Fin's look bad. Lost 3.7 ml, increased 1.5 ml from previous year. Cost of goods sold 3 times revenue.....Going backwards in a big way.

How can they claim such large expectations for when production starts if they have not even sampled the site. If they have already done sampling, of at least part of the site, they should know where to start, and begin.

But I don't hold much stock in what some of the Longs say. One minute buy buy buy, next minute sell sell sell. Always GONNA buy more when money comes. Gonna hold until 10 cents one minute, maybe I should sell the next... And thats just one long. the same one long. The long that claimed to buy for 2 or more years and barely sold a share when it spiked several times over the years in the past, because they are waiting on a dime. If I believe all that, I have to also believe they have no idea how to invest/trade Pink Sheet stock.

Anyone else having problems seeing the more current filings on OTC.

I was looking to see if they had filed the Financials yet and the latest filings are not showing for me.

The latest one I can see is from 2008 and I know thats not right. They just did an NT filing saying the Fin's would be late, but not even that is showing for me.

I see VERT is back on ASK and the Huge Dumps on Bid have started again at close........... Guess adding 1.1 Billion to outstanding right after a R/S was not the end of or all of it.

Looks like people getting tired of holding with that dump of 3 mil at .0012. To bad it didn't come off the wall on ASK.

How many shares was the after market trade yesterday and at what price.

Although 1.2 billion outstanding is not too bad for a triple 000 stock. I don't like they dumped over 1 billion shares within 2.5 months of a R/S.

PCFG It's worse than that! All that is as of 12/31/12.

On the Fins that just came out it shows: "As of April 11, 2013, the Company had outstanding 1,233,410,874 shares of its common stock, par value $0. 0000000001" Bottom of page 1

The R/S was on 1/22/13 and that brought the Outstanding to 101,938,261 a/o Jan 22, 2013.

Looks like they have dumped over 1 Billion shares in 2.5 months right after a R/S

And still have all that debit. It does not look as if they got that Big financing we were hoping for either.
