I see the company bought-back another 100,000 shares yesterday:)
Oops, now I just got filled.
I didn't get filled. I had an order in for 10K @ .01. They filled 5K @ .01 (not mine) and pressed it up...:)
I just fired a small bullet at it...
I called on Monday and got a call back yesterday from Michelle; although she didn't really have anything "new" to add to what was pretty much stated the last time we spoke:)
E*Trade has been updated -
Yup, once again this would be accordance with Watson previously stated - orchestrate a seeming "small" achievement, then subsequently show how it will or has served as a catalyst to launch into more "meaty" objectives/accomplishments.
Whether the last news release should a have been placed on the IR page instead or not, it would certainly serve to built up to releasing a PR concerning the particulars of a deal with the real estate company; if my aforementioned theory holds true:)
Great points Steel. If I remember correctly also, the "real estate" company in question has an open-enrollment for their employee benefits package slated for this month, and id theft protection services are offered as part of their Cafeteria Plan (correct me if I'm wrong Nobo). Therefore, since Guard Dog will possibly be completing with other companies, which offer id theft protection services, it makes perfect since for the company to gain a competitive advantage over them by incorporating/offering the aforementioned 72+K agents an incentive to choose Guard Dog via its newly announced Member Referral Rewards Program - IMO of course.
New Referral Program tab?
I don't think so. Insiders are allowed to buy (don't know what, if any, reporting requirements there are for this in the "Pinks") for themselves at any time, in fact it's one of the things investors on Wall Street look for, which signifies management's confidence in the future of their company. If, however, a company intends to purchase shares (a Buy-Back) with the intent of returning them to the treasury, a public announcement is required detailing the particulars of such.
I'd like to take the time to wish everyone a safe and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Hopefully NSEO will surprise us all in 2010:)
Thanks, and you do the same!
...I would think so. If the price drops into the double zeros again, I surely wouldn't mind relieving the tradable-float of a few more:)
Yup, I went through the exact same thing when I was invested in another co. There are those though who sincerely appreciate the extra dd I, as well as others, provide to complement their own. That's what keeps me posting:)
I hear you. I actually take time to step away from my job duties to speak with company personnel, in order to firmly acquire any insights permissible, and sometimes it feels like I'm feeding ever-hungry hatchlings - LOL!
LOL Steel!
Thanks, here lately after having received some not-so-nice PM's concerning the same in the past, I have attempted to cut back on the range of content (blow-by-blow detail) I report to the board; to in essence outline only the gist of what was discussed.
Hey, no problem Nobo. When I saw that another poster, Arms I think, recommend that others also call IR today well you know me; I don't at all mind doing so in the least:)
Good evening all, like a few others I also placed a call to IR today and, per usual, Michelle called me back shortly after I left a message. After I “professionally” grilled her as to the delay and possible ramifications in releasing any syndicated press until January (after having pre-moistened our “NEWS” taste-buds with the CEO letter dated-12/3/09), she stated that the primary reason was concerned with maximizing the potential audience at the time press is released.
If I correctly interpreted what Michelle relayed, it appears the company was shooting for mid-December press however, and for whatever reasons, things got pushed back slightly and the company’s press release time-line began to bump up against the upcoming Holiday Season.
Apparently, according to Michelle, that’s all there is to it:)
All depends on how you look at braybrit. If the flippers want to flip, fine by me that's how they make their coin. If the price drops, my purchasing power of additional shares becomes magnified. Remember, this company has a relatively small share structure with no imminent plans to increase, appears and/or desires to be fully-reporting and are thus far transparent as heck - me likes what I am seeing so far:)
One would have to be blind not to see the long-term growth potential associated with IOVE - IMO!
For now, just "set it and forget it"; and of course when permissible average-down as needed/desired:)
IOVE & GRDO are the real deals - one can't go wrong, going long with either or both - IMO:)
That's correct Ive1 - 650M maxed-out authorized & outstanding capital structure; with no plans/need to increase - Kendra Todd on board as company spokesperson/shareholder - multiple PR's expected from now until the end of January = WINNER!!!
Lucky "DOG" - LOL
GRDO is threatening to run pretty hard over the next few trading days; at the very least - IMO:)
This also embodies my line of reasoning as well. In addition, if I have interpreted Watson's letter correctly, he did say that all the "minor" announcements to-date would serve as sort of the underpinnings of events, which have lead up to the forth-coming major announcement(s).
Interesting interview by Jim Cramer last night of Tom Joyce (CEO & Chairman) of one of our “favorite” MM’s - NITE:) Pay particular attention to the mid to last part of the interview where, among other things, Mr. Joyce speaks of being an advocate for retail traders; and the segment which discusses the recent trend towards larger spreads between BID/ASK prices being orchestrated by NITE, for one:

Here we go:)
I'm on-board with your line of thinking/reasoning Kop. I have been theorizing similar possibilities for quite some time now...
But why would selling be likely to continue for a few more days, when a news event(s) is on the horizon? I rather expect buying to begin picking up right about now.
If this (BBB) wasn't PR worthy for Watson, I shutter to think what will be considered as such:)

Shuushh, be very, very quiet - I'm hunting for extra funds - LOL!
BAM!!! Once again, Mr. Watson talk's the talk and, more importantly, WALK'S the WALK:)
Yes they do. According to Michelle, when the company is ready to speak via press release(s), it will do so more than once within that particular timeframe (multiple releases). At least that is how I read her (Michelle’s) closing remark to me.
I spoke w/ Michelle yesterday around 3:30, but she was as tight-lipped as ever. She did reiterate what CEO Watson had previously stated to me though – that going forward the website would be used for routine updates/announcements, and press releases would be reserved for disseminating information concerning larger-scale events/happenings.
GRDO - Currently @ .0135 X .014
