let's not be obtuse.if you're in the aluminum siding business and you have a chance to expand into the pharmaceutical field,is that necessarily a bad thing? that's an exageration,but you get the drift.or say if you like only gold stocks but somebody offers you some free or discounted shares in ....oh...say maybe..frozen yogurt that looks promising,you gonna turn it down?
the point is,it's a good thing to diversify.
or just resell the patents,but they do have value.

any patents Mr Glynn can offer to an incoming company as part of the deal to close a RM is in our favor.not saying he will,but he has the option, it can be a strong incentive.and it would benefit shareholders because A it might close a deal and B new company would have that much more going for it.

recently brought to attention at the TBI conference is 2/3 owned by KNSC. this and other patents owned by KNSC or Mr Glynn can be possible acquisitons of of the incoming company.it's not about KNSC making money now.it's about attracting a strong private company and the patents could sweeten the deal.that's where shareholders benefit,the better the incoming company,the better the PPS.
