Gustav
Thanks all of you for postings of the shareholder meeting. It`s very interesting to get important information, if you read between the lines. I`m eager to see the numbers of the next quarter, more the gain than the revenues...! Was there any information about the possible Amex application? Did they apply, but didn`t get an answer or are they waiting for something (higher shareprice for example)?
Have a nice weekend all
Gustav
I just got back home from the meeting. I spoke with Carrie at the dinner table the first night, and DC. Also listened to what the other officers there said during the dinner and shareholder meeting. What others have posted, I confirm. Also I agree more will show up at the next meeting.
I was impressed with the management team. Carrie is very familiar with all aspects of running the business, and how the micro-economic climate of China behaves.
There was a slide presentation which should be on the web site soon, that gives the core of what was discussed by Carrie. It was elaborated on during the show in detail by her.
Also at the table I was with were some very informed investors.
I expect that in a few months the lawsuit will be history. We still need to be patient grasshoppers. Things are going to happen, but not immediately.
I would like to see the volume pick up as some of the investors Carrie speaks with take a position. It might be that they would buy treasury stock direct from HRCT. Having the cash in hand I suspect would bring the price of the stock up for a longer period of time, than a huge rise when millions of shares are bought on the market.
Ballys was a better buffet than the Luxor's. Both were very good, however.

!!! Meeting info. First dinner was very filling last night and tasty.Naturally the wife on her first spin on the slots won $100.Deb was her lucky charm. A good time was had by all.A couple of new faces showed up too.It was mostly casual about 36 people total, 12 from HRCT and even Charlie Yang the ex CEO from years back showed up since everyone who befriends Alan keeps that friendship.Charlie still working his angle of helping the company in his capacity of working at Charles Scwabb in the Asian Investor Sector. Very impressed with Billy Wang ( new chairman of the board) this guy is on the ball and very bright on business economics and fundamentals and the international aspects and their relationship to each other. He travels alot back in forth between the states and China. He also has alot of input with Carrie through meetings weekly with her and other members of the board.I had lunch with Carrie back in NY on Mon after she meet with AF and discussed some strategies she might take and they set her up with about 12 different institutional investors and firms for Tues and Weds of this week. She will be in San Fransico on Mon Tues of next week for more of the same which should get our name (HRCT) out into the market even more so than it already is. She got a very good response from most of them and are interested in how she's taking HRCT to the next level and will grow the bottom line up from here on out. They specifically asked about the volume and if they were to take a position in the company wondering about the liquidity and the float buying into the stock and worrying about driving the PPS up in the process.Naturally they want to buy as much as possible down here at .20.We shall see how serious some of them are if we see volume pick up in the weeks to come. She still is pursuing acquisitions of companies with at least 30% profit margins of which she is working on 2 that she hopes to close out by the years end. There is a solid core group that now has taken it's position on the board with a strong business acumen to back it up.
Carrie laid out a fundamental outlook on were the company looks to improve itself and mostly from the bottom line profit margins through the ERP software program which should be up and running by end of OCT and like I said previously through compnies with a 30% profit margin.David Chen spoke briefly about FTL and were they are at and should soon come to market through the responses and answers they are getting from the NASD for listing on the OTCBB. Funny HRCT getting off this pig and FTL trying to get on. O well lifes goes on.The best news I felt came from John Furutani about the SEC case and their lack of proof and or evidence in their case against HRCT. As posted prior, they were required by a judges order to be held for at a meeting for deposition to answer questions asked by John. They showed up and sat down from 10:00 in the morning until 3:00 in the afternoon and DIDN'T answer a single question. They did state their names though.(LOL) Damm nice of them to do that. So looks like their case against HRCT won't be going anywhere except BYE BYE. John feels they have no evidence to back themselves up with and by not answering any questions or presenting anyn evidence, he will be pursuing the proper legal recourse of action to get the case dismissed.
In regards to the lottery John had a bucket with the names of ALL shareholders who submitted themselves and 10 different people out of the audience pulled a name out one by one.No one in the audience was called. Not sure if Alan will notify winners through e-mail individually or separately. Congratulations to all winners.Tinberry caught the red eye afternoon flight out right after the meeting so he's probably still in flight back to H. For those who have never attended a shareholders meeting with HRCT I'm gonna say lots of you will be here next year. MARK MY WORDS ON THIS. O well back to the gambling or sleep which ever takes over first.
Bericht aus dem amerikanischen Bord
just got back from the meet'n
here's the story
1. q3 will be less gross dollars due to sale of companies BUT
earnings should be up since they were a drain on profits
2. expect slow steady progress, want to see share price up and
steady with continued up movement.
3. expect 2 more company's to be added to the family
these will be companies selling products with a 30 percent
profit margin, as opposed to the exisiting base with a 5
percent margin. expected to occur by year end
4. focus on growing the commerical market as opposed to retail
building a stronger pipe line for distribution.
5. about 19 people in hartcourt office of which 10 are account
ants. who, this was impressive to me, they do finaqncial
every week with all divisions reporting and management
reviews each monday.
6. timing on getting off the otc is hard to tell but has
asap pripority. specifically asked the question about
and made it clear did not want to see a reverse split.
answer was it was not being considered at this time, which
means a could be ??? hope not
7. your management team was very impressive, very ,
8. regarding the law suit, sec as no proof of anything being
done wrong, at the last hearing they would not answer
any questions and shortly a legal thing will be filed
to force them to show proof to a judge or shut up
9. FLT coming to finalization, should here some on distribution
of shares.
you got it folks
ks
ps typing errors and spelling are considered as well. in a hurry
Go HRCT
Gustav
Ursliiiiiiiii, mach was......!!?!!
Patience is the key
Gustav
Gustav
Ja, bei einem Volumen von 1000 Stück....
Gruß
Gustav
Findet heute eigentlich drüben ein Handel statt?? Ist nicht irgendein Feiertag heute (Labour day)??
Gruß
Gustav
Gustav
!!!!!!! Criteria for the 50 most loyal shareholders of Hartcourt, for keeping the faith and the shareholding.
In return for these shares, I will obtain 2 million restricted shares of Hartcourt. Being a peasant, I don't need this extra money. Therefore, I have decided to give these 2 million shares to the 50 most loyal shareholders of Hartcourt. These are people who have stood by the company, in good times and bad times, keeping the faith and the shareholding.
Now I'm sure Alan has is own conception of what he means by Loyal ,Faithful Shareholder. These are mine.
1."Shareholding" Length of shareholding should be anyone who bought before and has held since March of 2000.If you have done this and still held after the bubble burst I will call you truly loyal. There has to be a time frame and 4yrs is a good length for the 50 MOST.
2."Loyal" Those who have posted CONSISTENTLY confidently relevantly and with intentions for the good of the company in mind , positive constructive criticism is allowed( BASHING IS GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION).There are those here who have NEVER said a NEGATIVE thing about the company and deservedly so should garner first consideration. Being the true definition of LOYAL & Faithful.
3." FAITH" The fact you have been posting since then and can be verified by others. To show you have been putting your money where your mouth is.We have to start with those who have been doing this as primary marker to work from since these were the people in the trenches so to speak.
4. Those who have attended shareholder meeting(s)as the x factor.
Now this is a list of those that I know who fit the criteria above are worthy of Alans generosity. As so asked by him.

Gustav
Wo hast Du denn 118.000 Aktien her? Ich sehe RT nur 66.000 Aktien?!?
Gruß
Gustav
Gustav
