I feel like it could be spot on, just thinking the time line sets it up perfectly.

Ambasador Lucke goes back to Haiti and is in talks regarding MSMY and rebuilding Haiti.

Ambassador Lucke comes back to the US after President Elect confirmed.

now this weekend President is sworn in he can sign contracts to begin rebuilding.
