let us not forget other projects that bring revenues
from January
MC Endeavors/Centiuum Holdings, Inc. Forms JV with OneSource Co., Ltd.
MC Endvrs (USOTC:MSMY)
MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkOTC: MSMY) announced its subsidiary CENTIUUM Holdings, Inc. has signed a Joint Venture agreement with OneSource Company Ltd. of South Korea to support the installation of their underground storm water retention chambers manufactured by StormTech LLC for projects in South Korea. OneSource is the premier outsourcing company in Korea with offices in Seoul and Hong Kong. StormTech LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) which is the world's largest producer of corrugated HDPE pipe.
Luke Park, COO of OneSource Company Ltd., stated, “Our partnership with Centiuum Holdings Asia in Seoul is a very good match for both companies because of Richard Sohn’s networking experience within both the federal and provincial government departments and our government services contracts that we have in place already.” Park went on to say that “OneSource will also support the business development with their marketing staff and network of client services to help promote and install the StormTech water drainage and holding systems in both Korea and Malaysia."
Richard Sohn, COO of MC Endeavors and Centiuum Asia, stated, “Our next project will be the installation of the StormTech Chambers for water retention and storage under the new soccer stadium field in the City of Inchon. These projects will save cities millions of dollars in real estate that they are now spending on open ponds to store the rain water runoff. These economically installed underground systems will set the standard in storm water retention for other cities to follow throughout Asia.” The project covers 166,000 cubic meters at an installed cost of $22M US.
if I knew you wanted it I would have or should have posted the links to the news on each item. All of it is verifiable. That is what makes MSMY so great IMO they have so much going on
1/2 million in volume and not even noon. I need to shufle some stuff around so I can grab some before MSMY gets to double digits.
goldisking, your investment is about to payoff in a big way if that contract is announced. .043's are gone. MM's game playing again but thin to .05 and real thin to .07
rumor has it MSMY has a huge contract about to be signed with Haiti that could bring in millions of dollars in a deposit. We are just waiting for the news to confirm
I feel like it could be spot on, just thinking the time line sets it up perfectly.
Earthquake and Hurricane destroy Haiti.
Ambassador Lucke loves Haiti and goes there.
Ambassador Lucke signs on the Board of Director of MSMY.
MSMY and it subsidiaries build homes that can withstand hurricane force winds in excess of 200 mph and earthquakes of 8.0
New President elected in Haiti that believes the rebuild process is taking to long.
Ambasador Lucke goes back to Haiti and is in talks regarding MSMY and rebuilding Haiti.
Ambassador Lucke comes back to the US after President Elect confirmed.
now this weekend President is sworn in he can sign contracts to begin rebuilding.
I am loving this
20% of 10 billion. I don't even know how many 000's that is. This looks like the start of something really big. MM's better get the covers, they may get left in the cold today.
20% is not unheard of for a contract and a project the size and scope of rebuilding Haiti. I would venture to say it would be at least 20%, possibly more. Great to have MSMY at this level
I have heard a rumor that ambassador Lucke was headed back to Haiti, contract in hand. Contract to be signed by end of week between MSMY and Haiti, deposit said to be at least 20%.
bid is upticking, This could be the start for MSMY as we wait for some solid news
that would be nice, I am ready for some good MSMY news
would rather see an uptick for closing but unchanged is fine SAR in the buy position. Could be the start of something coming for MSMY
I also watched it, her story is very tragic and yet so common in countries like Haiti where both parents have died. She is one of the lucky ones to have people like Ambassador Lucke to help her, and the airlines, doctors and hsopitals that donate time and money for her care. At her tender young age she should not have such worries. I am sure her Aunt has worries about where they live. of course I am assuming they don't have suitable housing and I could be wrong, but with Ambassador Lucke and MSMY on her side I am sure if they don't have it they will.
I saw that transaction and thought it was a buy for MSMY. I know some of my questions may be off topic and I ask for a litle leverage please. So if they show it as a sell instead of a buy would that maybe indicate it was a short cover?
even though it may give the MM's a little more to think about now that we can see what they are up to.
can you tell by the new way how much of if a certain MM is short?
for instance nite is 300 on bid 784 on ask, can that indicate a short position?
is that something that just started today, I think I had noticed on some other tickers that the numbers appeared strange. that explains it but not all the MM's show higher numbers
after that post to say MSMY is undervalued is an understatement.
great break down of revenues.
FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF $371 Million dollars of REVENUES booked since the beginning of this year!...
$MSMY is VERY undervalued trading at .04 IMO...
