Many still are adhering to the unproven claims of gold in Todora. Rationally does anyone think, especially since Mr. Grante hawked this claim by way of selling shares while under a cease trade order in 2019, this gold claim has been sitting, unnoticed for over 90 years? Why would Mr. Allsop, have perpetuated the Allsop Faeble and not developed it or brought in partners with gold mining expertise? Why has ACRL despite claims they would have the assay results forthwith not file those claims as required under NI 51-103? It has been over two years since Mr. Grant promised the assay results. Many questioned why would Mr. Berry risk his reputation if this was not legitimate. Good question. He did file for bankruptcy for a company he ran in Ontario to the tune of $18 million dollars, not four years ago. Since coming on board, apart from providing himself and others with hundreds of millions of shares, he has not accomplished anything. Last June it was mentioned by Mr. Keith they would try, with no guarantee they would be successful, to have the CTO removed. He has not. Mr. Dion has no expertise in this field, nor has Mr. Berry. Mr. Berry was not a businessman, he was a trader, two very different things. He is no Warren Buffet despite claims by some he is. Not even close. Mr. Dion has been very influential in his world, and successful to a degree but again he has no expertise in mining. But really, apart from the rearranging of the deck chairs, the company is exactly no further ahead than they were under Mr. Grant when the cease trade order was put into place. I'm from Missouri. It all goes back to Allsops Faeble. It's the kind of story unsuccessful miners tell to themselves before they go to bed at night. No Allsop, there is no Todora.

I look forward to the day when everything is properly filed and promises delivered upon. It is not necessary to get in early. Profit is profit. When they dot all of the eyes and cross all the tees and assay results are promising, I will become an investor. So far this is dead in the water despite attempts at creating exuberance where none is warranted.
