good. The conscpt I like is scavenging oil from the abandoned wells and fields rather than spending $$ on exploration. Just seems to me that this should be a more profitable enterprise. But then Baily jumped ship, perhaps I should have followed suit??? At this point, I can't see any real benefit in dumping the stock. Might as well hang on and hope for a nickel miracle!
I'm still trying to figure this company out. Seems they are doing some right things business-wise, but the stock keeps sinking. Is it just poorly run financially? I like the concept, but not sure if there is ever going to be a ROI with this one.
So? Did you sell your shares? Are you "really" out?
Is that a "buying opportunity"?
Is that a "buying opportunity"?
Works for me, if this gets down to .005 I'm in for another 1,000,000... well, maybe...
I sure hope you're right. I think Baily might be on the right track!
