Many still are adhering to the unproven claims of gold in Todora. Rationally does anyone think, especially since Mr. Grante hawked this claim by way of selling shares while under a cease trade order in 2019, this gold claim has been sitting, unnoticed for over 90 years? Why would Mr. Allsop, have perpetuated the Allsop Faeble and not developed it or brought in partners with gold mining expertise? Why has ACRL despite claims they would have the assay results forthwith not file those claims as required under NI 51-103? It has been over two years since Mr. Grant promised the assay results. Many questioned why would Mr. Berry risk his reputation if this was not legitimate. Good question. He did file for bankruptcy for a company he ran in Ontario to the tune of $18 million dollars, not four years ago. Since coming on board, apart from providing himself and others with hundreds of millions of shares, he has not accomplished anything. Last June it was mentioned by Mr. Keith they would try, with no guarantee they would be successful, to have the CTO removed. He has not. Mr. Dion has no expertise in this field, nor has Mr. Berry. Mr. Berry was not a businessman, he was a trader, two very different things. He is no Warren Buffet despite claims by some he is. Not even close. Mr. Dion has been very influential in his world, and successful to a degree but again he has no expertise in mining. But really, apart from the rearranging of the deck chairs, the company is exactly no further ahead than they were under Mr. Grant when the cease trade order was put into place. I'm from Missouri. It all goes back to Allsops Faeble. It's the kind of story unsuccessful miners tell to themselves before they go to bed at night. No Allsop, there is no Todora.
I look forward to the day when everything is properly filed and promises delivered upon. It is not necessary to get in early. Profit is profit. When they dot all of the eyes and cross all the tees and assay results are promising, I will become an investor. So far this is dead in the water despite attempts at creating exuberance where none is warranted.
Wow, talk about coincidence. Look at the ad. ArkNet is right next to the Barbara Bush Literacy Foundation. Talk about synchronicity! Lots of different businesses attending.
No way!!!! Really?!!! Say it ain't so Joe, say it ain't so! Blown away man, totally blown away. So no gold coast to coast then? Dang. There are going to be a lot of let down shareholders. I heard there was a backlog of orders for gold Lambo's but I guess they will be cancelled now. No generational wealth. Say it ain't so Joe.
This from Mr. Dion in 2017
Sustainable Wealth”
By 2020, FLERC will be most recognized for our ability to continuously create business opportunities and deliver long-term value for the benefit of the Frog Lake First Nation and its partners.
The vision statement is a long-term strategy whereby FLERC would achieve the goal of becoming a national influence in both the oil & gas industry and among other First Nation groups. This vision is continuously redefined once the goals are met to ensuring FLERC’s unceasing evolution to new competencies as an oil & gas corporation.
Part of this strategy is an integral focus on low-risk value creation as a means to generating a steady pace of asset growth and profitability.
Funny thing is no updates to the company website since December 2017, and nothing about the above. Seems Atacama chose the right man for the job, fits right in with their idea of progress.
Last business update on the website.

Waiting for those filings, should get a nice bid once those start coming in and this gets current again imo
A complete, thorough, exhaustive, tireless search for assay reports related to Todora was done and wow, I could not find one certifiable report related to that core. I wonder why so much has been said about something that does not exist? I know Mr. Grant made it a big part of his Executive Summary he used to sell the Preferred B Shares and was labelled a genius for doing so-he was being praised for having found such a rare deposit. It is so rare no one could find it, even after multiple drilling was done in the same area by reputable drillers and mining companies. No 51-103 mining reports are to be found related to Todora. I wonder why so much emphasis is placed on something that can't be verified?

I thought at the very least they could send in their contact information. Mr. Berry just sold his house so maybe that is the problem. But he has had since September 2019 time to file the SEDI profile because we know he and his team were not completing audited financials, or mining, or walking around wearing boots on the ground.
Another day, another fine for Atacama. Those fines are piling up each and every day that management chooses not to get the work done. Despite all the praise heaped upon Mr. Dion, Mr. Berry (previously Mr. Grant was the recipient of their praise but he now is referred to as a bum) nothing has been accomplished. It always is a case of wait and see, one day, soon, and so on. Still nothing has been accomplished and frustrated shareholders begin show cracks in their resolve. How can they not?

Appears nothing has been filed. The three year anniversary is fast approaching. Surely with no revenues, no business activity, no mining, no exploration, no assets, they could have, by now hired a grade ten accounting student to complete the audits. How long does it take to file $0USD revenues, $0USD revenue stream, $0USD assets? Seems pretty simple. Perhaps it is the information not wanting to have put under scrutiny is the issue?

