How many shares depends on what exceptions get triggered in the filing, so far the exceptions for dropping below the minimum MC have been triggered (Trueup Section II). Maybe there are others that have been.

You have to call the TA regularly to see if any shares have been added to the OS. Everyone is guessing where the pps will go, all depends on when company pulls money from loan then when and at what discount to pps the lender gets those shares.
