So glad we have a responsible, capable and just a decent person for a CEO.
Sounds like it's coming soon.
So quiet here
No doubt about it.
It is NOT all in the name and branding unless you're planning a scam. A real company needs good name/branding but, more importantly, it needs a strong management team, talented employees and solid business model that brings in real revenue. IMO, this company falls short on all counts.
**Crickets**
So many bad signs with this one. If people choose to ignore them, not much anyone can do to have them see reality.
This will be a good learning lesson for a lot of people.
Very interesting background. Miami Dolphins, financial services experience, studied mechanical engineering at Notre Dame and Summa Cum Laude. Looks good to me.
Hoping to see more PR's of good things happening with the company soon. GLTUA!
Hope more people find out about this company. Real revenues/profits, good business model and stable. A good investment IMO.
Sounds promising IMO.
Agreed. It's just that there are some that are much higher risk. This one is one of those. It's a proven high risk. Many people lost a boatload of money here. I really hope you make some $$'s from this one. I really do. Just hoping someone finally does well with this questionable company for a change. GLTY.
You'll be afraid if a reverse split happens and the price drops quickly down to oblivion again. I really hope SEC gets wind of this scam so people don't keep getting fooled.
Are you seriously asking that question now?? This joke of a company had major red flags for quite a while.
I am with you Neo. This company is good at one thing and that's keeping shareholders in the dark.
Awesome. Thanks for sharing, power!
How sure are we on this?
Same here.
Haha. Nice job hydr0gen1!
So true. This CEO needs to step up and act like one. Pr's once a year and disliking when shareholders follow up with questions is not very professional, let alone a posture a CEO should have. People can say he's busy running the company but part of running a public company means keeping your shareholders informed. It's simple...if you're using people's money, then you tell people what you're doing with it.
At the very least, the fundamentals need to look decent. That also means that we need to make sure there's nothing sketchy going on. How sure are we? Did anyone double-check on Schreiber?
Thanks Norsk!
Agreed Norsk! GLTA.
Thanks MNKD.
I did some dd on your claims. I believe the Daniel Schreiber in the litigations is not the same person as IDNG's Daniel, whose full name is Daniel J. Schreiber. When I search for Daniel Schreiber Independence Energy Corp, there doesn't seem to be anything mentioned about Granite Financial or JLF Asset Management, which the other Daniel is associated to for bribes. Also, a profile search of our Daniel seems to show a clean history..e.g. CEO of Avior Capital, started career at Shearson Lehman, Chairman of the Board of IDNG - no mention of Granite/JLF. The other Daniel is listed as the owner of Granite Financial on Linkedin. How sure are you the Daniel you noted is IDNG's Daniel?
Glad to have both of you guys here. Your posts are very informative and helps me find good pointers to do more dd than I wpuld do otherwise.
$210,650 and rising.
Agreed, MKND. Stoked about what's to come. Let's go epic IDNG!!
It's interesting how there's hardly anything about him running the business, let alone building one. He's just been busy selling discounted shares. Pathetic.
Ah that makes sense. Losing Rotelli a good thing or bad thing? From reading earlier posts sounds lime he was dead weight.
Thanks for explaining Cashking. Provided that AMD management is capable, this consolidation should bring momentum to the company. Things should start speeding up soon IMO.
That is very interesting. Could it be that there might be a potential merger between the two in the near future? I'm thinking that would be good news.
Great to hear. I don't mind slow as long as it's steady. Let's keep moving up in production/sales/revenue and PPS will follow.
$200,140 funded and rising.
Agreed Gemini. Been holding this one for a couple years now. Let's hope this CEO is the kind that really produces. GLTA. DEWM.
It's mind-boggling how some CEO's feel they can have 1 to 2 pr's a year. Completely taking shareholders and their money for granted.
Does anyone know what the status is on management getting stabilized in light of the power struggle?
Thanks for the note Meeechigan. It could mean something good but, like you pointed out, there's just things that seem a bit goofy about this company. I still can't get over the fact that there are 30B+ authorized shares...
Either those who didn't sell after all the warning signs know something we don't know or it's pure blind faith. Hopefully it's the former for their sake.
iTraq is aiming for a stretch goal for their crowdfunding and they set it for $500K. This is to make iTraq wirelessly rechargeable. I'm ordering another one to help them out. Everyone please help out as well if you can. Cheers!
Sounds good to me. Exciting times. :)