45 shares to jump the price. Legitimate companies don't need this kind of manipulative practise. But it is funny to watch.
There has to be some flaky news release coming to see a gap up on such small volume although this time it does not seem to be related to someone's stomach issues. Of course putting yourself out there like that does create a pattern that is discernable and could be worrying to those making such statements. I wonder what management is going to announce "soon". LGBQT BOD? Another core found showing 50 ozs. per tonne?
And now, more of the rest of the real story about ACRL.
On July 15, 2019 this was posted by someone...
"4 Dollars PPS. Glenn has hit a mega Jackpot at ACRL’s Kirkland Lake gold projects. ACRL is heading to NASDAQ. Cheers"
Mr. Grant himself took up this mantra about trading on the Nasdaq to the point where he stated, contrary to securities law, ACRL would be listed on the Nasdaq in early 2020 which of course did not happen. We did see Mr. Spivak walk from he company in early 2020 however, perhaps a wise move on his part. Of course none of these events unfolded as stated and today the company has a larger bill owing which is growing day by day. Out of compliance from 2015 to 2020. Each day brings a new dollar amount owing to the Canadians securities regulator. Tick tick tick kaching kaching kaching the sound of money going to the regulators.
More of the real story.
Years ago this was posted here. Mr. Grant liked it enough to use it in his Executive Summary once he realized he could not uplist to the TSX, an impossible task. ACRL cannot uplist to the TSX.
Someone posted on July 15, 2019 back when Mr. Grant was considered a genius, not the bum he is now referred to as.
"NASDAQ guys NASDAQ! ACRL will go to NASDAQ. ACRL will make us wealthier! Cheers!!".
They are further away from any would-be pie in the sky made promise today than they were two years ago.
Well folks, that sums it up for ACRL. No audited financials, no 51-103 reports backing up the Todora myth claim, no updates on SEDAR for going on two years, cease trade order going on three years, no SEDI profile and a whole lot of other missed filings and missed deadlines.
That is the real story.
And now the rest of the real story.

Wow they cannot even file names and addresses of insiders.
The Alberta Securities Commission just settled with a company who sold shares during the cease trade order. They paid a fine AND had to cancel (refund to investors) the shares sold while under the cease trade order so ouch. ACRL sold shares while the cease trade order was in force and having to return the money from the Class B Preferreds (the ones Mr. Grant claimed investors could not lose money on, a big no no no under securities law up north!). Returning the money raised, well, that will cross the tees and dot the eyes on this puppy since they cannot even pay an accountant to get the audits done (the same audits Mr. Grant claimed were done and in the hands of their lawyer back in 2019-now, how much money have they made since then? None.)
And now, the real story.

Dang, another day, another couple of hundred dollars being added to the bill. From 2015 to today, hmm, a lot of money.
Using 1.618 (+/- A+B-C) as pivot points on TTCM share price projections utilising lack of revenues (hard pivot revenue analysis is not lacking as illustrated by same=(?)-eg-or not seeing streams for what they are-clearing using Fibonaccio Entanglements Theory applied to future share price projection for Tautochchrome leaves a very monochrome synopsis analytical quotient. In short sp downward pivot looping as in -1 pivot downtrend looping share price leading to -2 and -3 pivot point share price analysis. So too date as in current revenue stream information from latest company filings using 1.618 to retrace the values from the Pivot Point A and B, this does not look good. You are left with a negative C Pivot Point but clearly the uptrend is broken due to insufficient revenue stream data points. It sounds complicated and is but TTCM share price projections are murky to the upside, clear to the downside. Pretty obvious.

Dang, another day, another couple of hundred dollars being added to the bill. From 2015 to today, hmm, a lot of money.
It may be the result of supply chain difficulties. It seems the world is running low on the basic necessities to fuel the chain and keep the factories working. I wonder if Joe and company are raiding the tip jar at Timmies after lunch to raise money for the close?
Unlike Atacama, I attempt to be reliable when it comes to releasing facts to the public. Of course I never promised disclosure but it is something I do knowing Atacama shareholders are devoid of hope and information that is timely, transparent, and factual. One day I hope to be able to show up to date SEDAR and SEDI filings, 51-103 reports, and other related information that shows the company is worth something more to the investing world at large and not just for a select few who manipulate the share price. It is indeed very sad spending two dimes to give the illusion of a good close. Who buys 15 shares? I know another poster was asking given the commissions on each trade who would buy 100 shares but really, who buys 15 shares? Very sad.

