100% agree!
BUT....Unfortunately we will get the misleading spins!
Exactly and very weak attempts! LMAO!
There will be NO R/S according to STI CEO!
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/strikeforce-2016-financial-strategy-131400110.html
and the DEF 14A provides the 4 Proposals details!
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1285543/000147793216012858/sfor_def14a.htm
Rock On STI/SFOR!
LMAO! How many Proposals are in the DEF 14A?
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1285543/000147793216012858/sfor_def14a.htm
HINT - there are 4 Proposals and NO....R/S! LMAO!
You ROCK 4SD!
Just catching up on posts.
Thank you for all your continued efforts and right on target with such high echelon levels! OUTSTANDING and THANK YOU!
I too am pushing forward the STI/SFOR IP, but OCONUS JCC theater level. It's awesome having you on the STI/SFOR Team - someone that TRULY understands the importance and how mission critical it is to stop the CYBERCOM bad guys. STI has the required IP - Keys to the Kingdom of the CYBERCOM Ecosystem!
I'm only a customer and investor since MAR 2016 and truly believe in the STI Team and Products! They continue to strive for mission success and are doing just that - 2016 so far has been the turnaround year Mr. Kay said it would be. He/Team continue to execute mission tasks successfully and many catalysts to play out in the very near future.
Rock On STI/SFOR!
Whiz - Looking forward to seeing the new ticker with the PM R/M into SPCL !
This will be an AWESOME ride!
Welcome back!
I look forward to watching the awesome catalysts play out that Mr. Kay and Team STI/SFOR have outlines in the MOST RECENT SEC Filing!
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1285543/000147793216011841/sfor_10q.htm
All the best,
R2R
Thanks for the repost Whiz and big thanks to LongCAStrong for taking the time writing the post with some AWESOME DD - OUTSTANDING!
LOL! Saying the MSFT/PF and STI settlement was one lump sum settlement and no royalties?? Obviously I did look it up
From the SEC filings we know that's FALSE! Greatly appreciate facts with links proving otherwise - TIA!
Although just might have something about the Royalty part as we don't know either way for sure, only that the rest of the settlement is under NDA. However....a very good logical reason for no MSFT Royalties -- MSFT BUYOUT in the near future!
Very happy and proud STI/SFOR customer and investor!
Rock On $$SFOR$$
Stop ignoring factual info provided right in the SEC filings! LOL!
It was NOT one lump sum payment!!
Provide proof where Mr. Kay said there wasn't going to be Royalty payments! LMAO!
January 15, 2016, the parties reached a settlement in the matter. As part of the settlement, the Company received a payment in January 2016 of $9,750,000 and incurred fees related to the settlement of $4,187,257.
We have four GuardedID products, (i) a standard version which protects browser data entry only, (ii) a premium version which protects almost all the applications running under Microsoft Windows on the desktop, including Microsoft Office Suite and almost all applications running on the desktop, (iii) an Enterprise version which, in addition, provides the Enterprise administrative rights and the use of Microsoft's Enterprise tools for the product's deployment, and (iv) an Apple MAC version for all the latest MAC operating systems and for the browsers and entire desktop.
Of course the above is located right in the last 10-Q, just need to comprehend correctly what's being said!

The COMPLETE MSFT/PF settlement details have NOT been released to the public yet and under NDA for now. However, it sounds like STI has been in extensive talks with MSFT Engineer DIV for STI products embedment of various MSFT apps/platforms! Which you can bet for sure Royalty/Payments were discussed! Hang around and find out - will NOT be too much longer and we will ALL know for sure!
IMSO: MSFT probably already made an offer for buyout, we just simply don't know for sure. Mr. Kay/CEO has an impressive background with JPMC/25years! He knows how to deal with the big boyz! I have a very good appreciation for Mr. Kay/Team SFOR and the work they are doing to help secure the Cyber Security Ecosystem/Kingdom! I'm also a Very Proud STI/SFOR Customer and Investor!
And of course Apple has been factored in the reoccurring revenue stream!
The biz model in the 10-Q is pretty clear MSFT will be using STI/SFOR suite of products! Which I have no doubts MSFT will be showing US the money!
I'm leaning on a MSFT buyout, but let the bidding wars begin, if they haven't already!
Rock On Team SFOR!
That doesn't state patents for all 3 of their products were sold to CSI - OMG! LMAO!
Please do tell us....how many patents SFOR does have and apply to which products????
Asset Purchase Agreement - CSI has NOT purchased G-ID/MT patents yet either! CSI distributor will distribute/sell all 3 products: G-ID/MT/P-ID and STI will receive royalties - G-ID/MT = 15% and P-ID = 20%.
Purchase of the ProtectID patents was NOT offered!! So STOP saying it was or PROVE it was! P-ID is the grand prize patented product platform, keys to the kingdom cyber security ecosystem using 2FA OOB!
When CSI decides to purchase by the 30 SEP 2020 timeline date - then following STI/SFOR will still receive royalties for G-ID and MT at a reduced amount. See here - http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=125515793
Mr. Kay's background with JPMC for 25years he's very knowledgeable how to get TOP dollar for STI/SFOR!
I think offers have been made already! Mr. Kay/Team waiting for much better! By executing tasks/events laid out in the 10-Q, this will add more value to the company!
Rock On Team $$SFOR$$
ASSET PURCHASE and LICENSING AGREEMENT:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1285543/000147793215005633/sfor_ex21.htm
1.1.11.4.) Amendment:

