!!!!!!! Criteria for the 50 most loyal shareholders of Hartcourt, for keeping the faith and the shareholding.
In return for these shares, I will obtain 2 million restricted shares of Hartcourt. Being a peasant, I don't need this extra money. Therefore, I have decided to give these 2 million shares to the 50 most loyal shareholders of Hartcourt. These are people who have stood by the company, in good times and bad times, keeping the faith and the shareholding.
Now I'm sure Alan has is own conception of what he means by Loyal ,Faithful Shareholder. These are mine.
1."Shareholding" Length of shareholding should be anyone who bought before and has held since March of 2000.If you have done this and still held after the bubble burst I will call you truly loyal.There has to be a time frame and 4yrs is a good length for the 50 MOST.
2."Loyal" Those who have posted CONSISTENTLY confidently relevantly and with intentions for the good of the company in mind , positive constructive criticism is allowed( BASHING IS GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION).There are those here who have NEVER said a NEGATIVE thing about the company and deservedly so should garner first consideration. Being the true definition of LOYAL & Faithful.
3." FAITH" The fact you have been posting since then and can be verified by others.To show you have been putting your money where your mouth is.We have to start with those who have been doing this as primary marker to work from since these were the people in the trenches so to speak.
4. Those who have attended shareholder meeting(s)as the x factor.
