Damn Mr Long. You're getting me pumped up again this morning. Couldn't agree with you more.
AXMP share price is already almost back to what it was before the announcement. Until they catch up on filings I don't see it moving up at all. In fact, IMO they should actually being on the gray market at this point. The deal with CBAI is going to take the rest of 2010 to play out. I can this stock back down to the mid .02's or lower shortly and at that point I may buy some. But it's clearly a lotto play.
Let me point out one more factor that to me is huge. Because CBAI bought 51% of Stellacure, we get to count 100% of the revenue on our Income Statement. Not just 51%.
IMO for sure.
Thanks. I just want everyone to make money and I certainly believe we will in time. Lots.
In the US Cord Blood Registry is #1, Viacord is #2, and CryoCell #3. CBAI is #4. In Germany, Vita 34 is #1, Cryo-Save #2, and we're #3 with Stellacure. For all of Europe Cryo-Save is #1. Direct from Matt. Hope this helps.
I agree there will be money made in public storage at some point. But unless someone is interested in investing a lot of upfront money to fund this practice and bet on the come the only way it works is if someone steps up to the plate and pays for the collection and storage. Even if Matt gave the Gov a 50% discount he could still make a nice buck and have a cash cow. As for Branson, I'm not sure how he could take 50% of the stems from someone paying for private storage and provide them to someone else? As as been stated many times, cord blood doesn't have an abundance of stem cells so giving 50% to public storage severly eats into the stems available for the private donor. There is work going on to multiply the available stems and that could be huge in this regard. I'm certain Matt is following the public options.
Morning all. Mr Long there is one thing you're missing in your comments. First of all, most people can get a $200-$300 discount today off the processing fee of $2000. But more importantly, the $1700/$2000 upfront fee was needed by CBAI under the prior model but not under the new model. CBAI in the past contracted all of there processing and storage with PCT. Under that model, CBAI had to pay all the shipping and processing fees to PCT as they were incurred. They also were required to pay a 15% royatly for all cord blood revenue for a patent dispute that ended March 31, 2010. Today, they have no royalty fee to pay and the upfront costs have come way way down. Easily less than $500. We also know from the 10K's that the bad debt for storage once a parent decides to store is less than 2%. So it seems most people that make a decision to store pay the annual fees. With our own facilty Matt now could change the pricing model completely if he chooses. He could collect the same revenue over 18 years with a $500 upfront fee and a $200/year storage fee. This would be much more acceptable to many parents with limited cash/credit. I've discussed this with Matt and he clearly has considered a new pricing model. Up to him if they move in that directly or not. Thanks for all your DD.
Great. Then that is a very very good sign. Thanks.
I'm not sure that is new. There is still much on there that isn't updated.
Hey Scot. Yes the market is closed tomorrow. Bummer. LOL. And I agree I thought the share price would be a lot higher by now. I don't know if you watched the video Fair put up but clearly they already have plans to expand the tank capacity so something is coming for sure. We need a US acquisition asap. Have a great weekend all.
What makes you say that?
Just a reminder the market is closed tomorrow for Good Friday. Hopefully Matt has something for us next week.
Does anyone know why this stock doesn't have a "Warning" on Pinksheets not having filed earnings of any sort since 2005? I would think it would be on the gray market by now. The only filings I can find are 8K's regarding Directors resigning. Thanks.
I was expecting a bigger jump in share price than we got with this announcement. Afraid we're headed back down now until we get more news.
Very nice. Dr. Geoff is a great guy as is Matt. You learned the benefits of visiting the site and talking to people other than Matt. They sometimes say things that Matt wouldn't approve of like the fact they are going to China again soon (and that was before the recent announcement}. Dr Geoff also seemed to signal more things going on in Latin America. Have to wonder if perhaps a bigger deal is in the works there. Good to hear Dr Geoff talking about building out more space too. Good things coming for sure. Thanks.
Yes. Send Matt an email and/or have your friend contact him.
And we need to buy a US company because the only way we get to a positive cash flow and profitablilty is if we can fill up our Lab. We have mucho excess capacity right now.
Share structure is not the problem. We're trading at a frigging penny. What we need is what Mr Long said. A US acquisition that starts filling our Lab, a grant, or a major company to decide they want a piece of this company. Any and all could come any day.
There is no resistance past .0105 until .013. The fact Nite and ETMM moved up to all the resistance at .0105 tells me they are going to let it run today. Go CBAI
Alot of resistance to get thru at .0105.
The more Matt talks about AXMP the more I like this stock.
Morning all. The more I hear about this China deal the more I like it. The upside is huge. The 8.5% royalty is just about all profit and on top of that we get 10% of any bottom line profits. It sounds like most of our expenses are consultant costs to get the Lab over there up and running. Obviously, we're not going to start seeing the roylaties until 2011 but I sure like the deal and our presence in China, a potentially huge market.
And you give them too little
Don't believe me if you choose. But they will let it run soon IMO.
I think the MM's are holding it back. But they only make money by eventually letting it run and soon I hope.
You just proved my point. You got a free sample and claim results. They just need to change there strategy to get women hooked.
Karin, as far as we know neither will this product. It's only a claim.
My ex-wife was arm candy and only used Lancome. So I know very well. But she's gone now. LOL. I still say they need a better strategy.
How much of a supply did they give you? As I said, if it's that good let people get hooked and then raise the price.
If it's that good as I said, then price it at an introductory price. That's all I'm saying. Most peoples credit cards are already maxed out. Who spends that much just to try it? Only the rich.
You have to admit at $190 you wouldn't have probably tried it out at all. Free is an easy decision.
Exactly
IMO the fact that Karin isn't already raving about it isn't a great sign. Just my opinion.
If it's that good I suggest they offer an initial trial offer at a much reduced rate. If not, then they may as well keep the price at the prohibited price it is now.
I thought Karin was checking it out. I haven't seen any feedback yet?
Nobody is ever going to even check it out unless the price comes down.
It's never going to sell at that price.
Contrary to what some supposed "experts" think I'm sure Matt properly vetted AXMP before investing. I have complete faith in Matt and company. And oh by the way, check out the front page of Yahoo. Look down the left side of the page.

This 10K means nothing. My advice to Matt was to write off everything possible to set 2010 up as a great year with the new model. Looks like he did that. The 10Q that will come out the middle of May is what will give us our first look at the new CBAI with there own storage and processing facility. That is the one I'm really looking forward too.
Where is the bottom to this stock? Unreal.
