Thanks for the info. I was reluctant to ask Gerry about any of this, and he never offered an explaination. Why is Lanza still pulling the strings? Does he hold the majority position? Pardon my ignorance, but I can't seem to get a handle on the BDGR-Lanza connection. If you could enlighten me, I would be most thankful.
