Nice comeback today.
Here is a summation that includes P10 info, maybe this has been posted.

There is nothing new in that report, if folks don't know pot stocks are the wild wild west they are way off the mark. However for something so out there, pot stocks have a high priced product in huge demand, grows fast and some small protection under State laws.
You know "pumps" are not always nefarious, people often get excited and sometime "$5" is a reasonable value but the market is not reasonable for many reasons..
Edit-Yes partly because the other thing about 1st time 10K's they take a time to arrive. This is my experience anyway. Them filing a 10K was not part of my consideration in buying although ultimately it will be a good thing imo
To be clear, I expect the 10K to show changes.
Well I'm making a "bold guess" lol, some shorts are waiting for the 10k to cover.
I can tell you that other than making a very nice return in TRTC back in 2014 and losing or making a bit in a few others I don't remember the tickers of, I have stayed away from them precisely because of the illegality problems. I decided recently that the issue is STILL congress and I expect them to continue to kick it down the road by defunding DOJ efforts for the foreseeable future.
I think there are numerous reasons for recent stock drop, but I'm patient and expect the company will begin to make chunks of money as they put their licenses to work. I chose this particular stock, generally, because of the low float, funding (even though) licenses and existing land/greenhouses.
In general buy low and sell high is a good idea, but doesn't mean a guarantee.
Yeah thinking, dreaming maybe, out loud has not helped, however NOW plan is showing results easy to see.
That's right all benefit from partnerships. The licenses brought single mindedness for growers.
Things are moving fast in CA, businesses are forming alliances to everyone's benefit. While, licenses in hand, grows are focused on production. PERFECT!
We have a lot of ideas we want to execute on but without being singularly focused we will fail and failure is not an option. This is why we are looking forward to completing joint ventures and other deals (such as the deal with REI).
Hum, they took advantage of the drop. Sales in US and more partners, longs could come out on top.
I wonder if due to relatively low volume, now over 11 days to cover the short are struggling? I don't short so for me a lg short occasionally provides a trading opportunity. I'll be watching the sales #'s for steady growth.
Very, the partnering is a good thing as it will keep expenses down, while sales in US ramp. I could be wrong but find it hard to believe that 200 motivated sales force won't produce, but will take time, 2-3 Q's? In the mean time negative Nelly's will have their way.
Looks to me like they failed and/or realized the plan was not going to work for whatever reason. Longs have pointed out some reasonable reasons company has provided. I like what they are doing now and learned a long time ago that not being patient is a good way to lose money.
Under the terms of the licensing agreement, Synergy will receive an upfront payment of $5 million and is eligible for an additional milestone payment, as well as royalties from product sales in Canada. The agreement provides that Synergy will be responsible for manufacturing and supplying finished product to Cipher.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
HEAVY 16 IS GROWER-ENGINEERED TO PRODUCE UNRIVALED CROPS ON EVERY HARVEST. OUR SUCCESS INVOLVES A SPECIFIC FOUNDATION OF KNOWLEDGE –
A plant’s optimum genetic potential is achieved through nutrition efficiency during the earliest vegetative phases. The goal is to build optimum tissue integrity to resist pests and fungus and to accumulate vigorous mass and photosynthetic carbohydrates for an ultimate maximum yield.
Successful vegetative growth requires building optimum microbial colonies while increasing the amount of root surface area via root hairs. This expansion of uptake zones and microbiology exponentially increases the plant’s uptake efficiency for its entire life. The HEAVY VEG formulation does just this and is perfectly complimented by HEAVY ROOTS, HEAVY PRIME, HEAVY FINISH and HEAVY FOLIAR, which are designed in combination to achieve a superior vegetative crop.
Thank-you!
I’ve been convinced I found the next hula hoop, until reality showed up.
The bigger point is why assume the worst? If I was as concerned as you seem to be I would be long gone. I’ve never understood hanging around a stock board when I don’t like the situation or product.
I have absolutely no problem with a decision to leave organic behind or for later. He mentioned it as a secondary revenue stream, we have no idea how that secondary will evolve nor what has influenced the decisions. I think events are moving fast in CA. Now with the licences and perhaps input from the MG the focus has narrowed. But speculation that the decisions are nefarious or reasonable are useless unless you think it important enough to pursue the answers from the source. My guess (again useless) is over time it will become clear what happened to the organic clone idea.
