Mr. Grant himself took up this mantra about trading on the Nasdaq to the point where he stated, contrary to securities law, ACRL would be listed on the Nasdaq in early 2020 which of course did not happen. We did see Mr. Spivak walk from he company in early 2020 however, perhaps a wise move on his part. Of course none of these events unfolded as stated and today the company has a larger bill owing which is growing day by day. Out of compliance from 2015 to 2020. Each day brings a new dollar amount owing to the Canadians securities regulator. Tick tick tick kaching kaching kaching the sound of money going to the regulators.
