If "doubles" doesn't get their attention, they are not really looking. (for whatever reason) Looking forward to reading it. Thanks again!
Upgrading My Price Target is short and sweet. imo
Only the good die young.
You too are brave dear Rawnoc.
2 hearts breaking. What happened? I hope he did not suffer. My best wishes for his family, so very sad for them. I loved his wit and sense of humor, it was a gift. .

Lol wonderfully absurd!
Unknowable, only power I have is buy, sell or hold.
Right now I'm betting their loyalty is the COSCO.
"Our online logistics platform is off to a great start and we have entered into several agreements to further its growth with COSCO subsidiaries, an in-land transportation company, and with U.S.-based suppliers."
Time will tell, but I'd want to see more proof of sustainability and growth after the incompetence in this last financing.
There is an implication such services are not already provided for the target industries (products) China is interested in. Maybe SINO does have a better software hub. The next logical question is, where is the demand? Is there a demand? I would guess one would need to know something about that to invest in SINO.
What is SINO doing to market to US transportation industry?
I don't mean to sound cynical, I'm sceptical and therefore curious. Bulk has been containerized for a long time. Perhaps COSCO has found just the right tweak. NY Times 2006:
http://www.nytimes.com/2006/03/23/business/the-container-that-changed-the-world.html
2014 soy:
In the past, thousands of containers returned empty to their Asian ports of origin. However, shipping companies are recognizing the value of using these containers for U.S. soybean exports instead of sending them back empty. This approach provides a more efficient, environmentally friendly and profitable option for both the shipper and the customer.
While some specialized grain products have been marketed in containers for decades, a more general
commercialization of the grain container market has occurred over the past several years. The U.S. grain
industry has for decades offered the container option to fulfill orders such as food-grade soybeans to Japan.
A wider use of containers for traditional bulk shipments such as feed-grade corn is a more recent
phenomenon. The increase in containerized grain shipments has resulted from market changes, as well as
industry investments that increase the visibility and viability of this option. For example, the grain industry
near Chicago, IL—America’s largest inland intermodal hub—has converted several small, local grain facilities
from bulk to container to take advantage of its proximity to a readily available supply of empty containers.
As a solution, COSCO has adopted a new way to containerize goods that used to be shipped in bulk ("bulk-to-container"). As mentioned in previous releases, containerization offers suppliers a competitive price to transport their goods from the U.S. to China by utilizing the high rate of empty containers along these routes.
Folks looking for a decent position still buying where they can get shares, mostly at the ask.
The point of an audit firm is independence, they are plodding for good reason. There can be back and forth between companies and auditors to clarify. Any one auditor works on more than one audit at a time. It is over simplifying to think in terms of being in line imo.
Reading about some of the larger public co. of funds like BX; they are required to diagram how companies are structured in filings. So nature of the business imo.
I wonder when I hear such claims how that’s calculated. But that’s another kind of discussion.
The W-15 description on their website says electronic extension with lithium batteries, 400% gain fuel efficiency.
I have seen in a filing that lender shares could be shorted just not sure they were under restriction at the time.
Ok thanks
I see now, it is in section 9 of Note filing. I wonder if a certificate with a restricted securities legend can be used to short?

Sec 3.1 and 3.2
In plain English, the lender gets shares anytime he wants after a company draw down*** and if the MC is below minimum allowed (which it is) the
"True-up" provision kicks in (see section II of above link).
***2. On February 14, 2018, the Company has executed an agreement with St George Investments for $4,245,000 with the initial tranche being $850,000. https://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=76768104
So it is only a matter of time that these shares start showing up in the float as they are sold. The lender is (probably) well aware of what best timing to use...lender has a plan no doubt:
3/14/18, is the TA gagged?
A1. The current float is 4,842,879. The float is defined as shares deposited with DTC and can be traded. The last increase of the float occurred on October 16, 2017 (nearly 5 months ago). https://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=76947050
I suppose it is possible that the mystery warrants have something to do with the first tranche of $850K but not in such a way that will prevent lender's ability to get many many shrs and sell them. Of course I could be missing something from my understanding of sections 3.1-3.2.
NICE!
PIOE New 52 wk high.
Of course they are producing, lol.
How many shares depends on what exceptions get triggered in the filing, so far the exceptions for dropping below the minimum MC have been triggered (Trueup Section II). Maybe there are others that have been.
You have to call the TA regularly to see if any shares have been added to the OS. Everyone is guessing where the pps will go, all depends on when company pulls money from loan then when and at what discount to pps the lender gets those shares.
ax- the conversion price is now subject to the "tune-up" provision, read the filing! OK I'm done.
Maybe enough cash will come in to stop the bleeding of shares and market will absorb the dilution. I really don't know because it is so hard (for me) to see how many shares the lender will end up with.
Reading posts about the loan is a waste of time. Read the filing until it is clear. I may be wrong, but looks like there is no 144 rule.

I don't think the company even understands it in full. It seems they really took a big gamble they could stay on top of this. I'm sorry.
While it’s clear revenue will help bolster the pps, it’s also clear the consequences of the toxic debt, if as understood by the board so far should not be taken lightly. I have never seen toxic debt not have a major impact on pps. All going to depend on how fast revenues come in and how much debt they draw down. Also when the flesh eaters engage in locking in their share discounts etc. Toxic debt deals are designed to insure lenders win big.
Sorry phone problems. Just seems they are beholden to a different set of priorities.
My experience with China stocks is they are not shareholder centric
There ya go emit :)
Ok, thanks for clearing that up. The comment on that photo sounded to me like minimum 80 per tier. To jump it to 150 as “conservative” wow. Anyway conservative comment is where I lost the thread. No worries
It is neither optimistic or pessimistic. It is simply unknown. The guy responsible for grow performance has set the bar to beat, 75 lbs per tier.
That's because he is calculating for 2 layers. They don't know yet if 3 will work out, which instagram link makes clear. I like this Master grower.
It's in Carmel, cha-ching
Excellent overview and much appreciated, that last sentence is a zinger. :)
EDIT-I see the CA move to legalize as a kind of land rush. The folks that can bring quality to market with a license (deed) in hand will survive to show profits/cfp and stay in business. And due to nature of product it won't take long to see who the survivors are. I bought a reasonable amount, time will tell.