P-ID is HUGE baby!
Yes, STI will own P-ID until bought out. Which most likely will be a lot SOONER than 2020!
It's nice receiving the royalty income also from CSI and sub ASC until bought out!
PD - nope, if I recall correctly part of the purchase agreement called out for CSI to pay STI after CSI has purchased the patent. Like 15% of 50% NET profit, so basically still receiving royalty payments but reduced 50%. I will look it up again and post.
Rock On $$SFOR$$
Nice job on starting this board Dragnet!
I'm still buying too as funds come available. I'm sitting in the 5M+ range with shares.
The shorts and flippers showed up this week in full force - OMG! It's very sad what they do - very false and misleading info being injected. Which new investors do fall into the short/flippers game/scam process!
I agree the pps will go way up from here as the catalysts play out. I look forward to seeing the company valuation will be for buyout! SFOR owns some master keys to the cyber security kingdom/ecosystem! I truly believe we could see a multi-billion dollar buyout next year!
Rock On $$SFOR$$
Hi Synthek - Mr. Kay/SFOR team are NOT telling you lies. I have also been in communication with them. And of course they cannot provide any insider info that cannot be released to the public yet. I just wanted to confirm things for myself to make sure I'm tracking correctly!
Rock On Team SFOR!
The MOST RECENT 10-Q 15 AUG 2016 clearly states the CS/ACS deal.
Here's the 8-K from 2 FEB 2016:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1285543/000147793216008370/sfor_8k.htm

Also read the Biz Model around page 21 too
CS/ACS Deal:
Cyber Safety has the option to buy our GuardedID patent for $9,000,000 that expires on September 30, 2020. At June 30, 2016, the Company does not have an estimate if Cyber Safety will exercise its option to make the purchase. Cyber Safety will also resell our GuardedID and MobileTrust products, for which we will receive a royalty, while we retain an unlimited license to resell those products.
As a condition of the asset purchase agreement, Cyber Safety will license the Malware Suite (as defined in the Asset Purchase Agreement) up to and until September 30, 2020. Pursuant to this license, Cyber Safety shall pay the Company 15% of the net amount Cyber Safety receives, as defined, which amount may be increased to 20% under certain conditions for ProtectID, and is subject to reduction for commissions and support costs that Cyber Safety will be obligated to pay to the Company.
In March 2016, Advanced Cyber, a subsidiary of Cyber Safety, agreed to pay the Company $25,000 per month as a license fee in conjunction with Company's agreements with Cyber Safety. Included in revenue for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016 is $90,000 and $100,000, respectively, of license revenue from Advanced Cyber. At June 30, 2016, the total license fee receivable due from Advanced Cyber was $100,000.
Very much so!
Rock On ST!
It depends on what classifications and platforms running different OS baselines. The Military runs various OS baselines and platforms. I want to hear what the other person "seems" to know!
Very well said - ROCK ON!
Actually depends type of classifications you mean. Please do explain your thoughts!
I say worth Multi-Billions when all is said and done/BUYOUT occurs!
Ah YES!
SFOR Patent Master Keys to the Cyber Security Kingdom!
We sure enough do!
GLTU SFOR Investors!
Ah....BUT! They have Master Keys to the Kingdom of Cyber Security Ecosystem!
No doubt! Their efforts are OUTSTANDING and greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
Rock On $$SFOR$$
FY17 funding starts 1 OCT 2016!
There's lots of good connections with SFOR and the US Govt./Military!
Rock On $$SFOR$$
I'm tracking!
Rock On $$SFOR$$
All that non-factual DD and thought timber massive selling today, this stock is scam. LMAO! Got nothing on SFOR!
I agree with your assessments Paul! We are holding Golden Tickets for an AWESOME ride!
Rock On $$SFOR$$
Thank you for all the PACER updates, greatly appreciated!
Rock On $$SFOR$$
Why yes indeed....and some time by the end of next year 2017 sounds very possible!
Rock On $$SFOR$$
LMAO! It's too late to try and talk this one down - NOT gonna happen! Jump onboard now, still an excellent entry point compared to where this baby is headed! There's plenty of real factual DD on the board that indicates just that!
Rock On $$SFOR$$
Exactly!
I pay ZERO attention to what charts say, especially when news breaks that charts cannot predict! And SFOR has many catalysts in play for breaking news!
Rock On $$SFOR$$
100% sure about that Chaser??
Rock On $$SFOR$$
IMSO you still have vey good entry point and I continue to add as funds come available!
The CEO/Team are setting SFOR up for a HUGE B-U-Y-O-U-T and executing mission tasks which make SFOR look that more attractive for B-U-Y-O-U-T in a current Multi-Billion Dollar Cyber Security ecosystem!
Billions now and TRILLIONS by 2019 according to Forbes!
http://www.forbes.com/sites/stevemorgan/2016/03/09/worldwide-cybersecurity-spending-increasing-to-170-billion-by-2020/#343d345876f8
Other Projections:
http://cybersecurityventures.com/cybersecurity-market-report/
SFOR has Cyber Security patents that most are using NOW and will continue to use after deals are settled/signed! MSFT is prime example and the 3 current litigations (DUO/Centrify/TRUSTWAVE) will settle too! Then GOOG, AAPL and others are up next!
IMSO SFOR will be bought in the Multi-Billion Dollar range.
Surely been trying, but NOT winning driving it down!
Yes agree, the misleading bad attempts and lies just to drive the pps down to get in cheaper/flips! Stronger guns have stepped up to the table and gobbling up shares for the HUGE victory we will see take place in the near future!
All the best to SFOR investors, the longs for years and new folks!
Rock On $$SFOR$$
AWESOME!
Actually yes I do and the stellar outstanding factual DD you post is AWESOME for connecting the SFOR mission set with Cyber Security ecosystem capabilities! Thanks Again ZPaul!
You ROCK sir!
All the best,
R2R
