Had a conversation with the CEO Saturday, he called me up within 15 minutes of sending the company an email...
Guy was very transparent. Told me yield sign is going to be removed within coming month, negotiations for mall project are near complete, and that the company is not going to perform any R/S in the upcoming future.
Zero convertible shares and 18m+ in assets. CEO also informed me that the company has added an additional 5 million dollars in real estate assets since their last filing.