It is a timing thing that is.... knowing they can drive it up to create bag holders, stir up doubt because these things take time, too much time for some folks especially when possible scary stories are easy to manipulate into monsters.
A better question is are these good questions? Or why do these questions matter?
Well he looks like a he to me. Just thinking I'd clear that q up right off the bat.
Idk which is Chris. Yes I was happy to see they picked him up from REI's team.
It is based on the description of the difference in technique on instagram.
vbfbrands@umiak1 typically everything that is above a certain size is sold as bud and rest is used for extraction or can be used as another product such as Moon rocks. The feed schedule is about getting the plants the proper base nutrients so they can be healthy and then we add supplements which are designed to do things such add more weight to buds or increase smell/flavor. We are currently using Heavy 16 for the nutrients and supplements. Prior to that the company was growing organically. If you think of a strawberry at the store which is bigger the organic or non-organic. The same applies to cannabis. The THC levels are essentially predetermined by the stain grown but to hit the higher end the plants need to be properly tended to.
Edit: could be by the yard, makes more since from where I sit anyway...Idk where or how this company is deciding at this stage. I do know that there are sellers of the trays for grows have it down to the sq foot. How many plants per tray per foot of greenhouse.
Lol, it is incredibly easy to "get" Instagram.
Edit: the bay 3 time frame may not be accurate. It is not clear the date on Instagram posts are synonymous with date pic is taken.......Bay 3 is approaching 3 wks of flowering. Hope folks that go on tour are able to discern a clear difference in the size of buds on plants in bay 2 vs 3 relative to growth cycle. Not sure what week of flowering bay 2 is on.
It is based on the description of the difference in technique on instagram.
Based on the difference in plant management between bays 1/2 vs 3/4/5 it's clear somebody knows what they are doing. Heavy buds are coming, additional lighting installed to extend growing season, the demand is strong for product. My guess is company will see a steady rise in quality production and sales.
The financing sucks but I don't think they will need to repeat such a awful deal and eventually the greedy bastards will get their # of flesh and be gone. just my opinion
You would think that those sitting on the fence will now want to move ahead as they are back to saving .30 on the dollar. Airports maybe...
PLUG- Tax credits reinstated:
The disappearance of the credit threatened the domestic expansion of Plug Power, a company founded in the late 1990s in the midst of the tech boom, whose stock briefly topped $1,000 a share. The bubble popped, the firm’s shares sunk to single digits and the company burned through money, seeking a marketable use for its fuel cells, which cost more than conventional competitors but emit nothing but water as a byproduct. Mr. Marsh took over in 2008 and finally steered the firm into what has become a profitable niche: replacing the large batteries that power forklifts in warehouses.
Forklifts that run on fuel cells do not need to swap out batteries every shift, like those that run on lead-acid batteries. They plug into a fuel station that looks like a gasoline pump, connect a few hoses and quickly fill up with hydrogen. Plug Power has found a growing market in selling or leasing those fuel cells to Amazon, Walmart, Kroger and B.M.W., among others, and it has begun piloting fuel-cell powered delivery trucks in China and around Albany.
When the credit expired, Mr. Marsh said, the price of buying one of the company’s fuel cells immediately jumped 30 percent for customers. Some of those customers, he added, have budgets set aside for alternative energy spending — and in those cases, solar and wind projects, which still were backed by credits, were suddenly more attractive.
The recent tax law compounded the problem, because it made it more expensive for Plug Power to get financing. When the law was signed in December, Mr. Marsh said one of his lenders called and told him his borrowing costs were going up.The credit was in the budget deal, retroactive to 2017 and phased down through 2022. The industry had gotten exactly what it wanted — at least for now.
To wit, starting with bay 3 they have light control.
My understanding is they inherited bay 1 and 2. All subsequent bays have lighting and as they clear out 1 and 2 they also get retrofit.

Excellent!
I was not talking about what you posted. Was referring to the 8k. No worries.
Shorts calling in favors.
