USEI NOW CAN WE GET BACK TO TRADING !!!

USEI I E-MAILED THE CEO TODAY AND ASKED HIM WHAT HIS VIEW WAS ON JOHN STANTON, SINCE MANY SHARE HOLDER HERE SEEM UNEASY WITH THE FACT THAT HE IS PART OF THE EQUATION, SO BELOW I PASTED THE REPLY FROM MR. MILLER HIMSELF:

Remi, here is the deal.. I became involved in USEI through John Stanton, he was the Chairman, only director (no longer) and largest shareholder of the firm (he put me and my firm into USEI know one else could do this)... I have never met him... have spoken to him a few of times over the 4 1/2 months, that I have been involved with USEI... he does not run the day-to-day operations.... he is still a shareholder of this firm and we cannot escape this... I can't take back his stock can I??

He has the ability to reach out to me in the same manner which you are currently doing so... but note... I run this firm and I am the final word on it all... I control the firm by preferred shares (not one share of common stock has been issued in 4 1/2 years so squash that rumor also).

Also note: I can scream this out to the highest mountain top... and there are many folks out there, who will never believe this... they have had bad experiences with Mr.. Stanton ... note also: he once owned 7 public companies) many of them in the alternative energy sector so, he is all over companies in this sector... so, don't fault me for some obscure relationship with some other firm.... that has has some other obscure relationship with a company that he may have had some obscure prior relationship with him.... again he does not run USEI!!!!

This firm had no management for over 4 years before I came....and now I have an opportunity before me... and my goal is to capitalize on the opportunity... and if it came through someone that folks have bad blood with... then that is their problem...

When the dust is settled... measure me by what I do... not how or who I initially got into this situation through. I have a singular goal (no pun intended) and that is to add value to USEI... you folks can fight out the rumors, espionage and covert mysteries yourselves... my dog is not in that fight.

My fight or job, is to do what is in the best interest of USEI... not just one shareholder but, all of them collectively. I'm sure this is not the end of this discussion... some folks are never, ever going to let the crap go... but, it is the last time I'm going to speak to folks about it... this is purely a waste of my time.

USEI the last i heard of Stanton, is was pretty much out of the picture, like either on the run or even in jail !? any info on its where about ??

USEI Imperial, they mentioned in the news that the deliveries are to be fulfilled in the next three weeks, so there is a chance we get more PR about the deliveries and also new clients being added in the following two to three weeks.

USEI not yet. Looks like the company is waiting to have the fuel deliveries on the way before announcing, Judging by the CEO answer on yesterday's e-mail i posted. Which would make sense too i guess. The 20 stations have apparently already been converted to accept Singular 96.

A/S is high, dilution still going on, i guess the company needs the money more than i thought.

USEI fuel cost is really high in Montreal, when they show up with a better product at competitive prices, it will fly.

USEI i suspect that as soon as the deliveries start, there WILL be more PR and we will move again big time. I know he said MAY be news, but that is only legalities talking. its only good business sense to use the first deliveries of their product to introduce new PR.

USEI I sent them an e-mail to get more details on where the fuel will be distributed, the ceo answered and mentioned that he could not tell at this point, because those details may be part of PR news in the near future. His answer is right below and my e-mail follows:

USEI well said Kar... plus the list he shows is made up of mostly all sister letters. so it is really only a couple letters that came out and mentioned the stock. Since they usually send the same letter many times over a few days it looks like there is a lot going on but it is truly a minimum.

USEI these level are a real good entry point before it runs up again. Next news to come in will make it fly...

USEI true, we see no sign of dilution, very good news.

USEI we should not see much consolidation since the news is an active one meaning they are starting to ship and revenue starts to come in as the days go by, so it is only up for them from now on, the next news will be even of greater importance most probably a confirmation of the facts...

USEI can someone update the stickies with fresh ones !?? they show old news and we have so much more to display. Many Traders from other boards look at those to decide if this is of interest to them, and will pass if they are out of date...

USEI chart looking amazing, technical indicators are all agreeing for a very bullish trend.