Well, there you have it. Still, no filings and the cease trade order is still in place. Darn, that promise of a filing being made soon never has yet been now.
Bien, tu l'as maintenant. Il n'y a toujours pas de dépôt et l'ordonnance d'interdiction des opérations est toujours en vigueur. Merde, cette promesse d'un dépôt qui sera bientôt fait n'a jamais été faite maintenant.
Really. Are you speaking literally? They abandoned claims? Can you link to the filing that shows this please. Someone earlier had posted something similar but it was only one claim so you are saying they have given up two more claims? Thanks in advance for the link to substantiate your claim. We all would appreciate having information that can be substantiated rather than say, something like a Todora claim where the dog obviously ate the 51-103 because that claim never was filed or found, except on some dubious website, now gone dark.
Are you speaking literally as the report is really bad, or ugly as you called it? Is it not going to be welcomed with open arms? Really, they earned $15 dollars total? Is that projected to rise to $20 next quarter with expenditures being $2.7 million (accounting for inflation). Can you link to the relevant sections please and thank you.
Each day that passes without the cease trade order being removed adds additional costs to the company and will continue to do so until they act. I imagine the bill now for having the cease trade order removed is quite substantial and with no money, how ever will the company be able to pay these bills and conduct any exploration? Time passes while they twiddle their thumbs leaving shareholders lurching from one pump to another. Sad.
new ballpark cry..."get yer red hot virtual hotdogs, get 'em now" Bound to be a huge hit for TTCM for sure. The virtual red hot hot dog...wow.
They don't want to do that here because they can go to jail. I understand Canadian law is a bit different and most guys running schemes get fined or banned but few go to jail up north. They don't have an SEC that prosecutes at the same level.

It is so challenging remaining humble after all the years of being correct then, and being correct now. They call you devil or they call you god. I am an investor angel, I just want the truth to set Atacama investors (except Canadians unless they get permission to sell) free. I will bear the burden of being the target of sad, angry investors. Trying to find Mr. Dion's mining background. Oh, look, there isn't any information out there. Let me see about Mr. Bozo Berry's mining background. No, nothing there either. Well Mr. Grant Bozo I guess the legacy is up to you. No, nothing there either. Guess it all goes back to Bozo Allsop Fairy Tales. No Virginia, there is no Todora.
Agreed
Right you are Jack. Atacama victims love to believe the grand idea...you know the kind of idea I am talking about. No? Well Jack, a few examples below.
These are all red flags by the way.
"Biggest gold find ever!" Todora is a myth
Mr. Berry, Canada's Warren Buffet (I will trust your judgement on this he is not since Canada is your bailiwick and you are the most knowledgeable geologist on this board!)
Even the company falls exhibits this same kind of rhetoric..."We have retained top securities and litigation counsel". I wonder if it is PWC Law of Calgary?
"adding top-notch talent to our team" -wow, I would love to see the ratings system they use for this but again, bragging about quality and delivering no results, again. Regardless, this also was said about the previous team and the team before that. They are going to run out of superlatives before they ever put a shovel in the ground.
Mr. Dion like Mr. Berry is being praised but without any obvious reason to date for doing so.
Going to be the biggest First Nations Coast to Coast Mining company with zero evidence of any first nations involvement except for the backgrounds of some of the directors.
This type of grandiose rhetoric is common on pink sheets, because without it, the company would have nothing going for it at all. All they have as an asset is investors who like to talk big while the company fails to deliver, consistently.
Right you are Jack, and Suvorov, and gitreal - you guys are brilliant and bang on with your assessments. The company could use your skill sets I am sure but if they did, their lands would be a terrible let down. I only say that because I could not remember how to spell disappointment.
And a close below .025 and they said it could not be done. Pshaw.
Mr. Berry is widely regarded as the most successful trader in Canadian History. Over his ten (10) year career at ScotiaBank trading its largest proprietary book from 1995 -2005
Since then the only record has been of an 18 million dollar bankruptcy in 2018. As the question goes...what has he done lately? His claim to fame was 16 years ago. A lot has changed since then. To date Atacama has made zero progress unless you call printing plenty of new business cards a success story. The website for Mr. Dion's claim to corporate fame has been absent of any updates since December 2017. Surely a lot must have happened since then. If not his is probably the only company that has not seen change or factors influence his company in Alberta.
ACRL is what is known as a roundabout stock. Never a good thing.