One of MSMY subsidiaries
Lamisteel International LLC in Sundance, WY is a private company categorized under Metal Buildings. Current estimates show this company has an annual revenue of $2.5 to 5 million and employs a staff of approximately 5 to 9.
MSMY is very lucky to Have a man Like Lewis Lucke on its team and being the man he is will have a huge impact when it comes time for the contracts to be signed. I believe that with his influence and all that he does for Haiti and its people that MSMY should be a shoe in to get contracts awarded. IMO
Great Find Suetta, Lewis Lucke as we have all stated before is a tremendous force.
HeartGift supporter Lewis Lucke of Austin, a former U.S. ambassador, helped facilitate the travel of Leonise and her aunt.
I can not see MSMY being in the 4's much longer
with Centiuum, lamisteel,Engenaire already as subsidiaries. adding Quake Guard system.
Having had Ambassador Lucke down in Haiti and now back.
To many things going on right now for the price not to start rising.
I love the pictures of the houses and the pharm, they built. That house with the deck on the back would be a mansion in Haiti. Can't hardly wait to see what contracts MSMY is putting together for Haiti.
yes it was very touching, moved me to a tear....
will not be time if funds do not clear and MSMY puts out awesome news first thing on Monday. Anything could happen here at any time.
I am hoping my funds will be cleared for buying MSMY on Monday. If not I guess I have to be happy where I am. I think contracts are being prepared and the next step is for Ambassador Lucke to head back to Haiti for signing of contracts. Can't wait to get that PR!!!
I am hoping to get some funds clear so I can buy some of these cheap MSMY shares
I believe that MSMY will have some news for us soon, my expectation is that it will rock investors and shake out these single digits.
thank you for the chart. very nice. looking forward to next week here for MSMY
there sre some solid reasons to be in MSMY
Awesome Senior Moment
Here's a quote from someone who witnessed a recent inter-action between an elderly woman and an antiwar protester in a Metro station in Washington DC. There were protesters on the train platform handing out pamphlets on the evils of America. I politely declined to take one.
The elderly woman was behind me getting off the escalator and a young (20-ish) female protester offered her a pamphlet, which she politely declined. The young protester put her hand on the old woman's shoulder as a gesture of friendship and in a very soft voice the young lady said,"Lady, don't you care about the children of Iraq ?"
The old woman looked up at her and said, "Honey, my father died in France during World War II, I lost my husband in Korea, and a son in Vietnam. All three died so you could have the right to stand here and badmouth our country. If you touch me again, I'll stick this umbrella up your butt and open it." ~God Bless America ~
anyone looking for MSMy information would serve themselves well to read his posts. I don't think there is much about MSMY that he has not covered. frome contracts upcoming to breadboxes. lol
great read, thanks for that ziggyman. MSMY may be quiet now, but this could be the calm before the storm. I know we have to be nearing contract announcement time.
bread box maybe, that is a nice looking kitchen.
I love that house the back with the upper deck. I would hae that house built for me if I were in need of a house
Just look at the thickness of those panels, and I like that they use local labor to put them up. So MSMY not ony provides stable housing but also adds employment opps for locals. A win win
I never call, I know people keep saying call the company. IMO I would rather them work for me then take calls all day long. With MSMY, I want them working on contracts! show me the money
you are correct, this is not your everyday ordinary pink sheet,
MSMY is a fully reporting company and should be putting out financials anytime now.
is ony the beginning for MSMY. A great day today
a review on the book by Lewis Lucke,
Waiting for Rain
5.0 out of 5 stars from the "Journal of Community Health", May 27, 2001
By Pascal James Imperato, MD - See all my reviewsThis review is from: Waiting for Rain: Life and Development in Mali, West Africa (Paperback)
While many Americans have worked for the US Agency for International Development over the years, few have subsequently penned their reminiscences as Lewis Lucke has done in "Waiting for Rain". This authobiographical volume recounts both his life there and issues of economic development relevant not only to Mali, but also many other developing countries. The author successfully weaves these two broad themes through his account, which makes for an enjoyable and informative read. A sensitive and insightful observer, Lucke describes Malians and their country with empathy and understanding. His vivid, and at times humorous, descriptions of expatriate life in the country will loudly resonate with anyone who has spent time in this part of Africa. Traveling throughout the country, he was able to observe well-intentioned development projects gone wrong, but also a number of success stories. Above all else, he came to know the Malians and their country well, and developed a sincere admiration for their incredible capacity to overcome enormous adversity. Lucke's narrative is enriched by fine descriptive detail and many captivating human interest stories which make it enjoyable reading. "Waiting for Rain" will appeal to a very broad audience of readers including armchair travelers, international development workers and those interested in Africa.
